Nice and close to beach.

Beautiful large villa that looks upon pool and hot tub. Restraints just off property, and gate staff was very friendly.

Very cute place! Felt like we were at home but with nicer views. The beach is a short distance from the property. So many places to eat and shop around. Will definitely be back!!

It was ckean we have a little probbut the owner take everything's very fast. Honestly we love it.

I have only stayed a few places in Puerto Penasco and this condo happens to be on of the great ones, it’s extremely clean, the a/c was perfect for the heat outside, the tv’s had channels from dish, the freezer had frozen mugs to put your beer in which is a nice touch. checking in is simple, it’s secure and feels safe with security constantly roaming. Thank you I may come again

The neighborhood was great! Quick walk to the beach!!! Wish the hottub was able to be used, and we couldn't figure out the TVs to watch movies and shows in the living room. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and the security people were super nice and made us feel welcome and safe!! Would definitely stay here again!

Was worried About going to Rocky point considering My Spanish is weak to nonexistent. Staff a ploke English and I felt very safe and had the most relaxing 3 day weekend ever. Will be going back soon.

The property itself was nice. The location was pretty good. If you are staying with kids, I wouldn't walk around, as it's on the main street with the strip clubs, and drunks. But for a group of adults, it was ok. It wasn't the best place I stayed, but not the worse. However, we did have issues. First major thing was, we rented this property specifically for the private hot tub. I wrote the property manager about how we pay to use it (as it says in the listing, you have to pay an extra $50/day to use it). I never got a response. Then the day we were heading there, the property manager called to give me the entry code, so I asked again about paying the extra money to use the hot tub, and he told me it wasn't working. (It was super dry, by the way, so he had plenty of time to note that on the listing). When I told him the private hot tub was one of the reasons I booked his place, he rudely told me "to cancel then," and then proceded to yell, asking me if I thought he was happy to pay $1,000 to replace the pump. Second, the inner door of the place does not shut or stay shut. It's a safety issue. Third, there were NO extra anything. The place said it is suitable for 6 people, there were only 4 towels. No extra. No extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc. The listing says the place has "everything you need for your vacation." I wouldn't exactly say that. And last thing, there was security EVERYWHERE, to the point that it was annoying. They were hovering over everything we were doing. It felt very uncomfortable, and that we were treated like children, especially as it became later, and we were still in the public hot tub. It was fine for the weekend. I wouldn't stay again.

Parking was right in front of condo, but if you are riding a bike know it is a bit steep. You might need help to get bike parked.

I would rent it again in the Future

Excellent place to stay. I have 2 friends that own condo's here. I've always had a blast staying here. Ovi was a great host and the place was clean. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

We loved staying at this condo! It is located on the ground floor and has a view of the ocean and pool area. We were able to walk right off the patio to the pool area, but also felt very private. The resort has staff constantly monitoring the various pools for cleanliness and each morning a crew cleans the grounds, actually hand wiping the surfaces of walls, benches, planters. The condo was ultra clean, updated and beautifully decorated. We relaxed in the jacuzzi (which has all the bells and whistles). We appreciated the fact that the jacuzzi is emptied and cleaned after each guest. The kitchen was well equipped and the host left chilled beer mugs in the freezer for our use. The host is very easy to reach and answered all questions. This is an A+++ condo.

This is a super great location to stay and have enjoyed staying at this location every time. This particular place had a jacuzzi on the patio and it would have been nice to know it was $50 more per day of use. We would have paid it.

Loved our stay! The only thing was the hot tub was empty, so we didn’t get to use it. But the villa is super nice and very convenient! 💯

Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Supply of paper products was good. We had a little problem with the water drainage in the master bedroom shower. Glass sliding door needs somework. All appliances were nice & clean.

Property was better then expected, love that it has a friends environment. Well stay here again forsure.
