Everything about this condo is absolutely amazing! The beach wasn’t too crowded, the view was beautiful, decorated well, and the owner has really thought of everything for their guest. Our family included 4 adults and 2 kiddos, and we had plenty of room. Can’t wait to go back.

I believe of all of the condos we have stayed in, in our 10 years of beach vacations, this one has to be our favorite. Beautifully decorated and I feel one of the cleanest ones we’ve ever been in. They even have a welcome gift waiting for you. All of us are pretty much bed snobs, and all of us agreed, the beds in every room were extremely comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. This is a small set of condos, only nine in the entire building. We love this! No crowded beach! Understand there is no elevator, and there are several steps down to the beach, but just look at it as great exercise to work off all of the wonderful food you’re going to get while you’re on 30 A! I can’t write a review without stating how great Alicia is. I made the mistake of updating my email on VRBO. Please know this is not a simple task. It required intervention from Alicia so that I could view & complete my reservation. Alicia was extremely patient and kind and got it taken care of. She is very responsive and takes care of you! Thank you for a great vacation stay!

Great property, so clean and comfortable, felt like home but with a much better view! Easy beach access. Thanks for the welcome snacks, spices, and easy check in. Really felt and appreciated the personal touches. We will be back and stay awhile!

This condo was perfect for out family of 6. The location is central to all 30A has to offer and the beach access was great. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great property in a wonderful location. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty big enough for three couples to be comfortable. Small building, not a big high rise so not crowded. Right on the beach with fabulous views Owner and manager very responsive to questions and any needs we had. We would definitely rent this property again.

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. We were particularly glad there were two master bedrooms with great beds. Coming from Colorado, this was a beautiful change from our Mountain view. Will definitely book again next year!

What a beautiful vacation spot! Stay Awhile is gorgeous-from the views, the lovely decorating, cleanliness, comfy mattresses, access to the beach, handy location, and even to the well-stocked kitchen everything was perfect. We had a couple of questions (not issues!) and Alicia was prompt, responsive, and so friendly. We had booked the condo for 5 adults but 2 couldn’t make it. There would have been plenty of room for all of us! We can’t wait to go back.

Had the most wonderful stay at this totally updated condo. Decor is lovely, fresh, and calming. Beds were super comfy. Great location close to Alys and Rosemary. Beach was steps away and not crowded. Thank you for a great trip.

This is a great property, very quiet with not too many people on the beach. Amenities in the kitchen were fabulous for cooking since it is a 15-20 min drive to most restaurants. There were spices, oil, sugar, muffin tin and even a nutri bullet for smoothies! The property manager was very responsive to questions. Our family enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend staying here.

The only downside to this property was that it isn’t a reasonable walking distance to anything. If you don’t mind driving it’s fine, but we would rather walk places snd it was a 25 minute walk to Alys and 45 minute walk to Rosemary.

Fantastic location! Minutes from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach shopping and dining. Amazing beach views from living room and kitchen. Loved that it had 2 master suites and we put the kids in the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools and quality knives! A quick walk to the beach but not going to lie my legs felt all the steps up to our 3rd floor and down to the beach! Only complaint was the master suites windows didn't have black out shades so we all woke up at 6am, but I guess that's beachtime!

We had an incredible time here. Did not want to leave. The condo has a stunning view, perfect for a week long stay or more. Perfect location right next to Alys Beach. The water is like you’re in the Caribbean but better. Thanks to Alicia for being an incredible host and sharing her home.

We had a great 4 night stay. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for two couples. The view was amazing. We had a small housekeeping issue (not the owners fault) at check in but Alicia responded immediately and made sure we were comfortable. Love the location between Rosemary and Seaside. Only suggestion for the owner is to add a pitcher for iced tea making for us southerners! Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed for four nights over the New Years weekend. This condo is in a great location close to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, has incredible water views, and is well furnished for a family or adult group. Highly recommended!

This is a really nice condo! We really enjoyed our stay here. First off, its right next to the beach with balcony views to the ocean. Waking up with coffee and watching the waves come in was exactly what I needed for the week. The condo itself has 3 rooms, two of which are basically masters. The last being a bunk bed, with a queen on the bottom. All rooms have a TV and the beds were all comfortable for us. The living space is open and right off the kitchen. All the furniture was large and comfy. The dining table was large enough to sit a good size group if needed. The kitchen is great. Appliances are modern, updated and clean and it comes stocked with all the pots/pans, etc. that you would need. There is a lot of open cabinets to put grocery's, etc so they are off the countertop. The two master bedrooms both have nice updated bathrooms. Everything was super clean when we arrived. I really have zero complaints. Access to the beach is on-site, through a set of stairs. This was not an issue for us. A lot of reviews say there are a lot of them, but we found it easy to get back and forth. Pretty typical for this area, so comes with the territory. Plus the stairs have some benches on them, making a great place to sit and watch the sunset each night (September/October has the best sunsets). Just the perfect week of relaxation for us. This is a very nice condo! It is exactly as the pictures show. Since the unit is on the top floor, the beach and ocean can be seen. There are a lot of stairs to get to the beach each day. We definitely got our exercise for the week! The owner is easy to communicate with and was very helpful with everything.

Stay Awhile is absolutely beautiful! Seldom when you book a vacation home does it actually turn out like the pictures, and if it does look like the pictures, then there are other issues. This penthouse condo is spectacularly lovely! It looks exactly like the pictures with gorgeous, expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. We are bed snobs and rarely find mattresses meeting our standards in vacation homes, but all of the mattresses were wonderful! We slept very well. We also felt like the home was the most clean condo we have ever stayed in and did not feel like we were COVID-19 compromised in any way. The beach was not very populated which was also nice. Whoever remodeled this property and decorated it was a BRILLIANT person! Not one single space wasn't utilized well. I loved the cabinets, drawers and toilet lids that were self-closing. So nice! There are lots of stairs to get to the condo and lots of stairs to get to the beach. We didn't see this as an annoyance because it balanced our excessive indulgences with our vacation eating and libations. We would definitely want to stay in this exact condo again if we return to the Gulf. Book it! You will NOT be disappointed!

We had a few issues with electrical breakers and the washing machine not working but they were both promptly addressed. We loved the location and the condo. Overall experience was great! Thank you.😀

We had such a great time staying in Seacrest. The location was perfect and so close to Seaside, Alys beach and Rosemary. My favorite part of the day was sitting on the balcony or the beach and watching the sunset. Perfect weekend trip and I hope to visit again soon!

We so enjoyed our stay at his beautiful condo! The views are amazing from the balcony (and we saw lots of porpoises). Our daughter loved the bunk bed room. The decor is so calming and gorgeous. We had a fabulous, relaxing stay and would love to come back!

My family of 4 was extremely happy with this condo! Directly on the beach and convenient to nearby stores/entertainment. We loved the lower populated sea crest beach in comparison to some other areas along the gulf coast. We would encourage the owner to have more essentials such as trash bags, cooking pans, sponges as we had to improvise on a few things. But overall it didn’t take away from the condo or our desire to stay again in the future.

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home situated directly gulf front. The views of the ocean and the sound of the crashing waves from the balcony was fantastic. The condo was well equipped with everything needed and provided ample space to enjoy a long girls weekend. The owner was great to work with. At the last minute, we decided we would like to extend our stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate the request. I would recommend this property! I will definitely be back!
