The condo was wonderful! We entered to a welcome gift and an amazing view skiers through the trees, coming back through the ski in/out road. The spaces were beautiful and immaculately clean. Will definitely come back here!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhome was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a ski vacation. It is a true ski-in. It is very close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed relaxing at the condo after skiing as much as we enjoyed skiing.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We were a short walk to downtown and the gondola. We enjoyed walking downtown in the morning for coffee & hot chocolates. After skiing, we enjoyed the hot tubs in the community and movies by the fireplace. The condo is very clean and upscale. The owner was communicating with us throughout the stay to make sure we were having a great time. This is a 5 star property for sure. Hope to spend another week here next year. My wife and I escaped the Texas heat for a week and found this wonderful townhome was available. Like all the comments from other reviews, we found the home was comfortable, well-appointed, and the owner and management company eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is perfect with easy access to the mountain and Main Street. There is not a single negative comment to make - six stars from us!

We have been traveling all over Colorado for the past 3 years just to experience the different areas so this was our first stay in Breckenridge. The condo was within perfect walking distance to anything we needed. I felt very safe in the area. You have a hiking trail right outside the back of the condo. It has a bathtub which I appreciated so much. The owner and property management company were very much in touch with us to see if we needed anything. We definitely would book here again when we are in the area.

The cleanliness of the house was top notch! We loved our stay. Between having our laundry done on the way home to having a “home” to come back to we couldn’t be more happy. The girls loved the bunk bed and we loved the kitchen and back deck. It was peaceful and a great place to come back to!

Gloria and Dave have a beautiful place and Easy is the word to sum it all up! Super easy check in process, easy walk to downtown, easy to settle in because they have thought of everything you need. From the minute you book the customer service from both them and the property mgmt company is top notch. Throughout our stay they both checked in to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. It was more like you were staying at your family’s place. The townhome is as nice as the pictures show online. We were also pleasantly surprised that the bedrooms are more spacious than we thought. We enjoyed plenty of time on Main St but also had some of our favorite evenings staying in grilling and playing games. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at Mountain Thunder and we took advantage of the option for private bowling a couple nights at One Ski Hill, which is an amenity that is included. We have been to Breck the last 7 summers and have stayed in some of the newest/nicest condo resorts and it was unanimous with our family that this was our favorite place and we cant wait to go back!

This is a perfectly sized place for our family of four in the perfect location. Shops & restaurants are all walkable yet the townhome’s location is quiet & serene with beautiful trees positioned around the back deck. The place was immaculate & had all the kitchen gadgets necessary to prepare meals. The console table full of family games & puzzles was also appreciated for those of us traveling with kids. Will definitely be back!!

Great location, we’ll be back!

Had a group of college friends together for a long ski weekend and had a wonderful experience. The amenities were great including the hot tubs and pool that are very short walk from the unit. The heated garage with boot heaters were a big plus. All in all, it was the perfect place to spend our days on the mountain and ski right to the back door.

We had a great stay. Location is perfect, with ski in ski out available for lunch was great. Shuttle was very easy to use, especially this time of year when parking is difficult. Condo was clean and comfortable. Communication was great and ensured we had everything we needed. Will stay here again.

The property location is perfect! We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything and finish the day by skiing right up to the unit.

Property was very clean, exactly as described. Awesome location. Ski right up to the room. Gondola is a reasonable walk from the room but there is also a very responsive shuttle that will take you where you want to go. Main Street is a short walk as well. You really can’t beat the location. You do not need a vehicle. Communication with the owner and the management group was outstanding. Room was well stocked. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. A+++

This property was lovely. Great location and very accommodating hosts. We couldn’t have been more pleased!

The property is situated within walking distance of the gondola and Main Street. The Vrbo listing, including pictures and description are accurate and a good representation of the rental and amenities. Although we are not skiers ourselves, we enjoyed watching the ski and snowboarders come down the slope behind the house at the end of every day. Frisco , Copper Mountian and Vail are all within reasonable driving distance for day trips. David and PMI Breck were extremely accommodating and made sure to check in daily with us. We look forward to returning in the future.

This condo is a perfect location to ski Breck. If you have the Epic pass, Vail is an easy 45 minute drive away. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town. Very clean and comfortable. Exceptional attention from the property manager and owners. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Everything was wonderful! Great place to take your family for skiing. Breckenridge is an adorable town and the people are so friendly. Dave was awesome and made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. Top notch experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice comfortable condo close to slopes, gondola and town.

Every element of the holiday accomodation experience was a positive experience. Genuine care from host through to clean and comfortable property which instantly felt like home. I would stay here again, no problem.

All in all a perfect week! Highlights include.. 1. Availability and attentiveness of owner Dave. He made sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our stay! 2. Perfect location. Loved being able to ski home to the property, the short walk to town and Gondola. Free shuttle service was a great perk for all other locations. 3. Property was clean, spacious and fully equipped for all we needed. Loved the heated garage and boot warmers! We will definitely return and stay here for our next ski vacation!

Great location to Peak 8 Gondola, City Market & Gas, within walking distance to town. Very easy access. Property Manager available, owner Dave checked in on us several times, very helpful. Nicely furnished, everything worked, great electronic check in/out located inside unit. Clean. Spacious. Great Coffee station. Plenty of basic bath & kitchen supplies. Will definitely rent again.

We loved the ideal location of this condo to everything in and around Breck! This home is cozy, clean, and well appointed, My favorite thing is the shower in the master bath, simply amazing! Dave is a gracious host and we plan to put this mountain retreat on the top of our list for renting again!
