The house and the neighborhood were lovely! It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was very nice! The grandkids would hangout at the beach and then the pool! The house is very clean and well maintained! We will definitely book again! Vickie Michael

The property was as described. Great amenities and the location is excellent. Living area was large and spacious. Bedrooms were good size with plenty of storage area. The back porch and yard was excellent. The pool was closed during our stay(due to covid19, no fault of the owners) which was a bummer, but it looked very nice. The playground and tennis courts were very nice also.Great place to spend a week with the family.

Perfect set up for our family gathering. House was lovely and enjoyed by all. Location was great—convenient beach access and the pool and tennis courts right across the street. It was very enjoyable week.

This was a perfect place for our family vacation. The house was clean and spacious. The location and the short walk to the beach were perfect for us with little ones. The owner was very responsive to any problems we had during our stay. The gas grill was out of propane and a shower valve was not functioning well. The owner made arrangements to solve the issues very quickly.

Very nice property with plenty of room for the 8 adults and 4 children. All the conveniences of home allowed us to make most of our meals at the house. Pool and playground were just a short walk away. Beach access was great, proving an almost private beach for us to enjoy. Owner was very responsive to any issues.

Family trip with 7 adults and three children. House was nice and well equipped. Great location to the pool. The beach is a little further than the pictures show. Had to cross the road to get to the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Wow! What a great week we had at Kure Beach! We traveled with 7 adults, 1 teenager, a 4 year old, a 2 year old, a 9 month baby and a golden retriever. We all had the best time! Seawatch was such an a great community to be a part of for the week. We enjoyed the pool across the street from the house and beach trips daily. The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with anything and everything we needed. It was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy each others company but also plenty enough space to enjoy time alone. We are hoping to plan another trip back to this home next year and would recommend this home to all of our friends and family if they are looking for a beach getaway! Thank you!

The house was absolutely beautiful and big enough for our big family of 8 adults and 5 children! Very close to the pool and a close walk to the beach! We will be coming back for sure!

House was very good for a large family. Close to community pool and beach access. Neighborhood is adorable as well. Only suggestion would be to add a second refrigerator.

Awesome location & the house was great.

We had a family vacation with 13 people ranging in age from 77 to 6 and we all felt that we had enough space. Four of the bedrooms were on the small side, but we were all busy doing things so that wasn't a problem. The pool and the tennis court and easy access to the beach made it a great place for our family. If you eat a lot of meals in, as we did, a second dishwasher would have been helpful.

we were 7 adults & 4 kids & the house was great -- nobody was on top of each other, the house was comfortable & well appointed (good collection of kitchen stuff), and could you ask for more than a 20 second walk to the beach?! Pool & playground well loved by the kiddos. We'll be back for sure!

We couldn't have asked for more! It's a beautiful, clean, well-kept beach house, set back in a quite little beach neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and a stones throw from the neighborhood pool. Very nice rental house in a perfect location in Kure Beach. House has very nice amenities and is great for a large group. House comfortably slept 10 adults and 4 infants.

We had a very bad experience a year ago through a realtor in a nearby beach. The house we rented was a duplex which was not disclosed and we had noisy tenants above. The house was dirty and compact and it was stripped of everything useful...This year (our fourth time using VRBO) we arrived to a beautifully decorated, sparkling clean house that felt like home from the moment we stepped through the door. The internet connected easily for our techies, the kitchen was full of the perfect pots and pans and platters for the cooks and the teenagers loved having the basement to themselves. We did not have a worry in the world as we played on the beach, took long walks and played games into the wee hours. The owner recommended perfect restaurants (We loved the Shuckin' Shack and Freddies) and Kure Beach had a lovely family atmosphere. This property could not have been nicer! Our invisible hosts truly were gracious!
