What an amazing time we had at Andrea's place. The view is stunning and my family enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony. Communication with Andrea was top-notch and she did a great job preparing us for our visit and also resolving any issues we had. The unit is well cared for and has everything you need for a quality stay. I highly recommend this location.

Great view of the lake and easy drive to Branson

This is a beaufiful condo with great views of the lake. We woild definiately stay there again. It has everything you could possibly want. We had a problem with code to get in the gate but the owner had it fixed on no time. She was quick to help with whatever we needed.

Enjoyed Spring Break with grandchildren at this beautiful property. Stunning patio and living area view of the surrounding lake. Private, gated entry to property and very quiet. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable beds. Will be back and recommend to our friends traveling to the Branson area. Andrea was extremely helpful and communicated quickly with any questions we had.

We wanted to experience Branson during the holidays and this condo was the perfect choice. Amazing view! Condo had everything you could think of. It was spotless and spacious and had everything needed to cook a special Thanksgiving dinner. Andrea was a great host! We will definitely be back!

Found this gem on Table Rock lake right in between Big Cedar and Branson destinations. We liked the privacy of the location and the condo instead of the typical lodge, or hotel experience. As described in the property overview, each room is uniquely decorated in some sort of theme. Each bedroom does have a very comfortable king-sized bed. The bathrooms are immaculately clean and stocked with paper products. Also, the kitchen is over stocked with utensils, spices, and yes 3 different coffee makers. There is a separate wet-bar in the living room with a couple of blenders. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake, and we watched several sunsets. Andrea communicates really well, and is easily accessible if you have any questions. Definitely will keep this little gem in mind for the future.

This was an amazing property! Plenty of amenities and Andrea was amazing to deal with! The view didn’t disappoint. Dealing with the local marina was also a great experience. The condo was spotless and well taken care of.

Over 180 Degree Lake View! Absolutely everything was wonderful! The Owner of this condo didn’t miss a thing to make our family happy for our Branson vacation! Huge condo, with well-spaced bedrooms for privacy. We cannot say enough great things about this rental. You will love it, too!

We had a nice enough stay. Things weren’t as expected with pool and being able to use our boat but we made the best of it. Had some miscommunication with the host but she did try hard to accommodate

The condo was great! It was clean and very well stocked with everything you might need. The view was amazing. We spent so much time out there just watching the boats. When it was too hot to sit out there the view from inside was great too.

Quiet condo with a great view of Table Rock Lake.

My first experience after booking was an 'intense' phone call with the owner regarding the details of the property. I'm busy and since I booked months in advance didn't see the need to return her call asap regarding the booking. I prepaid everything for the week, including the $1500 deposit. She left me two stern messages about returning her call. I thought there was a problem with booking, nope! Owner had a script to read and was getting through it regardless, regarding how much she loved the beauty of the area. That was followed by multiple texts and details over the next few months. SO MUCH detail...and many pictures of handwritten rules for the stay. Upon arriving, please note that EVERY surface in the condo is FULL! Kitchen counters, cabinets, bathroom vanities, dressers...EVERY CABINET too. You'll need to move things in order to put out your own food, dine, add your bathroom necessities, etc. Three coffee pots on kit counter! One bedroom has a bed that is literally 4' high. Having a partner that was 6'2", we drew that room and it was no easy feat to climb into that bed for either of us. Then there is a list of rules for leaving the condo at checkout. Even though you leave $135 cash/ck for cleaning lady [she asks for cash], you're to be out by 10am and they want you to have all towels washed AND dried for cleaning lady. Last thing you want to do the morning your leaving is the laundry. Wouldn't have minded just throwing them in the machine, but they insist on drying them as well. Don't know about you, but I don't rent a place to spend my last hours doing their laundry. Also, there are no boat facilities available although she says there are. You can launch your boat from the marina [private facility], but it has to be taken out everyday, no courtesy dock. They have a fenced storage for you to keep, it will cost you extra. For swimming, the pool for this condo is not the pool out in front of the unit, it's all the way out by the entrance of the property [a drive]. Lastly, the first time we left the condo the handrails for the steps snapped. A neighbor said she would report, but no fix while we were there. We were on 3rd floor. All levels are duct taped at the bottom [steel rails] as they are mostly rusted completely through. Many misleading items. I enjoyed my visit with family, but TOO MUCH distraction in this place. I would suggest streamlining of the décor and concentrate on maintenance of bldg and unit. Condo could be GREAT w/less stuff!

This was an excellent property. The view is a million dollar view. The owner was easy to work with.

We found this place last year and came back again! We like the neighborhood so much that we bought a lot! Unit is clean and comfortable. Well stocked. My boys are 18 and 20 and had plenty of space to spread out!

The week started with us arriving on a Wednesday with temps in the 50s leading into Memorial Day weekend. We had plans to get out the boat on Friday and just spend some time with the family but withthe cold we stayed in a bit more than we would typically but the condo was so inviting it was easy to do. We watched TV and played some games all while enjoying a spectacular view . At night we could lay in the bedroom just look out the windows over the lake. It was serenThis was worth every minute and dollar invested. We would definitely use this property again

The view here is fabulous! The location is great for those wanting to be a bit away from the Branson traffic. This property is very well stocked and really does have everything you need. And Andrea is very helpful and great to communicate with. Stay here - you'll be glad you did!

We instantly fell in love with this beautiful spacious clean three bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, overlooking the beautiful lake. Andrea was so very helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The condo had everything you needed from all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, bath supplies hairdryer,curling iron,shampoo, conditioner and soap. It was seriously fully stocked. If you’re a coffee lover she has 3 different machines to choose from. Waking up to the sunrises/sunsets from my bed or the deck is simply perfection and the most beautiful thing you will ever see. You will fall in love with this place just like we did. We are already planning our next vacation because we loved it so much. Thanks Andrea for everything.

We were in town for a big Scottish family reunion. Most of the family stayed at Big Cedar Lodge - I'm so glad we didn't stay there. Not only did we have a much better view of the lake, we had plenty of room for 6 of us compared to some of the tiny rooms I saw at the resort. Andrea was very attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable and convenient. Thank you!

Our stay was fabulous! We were close to Branson but not in the fray. Relaxing mornings on the balcony and incredible sunsets! The home is very well set up for a family and has most everything you will need. Great place to stay! Owner is fabulous to work with
