We had a great time. Easy access to the slopes and to town.

Easy living close to mountain!!

We had two families with 5 kids ranging from 17 to 11 years old. The house fit us all comfortably. We were worried that the kitchen/living area would be too small but we were all able to fit in the space comfortably and enjoy eating and watching the super bowl. The hot tub was hot and ready to go and we even used the grill to cook some steaks. The house is about a ten minute walk to the Park City base which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the mountain. Some of our group also walked to main street for food and shopping. The area is a bit hilly/steep so take that into consideration if you are planning to walk into town. This a great property for a group looking to ski Park City.

Good location, healthy walk after skiing if the snow is not up to par. If renting your equipment from Legacy sports, they have a free overnight check.

Great house. Lots of room. Family loved it. Location is good. If you are skiing, it’s half way between Park City main entrance and Town lift. Good access to buses on Park Ave. Note there are several flights of steps up to the house from Park. It’s a good work out. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again.

Wonderful home and our young adult "kids" especially loved the location and the hot tub :-). Being able to walk to the slopes and also ski "home" at the end of the day was super fun for them and also being so close to all that downtown Park City has to offer. We recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, during which we had one small issue that the owner resolved right away.

We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with friends and family. From the minute we walked in until we left we felt at home. All top notch! The hot tub, the air hockey table, the furnishings were all amazing! A short walk to the lift and a few more into town! The communication with the owner was great, our requests were taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will see you again Park City!

Wonderful location and excellent amenities!

We did our annual family Christmas gathering here and the house was great! Location to skiing and space for all ages. Property manager was very responsive to questions.

We stayed here in Feb 2020. Rooms were spacious and clean, common areas were comfortable, and kitchen was well-equipped. Location was perfect - a short walk to the resort main area and an easy walk to old town. Would definitely recommend!

Skip the town lift, walk right to the mountain. Stairs to main street are a house away. Enjoyable stay.

The home is exactly how described and photos are accurate. The location is incredible with a 5 minute walk to the lifts and slopes and 10 mins to downtown PC.

We had a great time in Susan’s beautiful home! 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suites and a great air hockey table in the basement! Centrally located for us attending Sundance. Loved it!

We had an excellent visit. 2 adults and 3 kids walked to skiing each day and Main Street for dinners each night.

Great house for multiple families with so many levels and the game room in the basement. The walk to Main Street is down the stairs next to the property, but it is a hike back up. We would definitely stay here again. Thank You Susan!

My wife and 4 kids (ages 2,2,5 & 8) stayed at this house over Spring Break. The house is in very nice condition and the location is exactly a 6 minute walk to the Payday Lift and 12 minutes to the central part of main street. The owner was very responsive. All 4 bedrooms are usable but note that the room with the two beds is on the top floor and doesn't have a door. This was not a problem for us but if noise from the kitchen area is a concern you should keep this in mind. Also, our Ford Expedition rental had a ski rack and without people and bags the ski rack was approximately 1 inch higher than the top of the garage door so we ended up parking in front of the garage. This was not a problem but just something to note so that you do not scratch the roof or garage door! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for space and quality in Park City! Great location, plenty of space, and updates throughout. Very clean as well. We were very pleased. Only one comment, and this would be nit-picking...it looked like there was a sound system but we couldn't figure out how to plug in an iPod/iPhone if it had that capability. Thank You

Amazing property with plenty of room for everyone. All the rooms have their own baths which is key for a big group. Big TV downstairs to hang out when you're not on the slopes. Quick walk to the base and quick walk to town. Would definitely stay again.

House has room for everyone. Little walk to main street and great access to the resort. Overall great house and Susan was very accommodating. I would stay there again.

This is a really great property, well thought out, spacious and really close to Park City Mountain Resort. Susan was a great host, fixing a problem we had with one of the showers that day. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Susan was a pleasure to work with. Her home is very modern and spacious and the heated floors and driveway were much appreciated. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of the Park City mountain resort.

We had a family with 3 couples and 2 kids and this house was perfect. The rooms each had their own bathroom that were very nice! Everything was clean upon arrival and each room was stocked with water bottles and treats. There was even a gift box in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy! Susan was very easy to work with and responded to emails very quickly. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful end of ski season stay at this great home. Susan was so kind, she even gave us free ski tickets to deer valley for one of the days we stayed. Everything worked out great and we would definately stay there again and recommend this home to others. We also really appreciated having a full bathroom connected to each bedroom and the large family room downstairs with the large TV was also nice.

We rented this house for a family vacation. The owner, Susan, was amazing with quick response time to my questions and went above and beyond setting us up. She tracked down baby gear that I asked about so I wouldn't have to travel with it which was a huge help and my son loved all of it. :) Upon entering the house she had left a phenomenal gift basket loaded with goodies, every bedroom had waters and a candy bowl bedside too. These little touches are such nice welcome treats. The house had everything we needed too: all kitchen appliances and cooking needs, comfy beds, tvs in all rooms, fun game room toys on bottom floor. The only con was that there is no bathroom on the main level so you have to go downstairs or upstairs to one of the bedrooms to use a bathroom. Also the top floor room is more like a loft and doesn't have a door to shut. Wasn't a big deal for us since we usually all went to bed close to the same time. Location was awesome too. Walked to Park City Mountain Resort and into town too. So GREAT!!! Two thumbs up!
