We has a lovely stay! There was enough room for our large group to sleep, hang out, and not feel like we were all on top of each other over the weekend. We enjoyed the variety of spaces - outdoor and indoor - to connect and play. Everything was well-stocked and there was little we had to worry about so that we could enjoy ourselves. The pool is fantastic!

We had a great time at the property and stayed for the Coachella music festival. It had everything we needed and could acommodate our group of 25 people. Would definitely stay again.

Our school retreat was just incredible! The grounds were huge and stunning and the house so spacious. It was really magical and hope to come again!

Place is vast and spacious. Had enough space for 20 adults and 9 kids. Plenty of space for people to interact and have privacy. Lots of good interior furniture and beds. All rooms dont have bathrooms attached, so please note that a few people have to share bathrooms. Grocery and convinience stores are closeby. Place is ideal for a wedding or a engagement

This property was amazing for the large group I had to celebrate my 30th birthday. The owner, Ron, and the groundskeeper, Gabriel, were helpful and readily available if I ever had a question. Pool is 10/10!

I celebrated my 33rd Birthday at this property with 30+ guests. Everyone slept comfortably, AC was able to fight the blistering 114 degree weather. The amenities were great, everything you could need for a home away from home. Ron had excellent communication and was very accommodating. Gabriel (the property maintenance) was just a phone call away and went above and beyond to find one of the guests wallet's and ship it back to us.

This place had everything you needed. Plenty of space, beds and amenities. Enough to entertain 25 guys for a few days!

We loved staying here! Lots of space & gorgeous layout. Perfect for our weekend away

This is a long overdue review. Although the property is a little "dated" as you can see from the photos, it was clean, orderly and well-appointed. It had every tool and gadget you could possibly need. I stayed here with over 20 other family members and we never felt crowded. The pool is gorgeous and huge, the grounds are lush and healthy. It's close to a small airport so every once in a while you can see a plane coming in. Nice quiet nights, lots of space to relax, big piece of land to take a long walk and explore. One item to note, you are in the desert and this house is very big so it can get a little warm inside in the summertime because no matter how big the A/C unit is, it can only do so much. The groundskeeper stays on the property but he keeps to himself and is available for anything you need. Ron is a great host, a very nice gentlemen with good response time and very friendly. It's a gated home with lots of parking. If you blink you might miss it because it looks like you're driving into a neighbors driveway. Close to stores if you need to leave. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that needs a bigger home to accommodate large groups. Thank you Ron for letting us stay in your spacious home.

Our group stayed here for Coachella and really enjoyed our stay. The place is massive and worked really well for a big group -- everyone had a bed, it was big enough to give people space/quiet to relax and rest, there were plenty of options for eating and working, and the pool was unbelievably big. Check in was easy and there's more than enough parking for multiple cars. Overall great stay!

Such a beautiful property for my wedding. The house was big enough to have everyone in the wedding party to have their own room. We were able to fit a party of 60 people in the patio and still had plenty of room for the bartenders, dj, dance floor and photobooth. We had our ceremony at the gazebo, there is eletricity so it was perfect to hook up a speaker and mic. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and plenty of towels for everyone! 4 refrigerators made it easy to fit all food and drinks and the kitchen was perfect to cook in. Gabby was a huge help, anything we needed ( trash cans, ladder, help with lights) but he also kept to himself and wasn't in our business, so awesome. If you have the money to splurge I definitely suggest renting out this home. Perfect for the whole family or a huge group of friends.

Great property and house!

The property was great and suited our needs. It is very spacious with a ton of amenities. Ron and Gaby were both very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip last minute due to a COVID outbreak within our group a couple of days before the reservation was supposed to take place. Fortunately, Ron was completely understanding and was communicative throughout the whole process in regarding to rescheduling. We have used this property in the past and have enjoyed it thoroughly. I cannot wait till we get to go back and stay at this property once more.

Great place to have a large event had 130 and fit easily in back patio. Only issue would be some of lights don’t work older decor. But clean and friendly host

Great house on an incredible lot. Ron was accommodating and the property manager was very attentive. There were, however, a number of non-functional items throughout the house and the level of instruction was insufficient. The stay was great overall and I'd recommend for a Coachella trip or a big family reunion.

We have reserved this place to celebrate our wedding. We had couple of venues in out list but when we visited for the first time; we just loved the place without even checking the interior of house. Proporety Owner Ron Gregory is the best at communication and was welcoming. He accomodated all our requests and very easy going personality. Gabby stays at the venue all the time to take care of any issues that araise during your stay. We had our close friends and family at the parties. Evryone of them including our vendors loved the place and enjoyed throughly every inch of the property. If you are hunting a place to celebrate any event, I would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much Ron for everything, We will definitely come back here in the future :B

We hosted a bachelor party here and we had an amazing time in this house. Very large pool with 8 bedrooms and many sofa beds. The host Ron was sweet and accommodating. There is also a caretaker in the casita in the back that also helped us with the jacuzzi and any other materials that we may need. Overall, we had a great experience!

We rented this property to celebrate my promotion and it was everything we could have dreamed of. Ron was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of booking and with questions. The bedrooms were spacious and the pool area was to die for. We will definitely be staying again!

We had 2 birthdays to celebrate 63 & 25 the ages ranged from 4 months to 64 years old everyone we had plenty of activities to keep everyone busy there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep play and eat. Everyone was excited to see how large the bedrooms were. The call back time for any questions were less than 1 minute the caretaker lives on grounds so if you needed anything he was only a phone call away and was very attentive to all of our needs. The owner came over and gave us a personal tour of the property when we arrived very friendly and family centered man, enjoyed speaking with him.

We rented this property to host our wedding and it was great. I loved how many of our friends were able to stay with us and not have to worry about DD during their trip to Bermuda Dunes since we all came from LA. There is pretty much unlimited parking for our guests. Another thing is this house is immaculately clean. Most importantly, the “backyard” is beautiful and it was perfect for our outdoor wedding. Great for photos. You can tell how the owners, Ron and Betty, put a lot of thoughts into building this property. My guests loved the pool and it made the wedding extra unique to end the wedding party by hanging out in the pool with our guests. We communicated mainly with Ron and the property manager. Overall, they were pleasure to work with.

Fantastic venue for 50-100 person wedding with room for wedding party, and guests. Beautiful oasis with superb amenities. I’d rent again
