Perfect for our family. Game room was key during rain events! Plenty of space and close to the beach!

Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant.

This house is as-advertised. It is well laid out with several beds on the bottom floor and each feels like its own space. House is well appointed and decorated, very clean. Pool was great. The main refrigerator did go out before our stay. 360 sent a loaner that was fairly beat up and placed in the basement. The seal didn't work well causing produce to freeze and drinks not to cool. It was a hassle having to run up and down stairs as you are cooking for a large group. Not something I expect when paying top summer rental fee per night. I was hoping they would make it right by issuing me a credit for the inconvenience but they offered me 1% and asked why I didn't call them more about it during my stay. I had only a few days to relax, coming off the beach to coordinate maintenance was not something anyone in our group wanted to do. They knew the issue as they alerted us 2 hours before our check in and were the ones who sent the loaner in that condition. Also, it's not a huge deal but this house is right next to the public beach access, we didn't realize that when we booked. For some reason several third parties pull in and use the driveway... landscapers, beach chair rental company, people associated with the construction next door. Having the beach set up each day as part of the rental is very nice. If you have a large group and want to have the opportunity for alone time while you are at the beach, this house is perfect. Space to accommodate everyone together or apart.

Nothing but a pure dream!! We absolutely loved this house it fit our party perfectly and it was everything and more with the location.

We enjoyed the location. There was plenty of room for everyone. I was not happy because the pool was dirty had toys from previous renters and the pool had green slime on steps . Called said the pool gets cleaned twice a week. There is no way someone cleans that pool twice a week. We have a pool i know better. Better get a new pool cleaner. Also the grill outside is nasty. Need a new grill. The game room was great for the kids.

What a tandem relaxing place to spend the Thanksgiving week with our family. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of fun things to do together. Good kitchen for large group. Much more fun than trying to dine out all the time.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The beach was beautiful and chairs were so convenient. Wish they could have left them out til sunset instead of 5 pm. The game room was a big hit with our small kids and our teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked. One suggestion is to have hot pads and dish clothes in kitchen (we had none). The WIFI was not dependable. The location of this house is excellent. It would be nice to have bushes trimmed at the back so people could view the beach from 2nd floor deck.

Loved the location, golf cart, bikes, path and the fact their was shopping and outdoor activities just 1 mile away.

The house was a decent size and well equipped, although the kitchen and the living room area was a bit small and cramped for the number of the people we had in our group. The biggest issue was not having hot water to shower when we reached there and for the most of our stay. For the amount of money we payed for the house, you expect hot water in the house. The water kept dripping in the breakfast counter area, making that space unusable. The pool and the grill are just a check mark and are sort of disconnected with the main house. We barely used the pool and grilling was very inconvenient as you would have to carry stuff back n forth.

We have been repeatedly calling the after hours line and no one is responding. 3. Supposedly a private beach, but we had others who were using the beach right in front of the property who refused to even move to accommodate property renters. Ultimately the beach enforcement service had to be called. Guys, great spot but need a bit more proactive preparation and quick response - particularly after hours.

Great vacation with all of our kids, their spouses and all 8 grandchildren. It was fun to have all under one roof playing games at night, sharing meals and most of all enjoying the beach during the day. Fantastic trip and we look forward to many more vacations together.

Excellent vacation rental. Parking can be tight but pleased overall.

We had a fabulous time! Our friend group traveled this year with 20, 8 adults and our 12 adultish children. Everyone had a space, beach was wonderful and the house had every amenity you could ask for! The dishwasher would not start one morning and 360 arrived immediately and helped us out.

We had a wonderful vacation however we will NOT rent this house again. There were so many issues with it. No lighting on the exterior stairs, drip from the kitchen ceiling, pool pump broken and leaking water and draining the pool, light switches turning on different lights in different rooms, loose brick on pool step. I could go on and on. We had to call everyday due to one issue or another. We vacation frequently in Rosemary and surrounding areas and have never experienced any issues nor do you expect to when you pay almost $20,000 for a week. It seems as though the owner was in a rush to get the house rented so the craftsmanship of the remodel has a lot to be desired. The flooring does not touch the baseboards in many areas and the light cans are actually coming out of the ceiling. This would be a great house if the remodel had been done better. The lack of lighting on the exterior front stairs was extremely dangerous at night! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE! Don’t waste your money!!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Perfect for large families with plenty of room to spread out. Very well stocked kitchen & really nice location on the beach. Our kids loved the game room downstairs. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at a fantastic place. We had a party of 13 and everyone was comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. They had a blast in the ocean, too!! The pool heater didn't always work but the kids didn't care.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. We had 16 and everyone slept very comfortably. The kitchen was great - fully stocked and everything that we needed. Love the beach - customer service for the 360 team was really good! Thank you!

Had a great stay with a BIG family! House was great and location good to go between Destin attractions and Panama City. Very happy with our choice and the game room was invaluable! Be aware, there are a LOT of stairs in the house itself, and then the stairs Over the dunes to get to the beach. We had a 1 year old and a 65+year old and it was a challenge for each. there isn’t pantry or empty cupboard to store anything but the fridge/freezer is huge. I’m in love with the living room couch and forgot to see who made it... can someone help a mom out? My three teenagers all lounged together without fighting! 360 blu service was amazing-

Fabulous trip with our kids and grandkids. Perfect location, so close to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach as well as everything in between. The house is well-maintained and appointed. So much for the kids to do and access to the beach is primo. 360 blue concierge service was unbeatable. They helped us instantly on any little issue we had.

This was our annual family beach vacation. We are a family of 13 - 6 adults, 7 children. We loved the house, it's layout and location. Not sure what happened but our beach chair service did not know to set up our chairs on our first day. He seem to struggle with how to set them up after that. Kitchen could use dish cloths for wiping down/cleaning up counter tops. We would definitely choose this home again. Great for a large family!

Eight adults and 9 children gathered for family vacation for two weeks. Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean, full of amenities, pool, (TVs everywhere); games provided, plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.; bikes provided, and the chairs and umbrellas were a great hit).

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! Had 5 families with 9 children staying and had plenty of space for everyone. The game room with 2 arcade games, large couches, poker set and large tv was a perfect place to hang out. Having 8 chairs set up on the beach worked great as we were able to walk down the steps and start enjoying ourselves. Location was perfect as was very close to restaurants and shops in either direction and couldn't beat being right on the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to make it back in the future!

We were looking for our blended family to be able to get together every year and get to know each other since holidays everyone goes in different directions. We selected this home since it could accommodate so many people and was on the beach. After booking it was sold and went under another rental agency. The house had just finished been refinished and completely redone. There were a few things that needed repair/fixing however 360 was so accommodating and responsive. I cannot say enough good about them and how wonderful they were. They always went the extra mile for us. I don't think we will rent another one from anyone but them. The owner even stopped by the assure that everything was to our liking. The home is absolutely beautiful and the family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The home has lots of games and things for children as well as adults. Thank you to everyone that made this trip possible for us.
