I cannot express enough gratitude to Joan, the property manager. Our rental was excellent, but unfortunately for us, the AC decided to break on our first day. We called Joan and she arrived very quickly. A technician came over and when the problem couldn't be solved that night, a portable AC unit was brought in. When it was revealed that the problem would require parts not immediately available, we were given another apartment 2 doors down. The apartments were very nice and as described. A short walk to the water, restaurants and shops and full use of most of the resort amenities. Grace Bay beach is incredible and worth every penny. I highly recommend this rental not just for the property, but especially for the attention and care provided during our stay. Thank you, Joan!

The condo was beachy, spacious and very clean. Randy was great to deal with and was available to answer all our questions. The use of the Ocean Club amenities was really nice. The location was walking distance to downtown. The only thing I was disappointed with was the view from the condo is facing the street but I probably missed that when booking. Otherwise nice place to stay!!

Our stay was great. It’s a beautiful area and we could walk everywhere. That was a big plus being that we have 2 children. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in Grace Bay. The resort itself was on the quieter side which what we prefer. Randy was very helpful before and during our stay!

Great location for our family during the busy christmas period. Close to grocery and of course the amazing grace bay beach.

We had the best family trip with our 2 teenagers staying in this spacious penthouse. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well as everything we needed for hanging on the beach. As short term rental owners ourselves we were very pleased with how well Randy did as a property manager. He had the place ready to go with a full tour of the space, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

After visiting the Turks and Caicos since 2004 and owning a timeshare at Alexander resort, this was my second time at a VRBO. Everything was excellent. All the rooms including the bathrooms, kitchen were large. I'll definitely return when the price goes down for renting the unit and also food. We were caught in the hurricane and couldn't enjoy the beach, restaurants and nightlife because mostly everything was affected by the hurricane. It was scary! This was my "Big! Big! 72nd birthday. I postponed everything during the covid and now the hurricane!! Wow!! Hopefully I'll be rewarded some free nights? I invited two couples with me for their first visit to the Turks and Caicos to celebrate my birthday when all this unforseen things happen. We are safe back home and will definitely return to " My home away from home!!

Very clean and a convenient location.

2nd time staying at the Plaza at Ocean Club West. First time renting one of Charlene's Units. No complaints. Great roomy condo, quiet, relaxing. I have only 2 suggestions. These are suggestions, not complaints. Upgrade the TV to a larger TV in the main area and room darkening shades or blinds in the bedroom.

This property is located in a great resort with an easy walk to the beach and resort restaurant. Parking is right in front and it is located in a great spot on Grace Bay near shopping, markets, restaurants, medical services, and the beach. Full kitchen which is great for a family (we have two kids 10 & 11). They have beach supplies and tennis gear if you choose to play at the resort. Overall, a great stay and would book again!

We looked at many options on VRBO before selecting this condo. It was our first time on the island and we really didn't know where to stay except we really thought we preferred Grace Bay. Great choice! My sister and her husband and I stayed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for 4 weeks. We rented a car so we could visit all the beaches. The parking lot by our condo always had plenty of parking available. The unit is on the 3rd floor penthouse corner and is much larger than the pictures show. There are no elevators so we got plenty of exercise, 37 steps. The penthouse unit patio is open to 2 sides (east and south), much bigger than our neighbor units. The bedrooms were plenty big enough for us, with a TV in both bedrooms and one in the living room. The dining room is very large. The kitchen had everything we needed for the month. We loved the custom wall murals of Sapodilla Bay in the living room and dining room. It takes 5 minutes from the unit to the beach, which has the softest sand ever. This beach was not very windy (except for a few days) and the waves were not big and sometimes non existent. The condo even came with beach items like chairs, snorkel gear, and toys. Cleaning service to the unit was always timely and they did an excellent job in keeping the unit clean for us. We walked to restaurants every night, really didn't need to use the car unless we went to the farther ends of Grace Bay. Very safe, although everyone is off the streets by 9pm. Best decision ever in selecting this condo unit. Shenequa (our host) was incredible. She answered all our questions and had awesome advice of what to do on the island. We even got a pedicure at the on site spa, very nice. On site restaurant (Solana) and bar is very nice. Great food. You will not go wrong in selecting this condo unit! Everyone on the island is very friendly and will ask you if they can help you with anything. 100% would return to this unit.

