We had a great stay! The place was perfect for our family of seven. Plenty of room. The beach was easily accessible. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The owners even left a helpful notebook with tips on restaurants, the TV, checkout instructions, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

12 family members went to Redington shores for a vacation and had an absolute fabulous time. The condo was just as described in the VRBO everything was great it was fully appointed can't recommend it highly enough

We stayed during October and it was great! Lots of room for us to spread out, view was lovely from the balcony and the front desk/property management group were very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything that was needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect little apartment with room for many to sleep!!! We appreciated knowing ahead of time what to expect as far as furnishings and such…laundry on each floor was convenient - highly recommend downloading the laundry payment app for ease of use. Nothing fancy, but quite economical and great location for accessing the pool and beach. Only thing that could be better would be some blackout curtains and/or a pack n play and high chair. We lugged our pack n play through the airport because renting them cost as much as purchasing. Overall awesome - friendly front desk staff and other patrons too!!

We received a call around 3pm letting us know the condo was ready! This was great news as we ad left Orlando early morning to enjoy Tarpoon Springs history and Greek food (Hellas is always amazing if anyone needs a recommendation) during our transition. The youngest was tired and needed a short nap while we unloaded. Parking was ample which was another welcome sign! The condo was clean and cutely decorated for family time! The kitchen was stoked well with everything we needed to bake a few snacks and slice up so fresh fruit. We loved the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Thanks to the owners for having metal accordion clothes dryers available on the balcony; works great for drying towels and bathing suites while reducing sand in the unit. Having three full bathrooms was also a treat since we had three generations of family on our trip. I will add that the unit does not have a washer and dryer; however, clothes washers and dryers are available for a small fee (cash or credit card) on the same floor just two doors away. Since they were so close, we did not miss having the items in the unit. We put a load in, set the timer then went back out to transfer with no problem. I also want to shout out about the recommendation book the owners have in the unit providing insight to the best local offerings. (Wahoos was AWESOME! Absolutely the best meal in the area and would have been the best of our trip if he hadn't eaten at Hella's in Tarpoon Springs.) Thanks for sharing your place!

Just got back ! Condo was clean and large enough for all of us. So convenient to restaurants. Walk right out to beach. Watch beautiful nightly sunsets. Owner was so helpful with any questions we had. Absolutely Would stay again!

The property was exactly as described. Three beds and three baths with a gorgeous ocean view!! The owners had chairs and umbrella and even a cooler for the beach, kitchen was well stocked even though we didn't cook much. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Definitely will book again!!

Absolutely lovely, spacious and clean. The condo itself was roomy and supplied with many extras to make your stay really feel like home. Responsive owner and the condo was managed very well with helpful staff, a great pool and hot tub area and grills . A+ on everything. The beach was clean, gorgeous and not crowded. Centrally located condo building with easy access to groceries, attractions and restaurants and trolleys.

We were in Redington Shores for my mom’s 80th birthday and we had a variety of ages. Scott’s condo worked for everyone. There was an elevator for my mom, a beach and a pool for the kids and adults. The condo was very well appointed with everything you might need. We cooked in the kitchen two out of the three nights and there were utensils and pots and pans to spare. The beach was beautiful and the water was soooo warm. The condo was very clean and extremely spacious. We all had such a good time and I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time, loved the condo, very clean, comfortable, and accommodating! The owner was awesome and answered all our questions! He even gave us a list of food, fun, shopping suggestions! We will definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was nice. Stove could stand to be replaced as the burners were not attached to the frames. The refrigerator leaked water a couple of times which I wiped up off the floor. Otherwise everything was good.

My husband and I and 4 friends absolutely loved this unit. The layout was perfect, the beach chairs there for our use made our days at the beach wonderful. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. Just a great experience all around. We can’t wait to return!😊

The condo was very spacious and was perfect for our girls group! We appreciated the location right on the beach and the stocked kitchen, although we did not need much. Only complaint is that the surfaces in the condo could’ve been a little cleaner, wiped and dusted, but we did not spend much time in the condo!

The condo was incredibly spacious and was able to be separated into sleeping and living areas very well. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cooking equipment which made it easy to cook. It was very friendly for our toddler and preschooler, with pool and beach toys available as well as chairs and an umbrella. There were no beach towels in the unit but you could rent some from the front desk. The location was close to restaurants but not overly crowded
