Perfect house and location for our family of 16 vacation.

We stayed here with our children and their families. The house worked so well accommodating our large group of sixteen. The kitchen is well stocked and worked well for meal preparation. The laundry room is very convenient. We would be glad to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had a large group that did a lot of cooking, lounging, outdoor activities (hiking, shopping, biking) and playing games. The host was very accommodating and responsive! Highly recommend!

Our family of 11 had a great stay for a family ski vacation. The owner is helpful and kind, besides being an excellent communicator.
The house is wonderful. Its bedrooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and each room quiet and private.
The kitchen was well equipped to cook everything from pancakes to birthday cake to big dinners, and there was plenty of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, serving platters, etc. The large dining room table accommodated everyone easily, and the living room is set up for conversation and family time. There are lots of games and videos, and we enjoyed playing ping pong and using the spa.
The small neighborhood is secluded and peaceful, yet it is only a mile from Safeway and is close to many things to do in the area.The ski bus is convenient and easy to access and use.
We loved our week in this home and expect to return.

9 family and friends on first trip to ski WP. Great House ! super accommodating, nice bedrooms, plenty of space. Hot tub used nightly. Kitchen outfitted.
House is on other side of town from resort, planned to but did not use free shuttle, used resort garage ($40/day) but other cheaper and free options- like at Mary Jane base. About 12-15 minute drive to resort. Grocery store right at bottom of neighborhood, dined at Deno’s on night- was decent. Quick responses from owner, would go back to WP and totally stay here again.

This house fit our party of 14 just great. The basement was a great landing spot for all the kids, allowing the adults to gather in the main living room. It was a good location and the home owners were wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.

We arrived to the property with ease. There was plenty of bedrooms and beds for our group of 8. The layout provides plenty of privacy while also providing areas to get together for games, watching movies, and cooking. About 1.5 hours for Denver airport and only about 15 min from Winter Park Resort. The hot tub was a great addition for our tired skiers and snow boarders.

This property was perfect for our crew of 14 ranging from 3 yrs old to 66! We made use of the large kitchen, appreciated the king beds and bunks for the kids, and took advantage of the shuttle to Winter Park. Owners were responsive to our questions and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our extended family gathered at this spacious yet cozy location, and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large, and the amenities were exactly as described. We even had the pleasure of seeing mule deer, magpies, fox, and a momma moose & her calf in the front and back of the property! Highly recommend.

This house worked well for our group of 9 adults and 3 kids. We were in town for a wedding and this place had plenty of room for the visitors that stopped by between wedding activities. The kitchen and dining area allowed us to have large group meals which was a major plus for us. The large island allowed us to set up dinners buffet style which was a must for us to feed our large group. The bedroom configurations provided plenty of flexibility for the families.
The view off the deck was great to take in while in the hot tub or having morning coffee. We even had moose and deer around the house a couple of the mornings.
We'd definitely recommend this house for a large group or family coming to the area.

We had only a couple days, but it was a great stay. The rooms were able to accommodate our big group with ease. The guys had fun playing ping pong, the hot-tub was a pleasant soak, near by hike had awesome views, and we all had fun playing games around the big table in the dining area.
The only issue was getting the TV in the living room working, but that might have been a blessing in disguise since we all interacted with each other more. :)
Thank you for the quick Mountain stay not too far away. OH, and the drive home going up through RMNP was phenomenal! I forgot how pretty the West side is. I didn't realize that they require reservations to go through the National Park earlier in the day, so we had a nice long lunch in Grand Lake.

The house was just as indicted when I reviewed it. Plenty of room for 14 of us. The hot tub, video games, pool table and gathering places were enjoyed by all. Easy access to getting to Winter Park and Fraser as well as hiking trails close by.

The house was as advertised, very clean, all the amenities (and hot tub worked), the owners were extremely responsive, and the location was super easy to get to the mountain. Highly recommend renting this house.

This property is on the older side so there were some minor issues during our stay. It has everything we need though and is in a good location. Alan is very helpful. We had a blast skiing at Winter Park.

This property was the perfect size for our family. My son had the two bedrooms and bathroom in the basement for his family. My daughter and her family occupied the two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. I had the master bedroom and on suite on the main floor. The dining room table was large enough to sit our family of 9. I plan to reach out to the owner on a couple of things so that it will be perfect for future renters.
