This place was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Leanne was an excellent host, who made the process of renting her place easy. My wife and I have been to Cabo 3 times now and every time we stay at the Rosè. If we happen to make it out there a 4th time, I will definitely be looking up Leanne to see if her place is available. Thank you for being such a great host, and allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful room!

We had both rooms, plenty of space for six of us and loved the location and patio. The resort is aging yet very clean and lovely mature gardens. We did not have the all inclusive and could walk to many restaurants. Beach and view terrific!

Our bottom floor unit was definitely the way to go! We were hoping for a very laid back, relaxing trip. We got that and more! The staff was amazing and catered to our every need. Can’t wait to return!

The property was beautiful. Our suites were on the 1st floor with a great view and privacy. We all enjoyed the view, food & staff. We would definitely stay there again. The owners provided personal information about their favorite places to go and eat in Cabo. We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at the Pueblo Bonito Rose, the rooms were in a perfect location and fit our needs perfectly. The big patio and the hot tub we just the icing on the cake. Thank you.

We loved this property!! We had 4 teens and this gave us plenty of room and the walk out to the pool so convenient. We will definitely be back!!

Kirsten was very responsive to may many inquiries and provided excellent guidance and suggestions. This place was just perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens to be able to spread out and enjoy the little time we spent in the room. Looking forward to coming back.

I couldn't have better things to say about Leanne and this property. Everything went smoothly with the hotel and check-in. The rooms were the perfect amount of space for our group. The outdoor patio area/hot tub was so nice to have. We loved having easy access to the room by being on the ground floor, but still having privacy with the garden enclosure. Can't say enough amazing things about this property. We will definitely be back to stay there again!

We were a large group of women celebrating and our accommodations could not have been more perfect and so spacious. We loved the ground floor setting with our own private jacuzzi on the patio. It was so easy to go out to the pool and beach directly from our patio. Some of us in our group are young mothers and we all agreed this was also the perfect setting to bring our families. Leanne was such a delight to work with. She never tired of our countless questions and she even answered an email while she was traveling abroad when we had yet one more question. Our group has already booked for a reunion next year - this time for a longer stay!

We could not have picked a better location. The Preseidential Suite, which was the combination of Leanne's Jr. and Executive Suites, was perfect for our family 5 and so spacious! Everything was beautiful. The ease of going in and out to the pool and beach was fantastic for our children. They loved using the jacuzzi as a dipping pool and the hotel was kind enough to turn the heat way down for them to use as such. We will definitely return and it is also a great set up for two couples to travel and share the expense. The rates are fantastic. A definite favorite.

We booked a room on the first floor at Pueblo Bonito Rose on February 22nd for 4 nights. When we checked in the property, it was already occupied and the hotel put us in a different room until we could figure things out. The hotel told us that they would pay for food and drinks if we stayed where we were and not to contact the owners. It was pretty late in the evening at this point so we stayed in the room since it was a long day of traveling with two small kids. The room the hotel gave us was not as nice as the one we booked with Leanne. The next morning, I didn't feel like it was right that the owner didn't know what was going on. Leanne was out of the country so I told her daughter. Her daughter was very thankful that we told them the hotel was renting out their room without them knowing about it. Once the hotel found out that we contacted the owners, they took away our free food and drinks. I was upset the hotel had done this but still felt it was the right thing to do to tell the owners the truth. Leanne's daughter said she could put us up in their penthouse at Pueblo Bonito Blanco. We went to the penthouse later that evening but no one was there to give us a key. We waited for a while but I had a sick child and couldn't keep waiting. We stayed at Rose again and the next morning I spoke to her daughter who said they would refund us our money since we weren't able to stay in their room. I said that was fine and wanted to finally enjoy our vacation. Once we got back home, Leanne's daughter informs us that they will only refund us half the money since the hotel paid for our food and drinks. I told her that wasn't true and we got food and drinks taken away from us because we were honest with her when we didn't need to be. I had again explained to her that she gave us her word that we would have our money refunded and didn't think it was right to go back on it. She informed me that it was an inconvenience and she and her family felt half the money was appropriate. How can you not refund someone their money when they never stayed at your property. I'm appalled how horribly they handled the situation. What should have been a fun, relaxing vacation ended up being anything but that. Between going back and forth with the hotel and the owner I really couldn't fully relax. So much for being honest and trying to do the right thing.

This was a great vacation. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We got so lucky. Sometimes VRBO sounds wonderful and it turns out not as wonderful. This is clean and safe and the housekeeping comes regularly and furnishes plenty of towels. Lots of hot water and great shower and bath and great A/C. There is a small grocery/deli on premises and they have everything you need or forgot at the grocery. All the things with a hotel and much more. There were three of us and we really enjoyed the extra room. The location on the beach, in the city, and in the hotel was convenient and easy. Easy in and easy out. All was handled professionally and quickly. Leanne and Kirsten's recommendations exceeded our expectations. Look forward to returning soon. Thank you for sharing your place Leanne and Kirsten.

I loved Leanne's fabulous first floor unit at Pueblo Bonito Rose. She was so easy to book and work with that compared to my friends who booked thru the hotel at the same time I had a much more pleasant experience. She replied so quickly to any questions that I had and really made things easy. The location is so ideal for coming and going and it is a great, clean and well put together unit. I look forward to booking with Leanne again.....hopefully in the near future !!!!

This was our first trip to Cabo and we loved every minute. Leanne was a pleasure to work with. She provided us with great information about transportation, the resort and down town. I highly recommend this place. The unit was awesome, I can't praise it enough. I will be coming back! Thank you Leanne for making our first trip to Cabo great! Leanne is a great person to work with to prepare for your stay at Cabo. She responds quickly with clear, concise information and rental agreements. The room is great with the private hot tub. Our family of 7 loved it! The quick walk to town is convenient.

Highly recommend this place! Leanne was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. It worked perfect since I had a big group of 8-9 girls flying in different days. A 10 minute walk into town but far enough to get some relaxation in.

We just returned from Cabo for my bachelorette party and could not have had a better place to stay than Leanne's executive/junior suite combo. It fit all 10 of us very comfortably and was in the PERFECT location. The private hot tub was a bonus too :) We all had so much fun and were very happy with the accommodations and all of the staff at the Rose. I may have cried when we left :) Highly recommend staying here!