Its important to my vacation to be able to sit on the Balcony and stare at the ocean, This property has a bustling Highway View I told the property Manager at check in that this was not what I bought and she agreed that perhaps the photos could be more descriptive of where they were taken, we found a different place and moved out after 2 nights, I requested a refund for the unused nights, and as of today 5 days later ,have not heard back

We really enjoyed our stay here! While not right on beach or pool it was a short walk to a nice pool and AMAZING beach. We really enjoyed the Fitness Center, Poolside Restaurant and Beach Bar! Other restaurants, a gourmet grocery store, bakery and party store are a short walk away as well. The property also had "while you wait" Covid tests, great for travel back to our homeland. Few negatives with the property. I believe property was listed as Partial oven view but I could not easily see the water. No biggie but just FYI. Also some blinds or drapes to block street lights and sun in the bedroom would be a plus. It was great that property had beach chairs, a cooler and other beach items! A few more cooking/baking items (like a cookie sheet) would be nice. Overall, we had a GREAT time, enjoyed the property and would love to return.

The condo was located on one of the nicest beaches on the island and in walking distance to tons of stores, restaurants etc. The square footage and amenities were great. Now for the downside… the two beds in the second bedroom were full of sand and our request to have this fixed went unanswered the first few days. Thankfully we were able to change a set of sheets ourselves so our daughter had a clean bed. The queen bed is horrible the mattress has a huge indent on the one side. I would expect better quality in this unit. It would be nice if the ocean club towels were included with use of the property as we were approached by security while by the pool because we had our own towels. Even then he didn’t have plaza condo 307 on his list at all or our names. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. A short and I mean a SHORT walk to the beach. It's like you're on the resort, really. We used the pool and had chairs available every day at the ocean for our use. Restaurants are close. We visited several beaches but I would say Grace Bay is by far the best beach. We willabsolutely go again.

The location. It's close to restaurants, mini mart, Supermarket. Security guards in the parking lot. Walking distance to the beach. The amenities. Ground facilities are clean. The food and drinks at Solana. Beach necessities (umbrellas, towels, cooler, etc.). Full kitchen. Living space was perfect for 3 people. A working Washer/Dryer. Trash bins on-site.

Wonderful property, close to relaxation and night life! Plenty of resources at your fingertips!

We enjoyed our stay, and I highly recommend this property for a great time in beautiful TCI. Our check-in process was flawless and the property is perfect for families. Moreover, it is close to everything on the Grace Bay strip. You can walk to key attractions and you really don't need a car, but I would recommend renting a car to save on taxi rides. The owners are professional, courteous, and reliable, and we felt safe and secure in the unit. We thank TCIBlue for the opportunity to stay there.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was quite lovely and well furnished. The listing did not make it entirely clear the distance of the plaza from the beach nor the fact that when staying in this unit one is not truly a guest at Ocean club West. While some of the amenities are available others are not. The unit does not have an elevator requiring people to walk up and down to the third floor. There is no ocean view from the unit and the covered deck overlooks a busy road with traffic noise. Despite having called the management company before our flight to the island, there was no one to officially meet us at the unit initially. We were able to rectify this in relatively short order. The resort itself is quite lovely. We used the beach exclusively but walked by the pool numerous times and it looked well maintained and comfortable. The onsite restaurant was good though like most restaurants on Turks and Caicos highly priced. Covid-19 testing which was required for us to return to the US was available on site for $50 per person.

Stay was great. We were such a short walk from the amazing beaches, can’t wait toGo back!
