The location was perfect. Short walk to the town lift. Free ski storage at the town lift. Condo very well outfitted with everything we needed.

Great place to stay near the slopes of Park City and in the heart of downtown. We had two families - with eight people total - and fit easily. A short walk to the Town Chair and you are skiing within minutes. Ski down and you are minutes from your place or plenty of locations for an after skiing drink or snack. You are a short walk to all of downtown Park City restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Condo had everything we needed.

This is a well stocked place, with added supplies like shampoo, soap, coffee supplies, towels etc. There was plenty of room for the three of us to have space to work when not skiing. It is also a nice easy walk to Town lift and the main street restaurants

We had group of 6 for ski vacation. Condo was very well equipped. Everything went very smooth. Location is great with access to Main Street shops and food just steps away. Town lift also close making ski access very easy as well. (Although not recommended for beginner skiers as the access runs to the bottom of Town Lift is challenging.). Overall great value.

We had an awesome time in Park City renting from Jane. The property is located right off Main St On Park Ave with great access to both the in-town Ski lift (although not yet open when we stayed due to lack of snowfall) as well as great bars/restaurants. Additionally, the condo is located right on the public transit line allowing easy access to park city mountain village, canyons and deer valley. Jane was responsive, helpful and provided a clean and comfortable property for our stay at a good rate. We would definitely recommend Jane’s property to others.

The condo is in a great location with easy access to historic downtown Park City. Condo was very clean and extremely well stocked which was incredibly helpful (there was even a first aid kit and hydrogen peroxide which came in handy after a mountain bike crash)! The beds were comfortable and there were lots of movies to choose from. The check in / out process was a breeze. The bike trail is right outside the building which was great. Only compliant I have has nothing to do with the condo or owners but relates to the pool and hot tub. They were really gross with lots of debris, bugs and hair. To the point even my kids were grossed out. I tried skimming the pool and hot tub which helped a little but not much. Not sure what was up there but we visited Labor Day weekend so maybe maintenance does work holidays but be sure to ask if that is fixed if you are looking to enjoy those amenities.

We had a great time at this Condo. It was very spacious and in a great location. The indoor hot tub is a nice perk! Jane was very communicative and helpful during our stay. I would recommend and will stay again!

We had a lovely time in this condo. The location was perfect and allowed my girls and I to walk to dinner and nearby bars. The condo comfortably fit all of my ladies. We highly recommend!

The condo was in a great location, at the bottom of Park City main street. Park Silly could be seen from the condo. The rental is clean, and the beds are comfortable. I had a group of adults, so I wish there was more than 1 large bed, but we moved 2 twins together in one room, and I slept in the bunk room. (This is for information only - not a negative.) Parking is a wee bit of a problem. There was only one parking pass, and I had a group of people with 3 cars. We found free parking in Park City, since the owners charge for an additional parking pass. (This is for information only - not a negative.) The condo looked set up for an extended stay, but I only used it for one night, and it was perfect.

I found this gem through vrbo, was able to meet Jane the host and tour her condo when visiting SLC It is well located at the foot of Main Street, easy walking access to everything, and has a great view from the balcony. The condo is well maintained, Jane is detailed in her management and very helpful in providing information visitors will utilize during their stay. I m a return guest ! Valerie

Stayed for a week during an epic ski vacation and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Clean, cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for our group, which was seven adults. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and paper goods. And the location is unbeatable. We wanted to be able to walk everywhere, which we did, to the ski lift, dinner and shopping. Parking at the complex was easy. Would definitely stay again.

First time to Park City and chose this property for it's proximity to the Town Lift and Main Street. Five stars and here's why: Location - even closer than it looks on Google Maps. VERY convenient to lift, bars, restaurants and shopping. Amenities - everything you need is provided except your food and drink. (I'd like to suggest some fire starters as we had trouble getting the wood to light and were already in for the night, but there was plenty of wood provided. Went out the next day and bought some starters. And maybe a couple of extra robes - I don't want to complain because we weren't expecting ANY and they were such a nice surprise for the hot tub - there were 4 robes and 6 of us). There was even coffee and condiments (unexpected but so nice to have that first morning - so we bought more and left ours for the next folks). We kept doing towel laundry but stumbled upon extra towels under the sink toward the end of our stay so make sure you look. Comfort - Beds are certainly comfortable enough (not 5* hotel quality but you're not paying those prices). Living spaces have plenty of comfortable seating. The condo is very homey. Pictures are pretty accurate but I thought it was actually nicer in person. The bathrooms are great because the sinks are separate from the toilets/showers. Everything was very clean. Master bedroom is very large. Second bedroom with 2 twins (which we converted to a king) is tight. Third bedroom with bunks and trundle bed is a nice size. Rooms are drafty but nothing that a couple of space heaters can't fix. Air is very dry, but we found a working humidifier in the closet which helped quite a bit in one of the bedrooms. I'd recommend adding another one for another bedroom. Public Areas - There are some reviews about the building being tired. While it's not new and pristine, it is everything you need if you're there to ski. Easy access in and out of buildings. Outdoor pool and hot tub are fantastic. Washers/Dryers in good condition but make sure you have quarters (no change machines?). Elevators and Luggage Carts for moving in and out. On a final note I need to mention how great Jane was to deal with before, during and after our stay. We had some WiFi issues over the weekend (snow storm) and she responded immediately. And I left all my jewelry behind - cleaning staff was honest and Jane shipped it back to me, all intact. Restored my faith in the human kindness. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

This condo is in a wonderful location at the bottom of Main Street. A 2 minute walk to Town Lift. Convenient to restaurants and shops. If you are eating in, this is one of the best stocked kitchens of any rental we have ever stayed in. The owner is very easy to work with and responds to all requests very quickly. We were a 3 generation family staying here and everyone loved it!

Great apartment at the base of Main Street in Park City. Easy access to restaurants and shops as well as bike paths. Central location to drive to hikes, rafting and olympic park. Apartment is extremely well-equipped and with hot sunny days, the pool in the complex was a great way to end the day. Jane is a fantastic host and left us great resources to help plan our trip and was very responsive to questions. Couldn't ask for a better park city stay.
