My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic stay in the hot California desert for the last 4 days of June, 2022. This house is fully stocked, and is a beautiful rental property. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi over and over as we escaped the 110 degree outside heat. The air conditioner worked flawlessly for the entire stay, and the firm king size bed(s) were the perfect touch for a good night's sleep. The only incident we ran into was that the pool was extremely hot (like a jacuzzi) when we arrived, but Timothy the property manager was able to help us reset the pool equipment so that the water cooled down by the following day. Timothy was available via email and was responsive from the moment we checked-in to the property. We plan to return to this gem in the desert next spring. If you plan to stay during late June, you should be aware that there can be very high winds in Desert Hot Springs in the late afternoon/early evenings.

We enjoyed our time. Everyone was quite comfortable. House was fairly well equipped. Could use a few more towels. Could not figure out the Sonos speakers. Only issue we had was finding bottle caps around, including in the pool. Broken glass in the game room and hallway. And our dog getting a hold of a chunk of cannabis. Luckily we got it from her before she could eat it. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable.

The house is well stocked and Tim is a great host We explored the local hiking trails around DHS (Brice’s/Swiss Canyon) as well as Tahquitz Canyon (amazing waterfall) in Palm Springs.

This property was beautiful the pool with the views at anytime of day was so relaxing and peaceful. So much room for entertaining and cooking in or outdoors. The game room with pool table and games was a nice plus. The cleaning lady went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The host was great with his response time to all questions. We had a great time and will be back.

This is a cute home, perfect for a group. We enjoyed the hot tub and large coach to watch movies together. The owners a promptly responded to answer any questions and fix any issues.

This is an AWESOME property! The property allows you access to a natural mineral water hot tub and pool, so you can skip the crowds at the resorts! Not only do you get private access tp the hot tub and pool, the property is well stocked with games, including Jenga, video games and a pool table. We had lots to do the one night it rained. The owner Timothy communities often and answers questions quickly. I would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay. Planned this stay in between a road trip from San Diego heading North. Sunsets each night were breathtaking and the privacy of the spa and pool cannot be beat! Wish we had stayed longer but will look forward to returning one day.

We had a wonderful stay at your Desert Hot Springs house. The house was clean, cute, and had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The best feature was the spring water pool. We dipped in the spa and cooled off in the pool in the private backyard. From the house, we hiked to Swiss Canyon desert trail. Other trails pass through the hills and canyons to the North. The excellent restaurants of Palm Springs are 20 minutes away.

I can't say enough great things about this location, especially if you are looking to just relax. The pool and hot tub set-up is one of the best that I've seen in a home, much more what you would find at a resort. The water heats up quickly and we spent the weekend enjoying the mineral water pools.Tim was a superstar of an owner. He checked in multiple times throughout the trip by messaging us in the Vrbo app in case we needed anything. Finding the house and checking in was a breeze, it was a 5 star stay in every aspect and can't wait to come back to relax again in the future.
