Clean, within 7 miles of Spring Training park, easily accessed, nice neighborhood and owner was exceptional.

More than expected. Charlie ( Host) was very helpful and always available. Well located. Next trip to the southwest we will try to stay there again.

The place was perfect for our golf vacation. The house had everything and met all our needs. Was a great place to relax and unwind, have drinks on patio and watch the golfers. Neighbors were very friendly. Charlie was great and communication was very easy.

Well maintained, great outdoor space, very quiet neighborhood, would have been nice if the pool was heated, gaming option was nice but did not work.
The book was very helpful. Should update photos outside area has changed was different from photos.

This property is perfect location for Goodyear AZ spring training games. Charlie was great with communication and coordination - we will be back!

We are in Avondale every November for NASCAR championship weekend and love the Coldwater Springs neighborhood. This home is very welcoming and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Lots of little amenities to make your stay perfect. Neighborhood was super quiet. Great communication with Charlie and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 weeks to visit with my son and family who live in Phoenix. Easy access to the I10 & shopping. I found this home to be a very good fit for our group. The backyard and pool area was great for the kids and the front living room area was a nice place for kids to gather while the adults had the family room area to talk and watch TV. There is ample supplies to include linens, paper products and kitchen staples like spices and dish soap. The owner was very responsive and reaches out almost immediately to assist with any questions. (I even locked myself out once and had to call to figure out a way to get back in.) Having space in the garage and extra driveway parking is a real plus.

Charlie’s house was just perfect for four Senior women to relax and reconnect. Having our own beds - and sinks! - made it extremely comfortable. The rooms were easy to navigate for the gal with the walker, and the step-in shower was a huge plus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we ever get back to sunny Arizona!

The house and amenities were perfect and it was a very short drive to the grocery or any other store we might need. We enjoyed the sunshine & walked every day in the neighborhoods in the area. We played the Coldwater golf course and enjoyed the range. It was fun to explore the area as it had no shortage of restaurants and golf courses. Even though the MLB players were on lockout and we couldn't go to a game, we definitely were in the right area if we had been able to go to a game. And, our host, Charlie was great to work with both ahead of and during the trip if we had questions. Would highly recommend!

Definitely a 5 star property. The home was spotless, well stocked and located in a very nice neighborhood. We will certainly look ahead for future dates to stay again.

This house truly felt like home. There were plenty of supplies including dishes, toiletries, spices and more. The house was clean and well taken care of. The owner, Charlie is super responsive and very accommodating. We'd stay here 100x over. Great area, nice neighbors, and an overall top notch vacation rental!!

House is clean and looks like how it's listed in website. Only concern is backyard is not cleaned and there were lot of dust on floor and table, but not a big issue for us. I also don't see lights on backyard due to that couldn't spend much time on evening outside ( maybe it was there but didn't notice). Overall I would suggest this to anyone

We had a great time staying here … Charlie was very quick at answering any questions and fixing any Problems we might have had … Amazing locations and we loved the pool… The only issue we had is that we were not allowed to touch the thermostat And it was set at 76° And once in a while it was put down to 75 it was a little hot for me and my family especially in the morning and at night. Other than that we had amazing time …

We had a girls week and had a great time!! All the amenities. Only thing I would say is being so hot outside it’s nice to come in and be cooler and with this heat we couldn’t keep the house as cool as we would like to, but it all ended up ok. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great house for a family! We traveled with my family of 4 (infant and preschooler) and my mother to visit my elderly grandparents. It was the perfect space to “hang out” comfortably as a family. Rooms were spacious and clean without too many “extras” scattered around for kids to potentially break. Pool was amazing. There was ample space for everyone to be together, as well as have personal space. The owner is very responsive. We had a question about a neighbor’s backyard construction and he was easy to reach via phone and text.

Perfect for a couples getaway. The house was clean, well maintained. Good neighborhood for walking with parks close by. The backyard is on the 10th hole of Coldwater Golf Course. Nice, forgiving course, with a below average price point. Cheap drinks in clubhouse (prickly pear mule was awesome!) and quick pace of play. Lots of tee times available during our stay in early April. Avondale also has lots of restaurants & grocery stores within a couple of miles. Easy access to I-10.

This property was very clean! The pool was nice the first two days when temps were 85 also! Very quiet neighborhood, and the view from the back patio to Hole 10 was beautiful! Charlie communicated very timely with us. Thank you Charlie for sharing your home! We would definitely stay again!

Awesome experience! Pool and golf course view under covered patio great for morning coffee, afternoon lunch and evening lounging! Plenty of reading material, games, even a massage chair. Charlie was quick to address any issues. Plan to visit again!
