Phoenix X condo on 3rd floor near garage and overlooking grill area. Convenient location to FloraBama. In need of a thorough cleaning.

Easiest family beach vacation ever due to this location being walking distance to restaurants and FloraBama! Also the beach access was easy. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Overall pleased with the accommodations which were clean & very roomy. There was just one hand towel & low supply of paper products & no napkins. When I emailed & called Phoenix to inform them of some issues, they did not respond.

The unit is dated, but very clean. It is well located at the AL / FL border. The pools are in great shape. Added bonus is this unit is near the parking garage. Great views from the balcony.

Great location close to the beach and right next to a honky tonk.. can’t beat that. Would rent the same unit again

The property advertised that tennis courts are available. They were not.Also, check in / out times need be revised. 4:30 pm for check in, especially in the off season, is a little late. Condo was perfect just as described pictures were accurate. Easy access to beach. All the staff was very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

We had to wipe everything down and wash the dishes prior to use. There was food still on what was supposed to be the clean utensils. The clothes washer was dirty and grimy. The filters in the closet were packed with dirt-which is a hazard. The kitchen cabinets had food dripped and caked on them, as well as a make shift coffee pot that had pieces from another coffee and did not work. The toaster had food on the outside of it. The walls had smudges of food on them and drips. The trash can was dirty when we emptied and took the trash bag out of it-had to be dirty when the trash bag was put in there for our visit. This was the condition of the condo when we first arrived. This condo needs some help-start with the master bath. The floors are gross and the door is falling apart. A new shower should be on the list as well as getting a shower curtain that makes sense-or get a shower door. The patio doors had smudges and dirt-they could use some Windex or glass cleaner. For the price we paid-it could of at least been clean!

Located on side nearest to parking garage. My vehicle was just steps away compared to if you rented a condo on other end of complex. Also on same side as Flora-Bama:) Condo was clean and well equipped. No complaints. We rented chairs and umbrellas from service on beach. It’s about 35/day. People did bring their own set ups. The big football tailgate type tents had to be set up behind all the other beach chairs. People with own chairs and umbrellas basically just found a spot. Highly recommend The Hangout for an evening out. Plenty to do for families with kids. Good food, music, games, etc. Not too pricey. Cobalt and LA Lagniappe have great food. They’re a little more pricey, but worth it. We ubered and used lift for all outings.

Overall the condo was nice, there were a couple issues but nothing major. The coffee maker had the wrong coffee pot in it so I had to get creative to make it work, and the foot stool in the living room was busted, and the weather stripping on the front door was falling off, and the sliding door to the balcony needs some attention. The location of the condo was nice

Perfect location. Love the keyless entry. Don’t have to worry about keeping up with keys. Nice pool area with bbq grills.

I love the property It was awesome

We arrived in our condo on a Saturday. The first thing we noticed was the light was out in the bathroom. With no windows in the room it was completely dark. I called the number on the refrigerator for maintenance, but it said they were closed until Monday. My husband replaced the bulb with one from the vanity light. No one ever called or came by to fix it. Called Monday because the TV in the master bedroom wasn't working. Again, no one ever called or came by to check on it. Bathroom was borderline clean. The actual Phoenix X was awesome. We loved the updates made to the pool area. Would definitely come back to the Phoenix X, but not to that condo.

Great rental. Would recommend!!!

Everything was perfect except if you book through Brett Robinson your parking passes ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price (which they told us they were) Definitely not Phoenix’s fault! We also got a surprise visit from Riley Green 😝 He was staying there too!!!!

The only issue we came across with this property was the cleaning lady. Check out was 10. At 930 she sat outside and made rude remarks, made loud phone calls about how we had to leave, and the dirty looks were insane! We left at 10 and my friend ran back to grab a pair of shoes from the bedroom: the cleaning lady FLIPPED OUT. I have never been so uncomfortable at a place that we paid extremely well money for. Property manager was great very nice! He just needs to find a new cleaning girl!

Overall our stay was great and it's in the best location in my opnion. We really liked being on the 3rd floor and close to the parking for easy access. Will come back!

The Phoenix X is a wonderful complex and we have loved every time we have stayed there.However, a few suggestions are in order. Change the doors on the frig to other side-very awkward.The sofa was not only "sprung" on the one half of it, it also put hundreds of black tiny pieces of plastic on clothes and skin. Not sure if sun disintegrated it or what but quite nasty.Need better quality of cake/cookie pans and those pans used 1x-became darkened and I was unable to shine it up again. One of the plates had a bad chip on it..we were unable to use.Potato peeler is unusable. Does not peel anything.Door into master bath is flailed at bottom due to some kind of water damage.Everything else was great. The sofa is by far the first thing that needs to be fixed/changed.Thank you! Janet Reed

Website did not state that primary access to beach was closed, hot tubs closed and site was under construction. Was shocked on arrival.
