This was our second trip to Marco and this property. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. There is a little bit of work on some lanais going on from now to October so there was some construction noise at the pool but it did not interfere with enjoying everything about the property or our trip!

Large corner suite on the second floor that has a lot of amenities and supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great location to pop out to Tiger Tail beach and pool. Unit is very quiet and my family and I all had great sleeps in the comfy beds!

Enjoyed our stay on Marco. Would have liked a little more cooperation from Mother Nature (cooler than normal) but all in all an enjoyable first time stay on Marco Island. Dan & Bridget were great hosts and very responsive to any questions.

The room is beautiful and spacious! They literally have everything you need from beach/pool toys to beach towels. Lots of towels for bathing as well. Little walk to the beach but not bad. Tons of shells! Pool is very warm! The only downside is parking lot view but for everything you get its so worth it!

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need to spend time with the family. The only thing was the walk to the beach, make sure you bring everything you are going to need cause it’s a long walk but it was worth it. The unit owners are excellent they reply right away with any questions you may have.

Been staying at South Seas tower4 for several years now..quality of the amenities in this unit were the best..chairs coolers towels and beach toys for kids were top notch.we had one minor issue that was addressed by hosts immediately..would highly recommend.

Good location-easy access in & out - condo had what we needed - on 2nd floor no view of beach but quick walk to beach - we did enjoy the patio for coffee in the morning. - condo had a nice floor plan.- work going on around the complex due to Hurricane but that was expected and workers were polite and professional. The host was always very responsive and accommodating.

Just want to brag a little about Bridget’s condo. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed everything so much. The beds were comfy. The whole place was clean and well stocked, we had everything we needed! We will be back!

Great Marco Island condo!
Dan and Bridget are great hosts and communicated clearly every step of the way. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for our week long trip. It was a great value and much more reasonably priced compared to a place we had rented on Sanibel Island a few years ago. Plenty of room for dining and seating and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the morning breeze with the windows open and it was a nice walk down to tiger tail beach. The security on the property is great and we would definitely stay again in the future!
