22 Palm was the perfect house for our trip to Spanish Wells for our wedding. The beach front property perfectly meets the start of the gorgeous sand bar & had stunning views. The house is equipped with water toys to enjoy the beach. The upstairs ropes/swings was such a hit with our young nieces too. Our hosts were responsive & accommodated our early check in as well.

The property is beyond the listing! It’s absolutely perfect and the most amazing location ! We are all sad to be home ! Most beautiful beach right outside your door ! And all the memories turned into decor indoors shows how many people have cherished it over the years ! Kids had a blast upstairs and with all the coconuts when they took breaks from sun ! It was the most thought out place to stay I’ve ever stayed in! Golf cart rides and easy access to anything around ! Can’t say enough good about it! And the host is sooo kind ! Already thinking about out return !!!!

We just got back from another amazing trip to Spanish Wells and stayed at Palm22. It was such a beautiful and tranquil place, with stunning views of the ocean and peaceful surroundings. A piece of paradise set on a peaceful beach with white sand and blue waters like you have never seen. It was almost surreal how beautiful it was. Joe was an amazing host whom we were lucky enough to meet in person, so helpful and gracious. The house couldn’t have a better location and is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Perfect week connecting with our teenage daughters. If you want a quiet and restful retreat with access to some of the freshest fish in the world, this is it!

Charming home on a beautiful island. It is situated right on the beach. The color of the water was gorgeous, the sounds of the palms incredibly relaxing, and the people very welcoming. Words cannot express… We are grateful and hope to go back sometime!

Palm 22 is an amazing house that will meet anyone’s needs. Perfect for one or more couples or a big family. The pics online don’t do it justice. Will definitely stay here again.

We had never been to the Bahamas before and after reading every review of this property, we booked. We can certainly say, we’ll be back. Maybe every year!! The island is so calm, friendly, clean and safe. We had a golf cart to travel around the island and it was so much fun. We went out, to eat, two nights, The Shipyard was awesome! And the sitting was so nice and relaxing, right on the water. We saw dolphins, turtles and sharks all in one night of eating, out in the water. During our stay, we had planned on exploring to the Preachers Cave and the Blue Hole but we just never made it. We all swam and snorkeled right on the beach and just enjoyed the property. It was seriously the most amazing vacation ever. The house had everything we needed and other visitors had left floats, so we always had some to enjoy. The house made us feel so at home. Johnny and Nancy were amazing as the managers and were always a phone call away. Even tho we had no problems at the house at all! HIGHLY recommend this house!!

The view of the beautiful water from the back porch is absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time sitting there and admiring the view. The house and cottage had everything we could ever need - a perfect size for our party of 6 adults and 6 children. The ropes and swing in the kids' area (2nd floor) gave the kids lots of exercise and entertainment. Just steps from the house provides an amazing adventure. During low tide in the afternoon, part of the sand bar would appear and we could find star fish, conch shells, and other sea life - in the crystal clear water. When the water currents along the sand bar provide the most perfect ripples of clear water moving in all different directions around my feet, I have to ask myself - is this heaven or earth? Johnny and Nancy (caretakers) are lovely people and were very helpful with anything that we needed. Transportation to and from airport was much easier than expected. Despite three modes of transportation (taxi, water taxi, golf cart) - it only adds up to about 30 minutes from the airport. Joe Brandon (owner) was incredibly informative and helpful. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance or a short golf cart ride. Sandbar and Shipyard restaurants were fabulous places to enjoy a view and good food. Papa Scoops (local ice cream stand) was our favorite and our whole group looked forward to our nightly ice cream treat. Spanish Wells is another world and we feel grateful to have experienced this unique village. We will be back for more visits to Palm 22.

Simply Outstanding! With 80+ five star reviews, I was still blown away. This property is situated 50 feet from one of the most beautiful soft sand beaches you will find anywhere in the Caribbean. The laid back island is filled with wonderful local people and has everything you need. What makes this property so special is the owner and the people he connects you to on the island. Johnny and Nancy are the caretakers on Spanish Wells, they are very knowledgeable and great people. From taxi transfers to ferries, everything was set up, it was flawless! I highly recommend Bruno at Underwood Charters, we took a half day boat trip to see the pigs, snorkel and take in the islands, it was amazing. The house is just what you need, the back porch and the view of the bay, best morning coffee view!! Highly recommend this VRBO, good luck booking, it is considered one of the best rental homes on the island.

What a pristine spot on the beautiful beach. Our family had a wonderful time on vacation. The house is located perfectly with the prettiest spot on the beach. You can walk out super far in crystal clear water on low tide. House is kid friendly with the swing, ropes and bunkbeds that my kids loved. We all took to the outdoor shower which was super convenient. The back yard is a little oasis with the hammock, palm trees, and corn hole boards! There were a bunch of floats to use and kayaks we all used. Communicating with the owner was quick and easy. The house manager was super helpful as well. We did a boat excursion with Underwood Charters that I would highly recommend. We also rented a golf cart that was super helpful to get around. I would definitely recommend renting Palms 22.

He also worked with us on our dates as we got closer to accommodate our flights. Checking in was easy and pleasant. The house itself is amazing and located on the beach. We had an amazing week of relaxing in the sun and sand. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!!

It's not only been lived in, but you can tell how many beautiful family memories have been made there. Virtually every room in the house has the most spectacular view and it stops you in your tracks and sometimes makes you forget what you were doing. Im a professional photographer so I spent every morning on the beach sipping my coffee and taking pictures of the sunrise. It reqally doesnt get any better than this house.

We got a chance to meet Captain Crazy Roy. He's very friendly and great personality. He took us snorkeling, we swim with sea turtles, starfish, stingrays. The people from the island are so friendly, and the food is very good. The house has a lot of beds and the shower outside is perfect. We got pick up from the airport which made it very relaxing. Johny the caretaker and his wife picked us up from the dock with the golf cart we rented. They're so friendly. I will said, you need a golf cart to get around the island. We'll come back again!!!!

The house is excellent for couples or large families, plenty of sleeping arrangements for all! We will always return to this island!
