My husband and I had a great time at this property. Great for couples of small family. Great location, fantastic views, and affordable! Would stay again.

This is a great property and also a great value. The place is very clean and very attractive. We especially loved the huge porch. It was great both during the day and for night sky watching. The only thing about this place that wasn't excellent was that the bed in the owner's bedroom was uncomfortable. But we would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here. Clean, decorative and spacious! We practically lived on the back porch!

This was a very nice trip. The kitchen was very well equipped. Better than most that I’ve stayed. The porch was very nice to use every day. Would stay again.

Very clean, it didn't feel like a salty beach condo! Nice to be right on the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Parking wasn't ideal since it was easy to get boxed in, but other than that it was great!

The place was beautiful! Nice private patio, pool was super clean, the beach was less than five minutes away! I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: beach front with easy beach access, well maintained pool, updated condo, beach chairs and toys provided, Blender, coffee maker, ample utensils and cooking supplies, washer /dryer in unit. Keypad entry that you can create your own unique code so you don’t have to worry about taking a key back and forth to the beach, owner responds very quickly, really nice color palette in the kitchen Cons: the parking situation is a little quirky, you have to have your cell phone on you Incase you need to move to let someone out. House has a slightly musty smell Bottom line - great stay!

Everything was very clean and easy to check-in. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the parking situation. We didn’t have any major issues, but it could have been annoying if we were out for the night or on the beach and had to return just to move our car.

This property was exactly as expected. Great location to walk to everything you need and nicely redone. Jorge was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed him. It was a great trip and we look forward to coming back!

The kitchen is well equipped. We take most food with us so kitchens are important.The bed in master room is very comfortable, the second bedroom not so much. The showers in both bathrooms are good for water pressure. Easy walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our vacation very much and will definitely be coming back. The property was just as advertised and the location is perfect. The only complaint I have is the parking. Sometimes you are required to have to move your vehicle or call/text another tenant to move theirs because you may or may not be blocking someone in or being blocked in. Just a minor inconvenience though for a great place to stay!

When we arrived it is an act of congress to code the lock to your own pass code to get in. Wasted a good hour of our vacation figuring that out. Listed as a pet free house. There was animal hair all over the bathroom walls, shower curtains, counters and the on the beds in both bedrooms and bathrooms. Took 2 days to figure out the TV and internet. Internet went out several times during our stay. The master bedroom is listed as a queen bed and it is a full size not a queen. The mattress was worn out and everybody rolls to the middle and if you moved in the bed you can wake everyone up in the house with the bed creaking so loud. The fire alarm went off on Saturday 2 hours after we had arrived and on Wednesday evening also. It became a joke with the fire dept. coming out so much and they told us it was a very sensitive alarm and they come out all the time there. On a positive note the reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the weather was fantastic for our trip and anytime that I emailed Jorge with a question or concern, he would reply back within a reasonable time.

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have the best weather, but we were so happy to avoid a tropical storm. Every day we enjoyed the beautiful condo and beach! Communication was great....quick response every time. We love this area and look forward to returning again!

My Birthday Trip was excellent at Carolina Beach. The Beach house we stayed at looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and a great atmosphere. The deck was awesome!!!! We loved every minute of it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mr. Lopes for allowing us to stay in your Awesome beach house! Rhonda Powell

Great spot, central to everything!

Location is perfect. You can walk to most everything in the area.

The owner is so very helpful, and the property is pretty much perfect! Right out in front of the pool, and on the first floor making it super convenient with littles. Very central location, and almost direct access to the beach. We couldn’t see the beach because we were on the first floor which didn’t matter a bit to us being our littles pretty much lived at the pool! It is a couple blocks down from the boardwalk (we always drove), and parking was very easy to access near the Boardwalk. The parking at the condo wasn’t our favorite but we rarely left so we weren’t ever in our entire week there trapped in. The beds are very comfortable, and the place is all around very homey. I highly recommend this little gem on Carolina Beach!

Jorge was quick to respond with the forgotten check in and parking info. Also quick to get the cleaning crew there when we checked in and the place had not been cleaned. Disappointing beginning to the weekend but we walked to the boardwalk and grabbed some dinner (good seafood at Buzzs Roost and gelato at Lavellos). 2 hours later we returned and the cleaning people were finishing up...thinking we must have caught them on an off day because once we entered the condo we found that the only things that were “cleaned” were clean linens (towels/sheets) and the middle of the living room floor mopped. I spent a hour Clorox wiping down the bathrooms, inside of fridge and kitchen so it was functionally clean. We also did not love the deck/entry door arrangement. Unfortunately when you out and about, the condo is essentially unlocked because your entry door is a sliding glass door off the deck....the decks of the neighboring condo could allow access to your rented condo while you’re out. While the location was good I think we will opt for a different location next time in hopes of a better outcome all around

We just returned from a week stay at this unit and could not have been more pleased. The location is absolutely perfect and the beach is amazing. The condo looks exactly like the pictures posted. Great amenities and nice linens. The deck is definitely the place to hang out in the evening or early morning. You can walk to many great restaurants. We were able to meet the owners during our stay - great couple! I would definitely return and would highly recommend this rental.

We loved being close to the beach and sitting out on the covered deck. The owner was responsive when contacted. We had some intermittent issues with the schlage keypad lock not working but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Clean residence. Minimal amenities (no beach towels, no hair dryer, limited laundry and dishwasher detergent) but if you have a car and know about this going into the stay you can grocery shop and relax! The only challenge that put a bit of a damper on the stay was the parking arrangement. You have to coordinate with the neighbors to get your car out of the carport as it is not a true pull through and each port is for three cars/units. Because most of the units are rented, renters are less accustomed to this arrangement and therefore are a lot less responsive to moving cars. But otherwise, this is a great condo in an excellent location!

The location is perfect and the place is very nicely decorated and kept. I gave it 4 stars only because there were a few minor things during our stay that were inconvenient. The pool was out of commission and being worked on, so not being able to use the pool and the noise from construction was unfortunate. We also had a hard time checking in because the emails weren’t working but owner was very attentive and took care of it quickly. Other than that, it was perfectly located and ideal for what we were looking for. We will likely be back in the future.

This was my second time to Carolina Beach, First time at this condo. I wouldn't change a thing! The unit was very clean and open. The kitchen is well stocked with good cookware and had everything we needed The owner met us when we arrived and was helpful and friendly. The condo is in walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants which made eating out easy! I am ready to book again for next year!

Perfect location when traveling with little ones! The beach was right outside the door!
