Such a great house, clean and very spacious. Close to water, neighbors were very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!! Host was responsive to my inquiries..

The property was roomy, clean, and well kept. The owner was very quick to reply to questions and concerns. The kitchen was stocked with just about every utensil and dish you could possibly need plus various other items people had obviously bought and left there for following guests - as happens at most lake houses in my experience. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. My 13 year old didn’t want to leave her bed all week and wanted to take the comforter home with us! The only things I’d “complain” about are minor. There was a shortage of towel bars for hanging wet towels to dry. And there was no hardware on the kitchen cabinets. Which wasn’t a real issue for most of us except my 70 year old mother who has arthritic hands. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice lake house to rent.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time.

Our family spent five days exploring NYC and then a delightful few days with no agenda other than enjoying "lake life" in this fantastic home. First, let me say, these were THE BEST mattresses I've slept on outside of my own house! So comfortable! And there are so many beds, it was a big perk for my six kids to all be able to have their own beds, frequently when we travel they have to share. We enjoyed the kayaks, lounging on the deck, playing the arcade game and a quick trip up to Niagara Falls. Despite a 10 hour drive home, my crew was asking if we could go back to "the lake house" in NY someday.

We brought our son and his family of six to ski at Holiday Valley. All but one of “the kids” are full grown and preferred to sleep in a bed of their own. It worked out perfectly for the nine of us. We claimed the master bedroom and everyone else had their own bed. Location was rated good, because we would have preferred to be closer to the ski resort. However the 20 minute drive was worth the difference in cost.

We came to ski at Holiday Valley with another family. Great layout for families and kids. It is a little bit of a longer drive from the ski slopes than we would have liked in a snow storm at night, but fine in good weather.

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. The lake looked so nice, all frozen over, we even saw some ice fishermen out there. We enjoyed it so much we booked another weekend already. We want to see the lake in the summer

This is my fourth year at this rental because it has everything: location, size, deck, patio, views, large beautiful kitchen, family room, game room, grill, fire pit, fireplace, etc. Hope to return every year.

We had a great time at this property. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. John was great to deal with. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We made some wonderful memories at Lime Lake when we were kids and now have even more memories as adults.

Spectacular home with all the amenities away from home. Rented this property for a “moms” get away. There were 9 of us. Plenty of room to stay and sleep. Georgia’s home right on the lake with beautiful views. Fun home activities with an arcade game ping pong and a beautiful fire pit on the deck with great views! We will definitely consider renting again! Owner very responsive!
