Very close to everything

What a great location! A very short drive to the beach, and the pool was perfect for our family, especially our toddler! Loved the atmosphere of the condo!

Easy access to beach and great place for family.

Nice, spacious rental and the property manager was very responsive to any issues or questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked- items you might need that weren't there were- foil, cooking spray and extra paper towels. Plenty of extra toilet paper, dishwasher and washing pods, and pool/beach towels. I would also bring ziploc bags for any food you might leave out. Short drive to the beach and reataurants. Good location and would stay again. One thing to note-Sofa sleeper is a blow up style that deflates back down within about 15 minutes and has to keep being blown up so important to know if you plan on using it. One thing

We were in town for a celebration. Unfortunately it was a short stay and we were unable to take advantage of being so close to the beach but the condo is a short drive to multiple beaches. Only downside is that there is currently construction on the road leading to the condo but I had no issues with the owners. Condo was nice and clean and spacious.

This location is less than 5 min to beach access , it was very clean and plenty of room for 8…

We plan a summer trip every summer with our grands. This place was perfect for our group. Beach, Pool, playground and location to all activities in Corpus Christi was great.

My brother and his family met me and my family here for a family reunion. The condo itself was lovely. Plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and well appointed. The facility seemed like it was full, but it was still quiet, which was nice. No loud parties. The condo is not ON the beach, but it is very close. It’s easy to get to the beach by car, and you can park on the beach in most places. The only issue we had was that the pool was NOT clean. I contacted the owners and they immediately had someone come out to take care of it. Unfortunately for us, we were still unable to use the pool during our stay because maintenance had to shock it and therefore no one could get it in it for a while, and our schedule did not allow for us to get back to it. I do appreciate the owner’s response, though. We would definitely stay here again.

Kids loved this rental. We were able to spread out and relax between beach outings, and the selection of nearby restaurants made evenings easy. I'd stay here again.

Spoke with the host about these things after return home and he is to address them. Pros: Beautiful property, nice pool, easy to get to, great location, nice amenities and supplies inside Cons: Needs new breaker or electrical work since the breaker went off a couple of times, some roaches in the kitchen area, poor experience with property manager, safety concerns for TV mounting in one bedroom caused us not to use it, safety concern with mounting of some of the artwork in the kids’ room

The property manager was very communicative and helpful. The condo and property was clean and beautiful. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 3 teens, and 1 ten year old.

We stayed here over Mother’s Day weekend. The home is perfect! You have everything you need to be comfortable and happy, close to the beach! Owner and property manager are fabulous with communication, and everything was handled with ease. This is the 1st VRBO we have rented that had everything it claimed. Super easy check in, help, cleanliness, and comfort. We will return for our next trip!

My only complaint was with the road construction getting to the place, other than that it was a pleasant stay, wish the back yard was a little bigger, but the townhouse was great and roomy

Townhouse close to beach with playground and pool. Clean. Close to beach, restaurants, and National Seashore.

This was perfect for our family. The pool and playground were amazing. It was super close to the beach and great restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time made even better by wonderful accommodations.

This rental is perfect for families traveling with kids. The owners provide books, puzzles, and even beach toys for the kids (and grandma) to use. 😆 We'll definitely be back.

The house was great, well kept with plenty of room for our family of 4 and has everything you could need. Great location very close to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, grocery, etc.
