The house was beautiful and well equipped for our family. The pool and patio was awesome and very quiet. Loved all the palm trees around the back yard that secluded the pool area making it a very relaxing vacation. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the beach due to Hurricane Ian so the pool was perfect.

Our large family needed a convenient spot, clean, comfortable, roomy space, safe area, pool, near beach, biggest bang for buck and we got it and then some. Christine is an excellent host that takes providing a wonderful VRBO stay seriously. Great communication, easy check in, safe, quiet area. Bikes, beach towels, sunscreen, goggles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floaties were bonuses that weren't even expected. I had little glitches with TV remote, Christine was right there for easy tutorial; 2 bikes with flat tires. Christine sent a repairman and within a couple of hours we were fixed and rolling again. Such a great home and a great hostess. Thank you Christine!

as advertised, clean, well located and perfect for a family trip, the only thing i will suggest is to improve the lights outside in the back yard and pool.

The property was exactly as pictured. The pool and the home were clean and well maintained. Great location near tons of restaurants and the beach. Property management was great to work with and the checkin and checkout process was an ease.

This was our first time having all 7 of our children together with us for a vacation in over 3 years! We had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful, and our kids (ages 15-25) never wanted to leave the pool and the lush backyard! It was our own tropical paradise! Close to the beach and shopping, there was something for everyone! Christine checked in with us throughout the week and made sure that if we needed anything, we could reach out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay there again!

We stayed here for my Dads 70th Birthday celebration. It was a wonderful house for our family and very family friendly. Our guests included children; a 4 month old baby, 3 year old, 4 year old and 9 year old. The house was very safe for all of the children and there was a lock that was accessible only by adults in order to get out to the pool area, it is a wonderful feature. The house was very clean, the pool was very clean, the house is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants & grocery stores. Christine (the owner)was extremely responsive with anything we needed. We had an excellent experience and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this property.

I had 6 friends stay with me at this property…it was wonderful! We all fit comfortably and enjoyed the pool, location and easy access to beach. Christine was wonderful to work with and extremely prompt with her communication - would definitely recommend and return again!

An excellent home base for a Naples trip. Easy to get to Vanderbilt beach, short short drive over and there’s convenient parking. The house is pretty new, very clean, nice layout with bedrooms upstairs and separate from the living space. We had a family of 4 and another couple including infant. Easily fit with a comfortable amount of space. The backyard feels private and offers a great spot to relax in between beach visits. Definitely recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and wanted for our girl's weekend getaway. The pool was beautiful and the yard was well-maintained and landscaped. The pool furniture and deck layout is positioned perfectly in the yard to allow guests to enjoy shade and sun- depending on preference- throughout the day. The bedrooms were well-equipped with extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The pull out couch was comfortable and spacious. The bedroom and bathroom layout is perfect for large groups with multiple adults, as their are multiple showers and sinks upstairs, as well as a great first floor half bath. The twin beds were perfect for the girls who prefer their own space, while the queens and king were comfortable and also accommodated our group wonderfully. We cooked and grilled throughout the weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a full supply of all of the spices we needed to cook our burgers and chicken. We were minutes from the Mercato, which was very convenient. We will definitely be booking again!

A darling one of the only two stories on block.....lush pristine pool and yard.....beautiful decor and first floor spacious for indoor dining and/or just hanging out..and half bath on first floor close to pool.....pristine garage with bikes and laundry(like another room!) Close enough to ride or walk to Mercato area for grocery & apparel shopping and restaurants etc but also a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach area......friends came to see it and already want to rent it next year!! Owners VERY quick to respond for anything!!

The location is great, as you will be a few blocks away from the beach. The pool is big enough to entertain the kids. The house is in decent shape and clean. Don’t expect high-end furniture or decor. The host is great and made the check-in and out process very smooth.

This house in Naples Park is lovely and in the perfect place to easily walk or cycle to the beach and also to hop on route 41 to head south/into downtown Naples. Idyllic!

We decided to come to Naples for a week to escape the Chicago winter and visit aging parents. Came with our adult daughters, son in law and granddaughter. It was perfect! Great location, pool and backyard even prettier than pictures, everything as described and great communication with owner. Would absolutely return!!

Had a great time, everyone loved the pool. There is alot to do within minutes. Property manager was very accommodating.

This property has everything you need. The home is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need! It was nice to find some spices and oils in the cabinet as well as coffee. We used some and left some for the next guest. Christine was lovely and easily accessible. The pool is perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean and only minutes from the beach, the host did an excelent job ,and must say very honest I left a new brand swimsuit and she kindly send it to me. Definitely a great place to stay.

Everything was great. The hosts checked in often to see how things were going. The house worked perfect for our family of six. I can’t think of anything that could’ve been done better.

We had an amazing short stay in Naples. The home owner Christine is wonderful! She promptly returned my calls, texts and emails, answering any questions I had. The home was stunning, clean and had every amenity you would need for any length of stay. Can't wait to go back next February!!

It was very easy to feel right at home is this beautiful house. The outside deck and pool are wonderful and the pool is perfect for kids with a little ledge on which the littlest ones can play. We had lunch at the outdoor, shaded table. The pool and beach toys included with the house makes packing easier. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of room for our 3 kids and inlaws. Christine is very easy to work with, too. I would highly recommend this house

This house was great! Christine was absolutely fantastic to work with! So helpful and very quick to respond when we needed anything. The house was clean and everything was well maintained. You can’t beat the location!! Love that there were a couple of bike to use to ride to the beach. We had 7 people stay here comfortably!! We will be back!!

There were eight of us at the house. Sleeping arrangements worked out fine. The pool was very nice to have. And the house was well appointed. Only about a mile or 1.5 miles from the local beaches. Overall it was a very nice stay.

A group of 7 from Boston stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding nearby in Naples and had the best time! The house was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone. We used the pool and grill every day and spent a majority of our time out in the backyard enjoying the warm weather. Christine was great to work with - easy to get in touch with to coordinate check in/out and flexible with out check out time. The group has already discussed making our visit to Naples an annual thing!

The house is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for my family. The pool is a great size. Christine and Jorge were very nice and informative when we arrived.

First of all we were delighted with the owners Christine and Jorge. They met us at the house and did a quick tour explaining everything. You could quickly tell they were very attentive to detail. Moreover, the house is very well stocked in terms of household items but also for the beach (beach toys and chairs etc). Speaking about the beach, it is around 1.5 miles away which if you have kids (as we did) it makes walking with umbrellas and tents and coolers impossible. However, what we did was take all the family and beach items to the roundabout at the beach in our pickup truck and then I took the truck back to the house and came back to the beach in a bicycle (5 mins / house has bikes in garage). There's a parking garage at the beach but being Memorial weekend it was packed. Now, the beach was amazing. Good quality beach as in white and fine sand with clear and shallow waters. Similar to the Caribbean beaches. We are from Miami which has a lot of hype but the beaches are not good quality (murky waters, coarse sand). The pool at the house was perfect for the nights and to refresh from a day at the beach. We had an amazing time!

We had 4 adults and 3 children (8-12 years old) at this property and it was the perfect size. Location is great, close to Vanderbilt Beach & Barefoot Beach and the pool was prefect for the non-beach days. Many Thanks!
