This is such a relaxing unit with easy access to beach walks. Really enjoyed my stay.

Loved the location and the view . We were able to climb the stairs to second level but did not like that type of design.

Loved the villa and the view from upstairs. Very convenient to kayaking, fishing and crabbing. Seabrook Island is absolutely beautiful with excellent amenities. Very convenient to shopping and not too far from Charleston. The amenities package is a little pricey and you probably won't use them the day you arrive and the day you leave. The only complaint I have is the villa fridge and unit does not have an icemaker.

Very peaceful and loved watching wildlife in the marsh! Unit well stocked and while we only made dinner twice we had everything we needed. The extra spices and olive oil were appreciated. Nice location in Seabrook - quiet neighborhood and easy access to North Beach.

Nice, quiet unit with great view. We chose it for the proximity of the pool, but it was closed for maintenance :(

We stayed for two weeks in April and had a marvelous time. The view from Creek Watch is incredible. We were delighted to see dolphins swimming through Cap'n Sam's Creek at low tide. The villa was perfect for my wife and two small children. In addition to the view, its a great central location to all the key spots on Seabrook and would look forward to staying here again.

View of the marsh and river is awesome. Very quiet location. Good value. Kitchen was small but functional and well stocked. Would have loved better quality TP. Also the Seabrook amenity card process is a bit klugey for this time of year when you're less likely to take advantage of the amenities due to weather, etc.

We stayed for a week in February 2022. The townhome is very nice and was well-supplied. We spent quite a bit of time on the screened in porch, enjoying the view. Amazingly, a dolphin swam by one morning in the channel just outside the porch!!! The neighborhood is very nice for walking, but you’ll probably want to drive to restaurants. They are a quick 10 minute or less drive though. We enjoyed our week!

The townhouse was very nice and perfect for the two couples. Comfortable and clean. Bicycling and golfing was great. The pool and beach area rivals that of an island resort.

We have been coming to seabrook for about a decade and we love it here. This is the first stay on the marsh and the view was worth it. Comfortable beds, clean and a great place to stay on the island.

The condo was clean and in a great location. Easily walkable/bikeable to almost everything f. Property management was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Great view and great amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Creekwatch Villa this year at Seabrook. The villa had a beautiful view of the creek and marsh. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee on the screened porch every morning. The villa was very clean abs had all the essentials. The pool in this neighborhood was a little hidden gem! We spent most days at the beach and would swim in the pool in the evening. Peaceful quiet location with a lot of nature with easy bike ride to all of the amenities. Easy check in and out process.

The property was updated, clean and had all the necessary items for food preparation.. Loved the view and location.

Loved staying in this condo. Had all that we needed. Comfy living space, kitchen small but adequate and well stocked, beds very comfy, wonderful screened porch with beautiful views. Enjoyed complex pool, crabbing dock and location on island. Brought our own bikes, but there are bikes in the outdoor closet to use which would be a plus to those visiting that didn’t bring their own. We come every summer to Seabrook and would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautifully decorated and the view off the back porch is unbelievable. Seabrook never disappoints.

My husband and I have come to Seabrook many times over the past thirty years, both alone and with our kids. We always love staying in the Creekwatch villas, because of the view from the decks. This villa was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook.

The place was in a nice area and was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

This was a very comfortable and well decorated home. The views from the screened in porch and deck were beautiful. I loved that they had supplied necessities and spices for cooking. My favorite think was the sound of the ocean from almost every room in the home. The only thing hard for us is that the steps are really daunting for older people.

This property was perfect for us! My parents used to live along Cap’n Sam’s Creek, so I have a soft spot for this gorgeous location. The villa was very clean and comfortable, and Costal Getaways of South Carolina was so great to deal with! I will definitely be talking to them again next year!

We had a wonderful first visit to Seabrook! The island was perfect for a family vacation with our 18 month old. The view from our property was stunning! The area was quiet and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Great place and fabulous view. It needs some work in a few areas which we communicated. The biggest issue was large tears in the screens on the porch where we spent most of our time. I patched them with clear tape, but we had mosquitoes that had slipped in before the repair and we dealt with them for most of the week. The ceiling fan in the LR is old an wed noisey. A repairman came to clean mold out of AC vents in MBR without giving notice and during the 3yo's nap time which we specifically requested not to be violated.

Very cozy villa with great marsh and creek views. Tons of birds and the sound of the distant waves can be heard. The tidal creek is fun to watch for dolphins, fish, crabs and stingrays swimming by. Such a lovely setting. A quick 2 minute drive or bike ride to the beach access. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals.The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. bathrooms were updated and spotless. I would definitely stay here again!

We love Seabrook Island and staying at this Creekwatch villa just makes it perfect! Very comfortable and spectacular views from the screened porch. Love having coffee out there in the mornings and wine in the evenings😊�. You can’t go wrong staying here and we hope to get back soon!

The house had everything one could need to enjoy a great vacation at Seabrook. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Waking up to sunrise on the marsh is undiscribable. I took heaps of images and videos so I could visit in my mind over and over again. Thanks

Fantastic. Tight parking but lovely everything you want

Condo was comfortable, well stocked. Perfect location to beach. We enjoyed walking saw the Dolphins swimming, the turtle patrol in action. We had a great day to fly kites. We used the pool at the Lake house it's perfect for kids. We've enjoyed Seabrook for 35 years and the next generation is loving it too!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo for our week-long vacation. It is a perfect location with beautiful environs and easy access to Seabrook pools and other activities. We swam at the neighborhood and Seabrook pools, biked and walked the island paths, worked out at the athletic center, shopped at the darling retail center, and ate delicious meals at the many restaurants at the harbor area. All within walking/biking distance from the condo. The interior decor and furnishings of this unit are welcoming, creating a Southern "home away from home" feel. The amenities are thorough- from the well-supplied kitchen and bathrooms to the comfortable living space and porch. This owner has thought of everything. Bring binoculars for nature watching off the porch. We recommend day trips to Charleston and Savannah. Seabrook is perfectly situated for day trips to both! This condo gives you a relaxing, quiet place to come "home" to at the end of a fun day - near or far.

We loved our stay at this Creek Watch villa! After a great day at the beach and pool, we came back to the villa to relax on the screened porch, to be entertained by dolphins swimming by in Cap'n Sam's Creek, or herons and egrets wading along the banks of the creek, looking for fish to eat. It is a wildlife paradise! With a view of the ocean and the sound of the waves, we couldn't ask for a better place to unwind! We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family! The second bedroom has an added bonus of a twin bed AND a queen bed, which means that a family with three children can easily stay here, as can a group of 5 women on a Girls' Getaway. The rental manager left lots of information about local attractions, including restaurants on the island and in Charleston. They were quick to answer any questions we had. We look forward to staying again in April- can't wait to see the wildlife show from that porch and take a tour of the island on the bikes which come with the rental of this villa!
