I cannot say enough good things about this property and the property owner. Our stay with seamless from check-in to check out. There were a few questions that I had for Steve over the course of our stay and he was very prompt in texting or calling back. In addition, the check in information that he sent by email prior to our stay had every detail we needed. There was nothing left to chance or to question. The rooms were spotless, and the linens included in the linen package were perfect. It was the first time that I had used the linen service at Topsail Beach so I was a little nervous about it. However, the sheets and towels were spotless and soft. No complaints! We have stayed at other houses at this particular beach, some just a couple of blocks down. And I’m not sure of the reason, but in this house, it did not feel like we were constantly tracking in sand, or having to sweep up the sand in the house. It was amazing. Being in the house with no sand, while still being at the beach was spectacular! The hot tub on the upper deck is a great bonus, and it is brand new, at least it seems so, and very clean. We were able to sit in there at night and in the evenings and look out to the ocean with the LED lights on in the tub. The pool in the backyard was also amazing. It’s not a huge pool, but there was plenty of space in it for six adults and two kids. I have so many more great things to say, but I have maxed out the characters allowed. Thank you Steve for an amazing trip!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing, refreshing stay! We had everything we could possibly need, they thought of everything! We felt as if we were at our own home, so comfortable! Beach is amazing, super quiet and private! This family has gone above and beyond to make their home comfortable and inviting for guests. Will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful and accommodated all our needs and more. Plenty of room to be together or be alone. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool was great and the ocean views perfect, even in stormy weather. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend.

We have enjoyed several stays over the winter. This year, the owner called me ahead of time to warn of beach restoration activities. Very courteous and totally unnecessary on our end but a welcome sign that this owner really want folks to have the best time possible at the home. It has everything you’d need and amazing beach access and amenities.

This house is in a great location. Our family loved being across from the ocean with such easy access and also loved the backyard pool and screened-in area. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. The area was peaceful and quiet. Our family hopes to return.

We had an amazing week relaxing and enjoying our annual family vacation at this beautiful home. We had several gorgeous beach days, the guys had a couple of golf days (their favorite course was Bear Trail) we went to the Escape Room, which was fun for all even the youngest grandkids, and did a half day excursion to Wilmington to tour the U.S.S. North Carolina which everyone loved. We went out to eat everyday and give a thumbs up to Rick’s, Cancun Mexican restaurant, New York Corner Deli, Coastal Wings and Spirits, and High Waters Sports Bar and Grill. The grandkids loved the bunk room and family room and it was nice to have the separation when the adults were upstairs. We enjoyed the pool but spent most of the good weather days at the beach. I highly recommend this home, it has everything you could want to enjoy your time at the beach!

We stayed the last week of June. House is wonderful! Well equipped. Perfect pool size for our family vacation. Private beach access great. Everyone was well pleased and hope to stay in 2024 on our next family vacation. Dolphin show in the mornings was a plus! Thanks Steve for everything!

This house is amazing. Great views. Private beach access. Perfect sized pool. Amenities are everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Owner responds super quick to any questions and is very informative. Provided lots of helpful tips regarding places to eat, etc. This is definitely a 10 out of 10. Every person in our group was very pleased with everything this house had to offer. We stayed the 1st full week of June. Weather was amazing. Hot tub was a great addition. We will definitely be planning another stay here.

What an amazing week we had at this incredible property! Steve was so kind and responsive to us before and during our stay! The immediate private beach access, well equipped home was perfect for our family vacation (might I add we had 6 kids under six with us and they also loved our visit)! Between the beach, pool, hot tub, screened in porch and all of the bonus amenities, we loved our stay! We will be back! Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful home with everything needed. Gate already installed at top of stairs, perfect for our toddler. Excellent beach access and very well stocked kitchen lacking nothing for all your cooking needs.

We had a great time at this property, the owners have provided everything you might need for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked and labeled, premises were absolutely immaculate when we arrived. I reached out with a few minor questions for the owner and he responded very quickly. The view from the hot tub is amazing, and the beach access is right in front of the property. From the entire front of the house you can see the ocean easily. What a lovely place. Overall we give this our highest recommendation and we hope to come back soon.

The house was totally beautiful and the location can't be beat. Everything was perfect. It's hard to top sitting in a hot tub overlooking the ocean! The pool was refreshing and very clean. Steve and Lori are great hosts and truly had open communication and quick responses to any inquiries we had. It was a peaceful, relaxing week.

The house exceeded out expectations in every regard. It was clean, well furnished, and every detail was well attended to. We had a great time! We loved walking on the quiet beach and found many shark teeth. Not far from some wonderful restaurants and ice cream.

We really enjoyed our Topsail vacation! The house was very clean upon arrival and everything was I working order. There was a minor HVAC issue while we were there, but a contractor was called out the same day and got things fixed. The pool area is really nice and the elevator made things so much easier for a few in our group with mobility challenges. The view was phenomenal!!!! Everyone enjoyed evenings hanging out on the deck and enjoying the view. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely return here.

Great location! Perfect for families with kids! The bathroom down by the pool is an especially great feature!

We rent a house at Topsail every year and Topsail at the Beach is by far our most favorite! This house has everything you can think of. From a wonderfully stocked kitchen, the pool (not to mention the bathroom near the pool, especially for the kids), to the hot tub and the private beach access. This is a gorgeous house and beautifully decorated. The family room on the lower level was great for the kids. By far the BEST washer & dryer we have ever had in a vacation rental. It didn't take forever for all the towels to dry! The owner, Steve, is wonderful to work with and is quick to take care of any issues that come up. We will definitely be staying here again!

My family of 5 stayed for a week. Everything was perfect. Would have given 10 stars if I could. Steve was always responsive although we didn’t have a single issue. I contacted him because I worried about his property since we were there during a tropical storm . Location, check in, furnishings, beds, beach accessories, pool, hot tub, cleanliness, all perfect. We made wonderful memories and will talk about this place forever. We hope to return next year.

This was our first time at Topsail Beach and renting a house instead of a commercial property. We had a fabulous time and the house has everything available that one could need. The amenities were great and beach access just steps away where we could run back and forth safely and quickly as needed. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Owner was always prompt with any questions...overall GREAT experience!!

We were in this house in 2015. We chose it again because we knew the type of care these owners take for the property. The inside environment, as well as the outside amenities, both are conducive to full enjoyment of the beach and TOTAL relaxation. The private pool, hot tub with views of the beach, and private beach access are all special perks that do not exist in most properties we searched. They thought of everything, and it made our vacation awesome!

There is nothing lacking in this home - owner has thought of every little detail that is important for a week long stay at the beach (nightlights, brooms on every level, tv's in every room, pool and beach supplies.) Kitchen is very well equipped and there are games, books and puzzles galore. Fans for noise as well as ceiling fans in every room! Comfy beds and pillows, easy access to the beach, elevator for hauling groceries and luggage. We had a wonderfully relaxing time at this house that is centrally located. We struggled with the layout a little at the beginning (but only because we all live in single story homes.) This is our first time at a higher end rental - it has set the bar high for all future rentals for us! Steve was very attentive and responsive! Highly recommended vacation rental!
