Host was fantastic with communication and check-in and -out process was so easy! Host was very accommodating: i was able to park my car on the property before check-in so I could go to the beach while waiting for the condo to be ready. Decor is beautiful and up-to-date. Condo is small but perfect for 2 adults. Elevator, private beach access, Tiki Hut close by, Coligny Shops…love the location! I’d stay again!

Great place! Very convenient location and short walk to the beach. Condo included everything we needed to sit at the beach which was super easy and helpful as we flew in to HHI. Liked being within walking distant to anything we needed. Recommend riding bikes to Harbourtown and Eating at Salty Dogs. Host was very nice and communicated well. This place is small but it was perfect for 2. If traveling with kids I would only do it if I had 1-2 small children. We loved our first time on HHI!

the condo is just as advertised. it’s an older complex but the unit has been renovated nicely. It is small but was perfect for my daughter and I. extremely clean and communication with the host was super easy and quick. great location in the hub of all activity. we walked to dinner and the piggly wiggly for a few groceries. The unit is well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and has 2 nice beach chairs and umbrella. would highly this place for a couple or small family!

We had a great trip. The condo is just what we needed. The living space was roomy enough for our family. The bedroom was a little tight but we were able find space in the condo for the two pack and plays we needed. The location is perfect, lots to do for adults and kids in walking distance which is just what we were looking for. We would stay there again!!

We had a great week. ..very relaxing. The weather was perfect for walking the beach or sitting by the pool. The convenient location of the condo makes shopping and dining out extremely easy. Everything you need is right there. We highly recommend Connie’s condo.

Connie was a great host and the condo was very clean and had recently been updated. The balcony has a side view to the beach across the pool. The provided beach chairs were top notch as was the umbrella. Its a short walk across the dunes to the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. There was plenty of parking even underneath the buildings. Its right across the street from Coligny Park Shopping Plaza and next door to Coligny Park. It could get crowded on the beach in the summer due to public beach access through the park. While the condo was very nice it was a little small even for the two of us because we tend to overpack when we drive to vacation destinations. Thanks Connie for being a great host!

Great location within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The condo was beautifully decorated and has a great view of the pool/ocean. Connie was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

We had a great time in Hilton Head. This condo is in the perfect location. The beach on one side and restaurants and shopping on the other. The unit was spotless and is accurately described in the listing.

Perfect location. Beautiful beach. Good (small) pool. Nice decor. Very clean. Everything we could have wanted including beach chairs and boogie boards. My 4star on overall is only because it was a little small for a group of 4.

Excellent location! Easy access to restaurants, shopping pool and beach. Very comfortable king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The condo is a little tight on space but was comfortable for two adults. There are chairs and umbrella for the beach as well. Owner was easy to contact, personable and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at other units in this building, but Connie was above and beyond a superb host. We ran into a few minor issues and she was very quick to respond. She also graciously offered both an early check-in and late check-out. The provided chairs and umbrella came in handy for the short walk to the beach and there are many great restaurants nearby. Most importantly there was not a lengthy "chore list" to be completed before leaving- just some entirely reasonable items such as cleaning used dishes and taking out trash along with a few other small things. Overall, we would certainly book again!

Amazing stay!

The room was immaculate. We had everything that we could possibly need. Loved the view of the ocean and the pool. I parked the car on Friday and did not move it until we left. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be booking in the future.

The condo was clean and in a perfect location on the beach. Connie was able to accommodate our request for an earlier check-in and was the perfect host. Items were available for our immediate needs until we were able to go shopping. Perfect condo...would not hesitate to recommend to others or stay again ourselves

Everything was great! The owner communicated with us on the way down. Sent us lists of local spots to eat and have a drink. This place was perfect for the couple days we were down there. Will definitely come back

We have a group of five families that have stayed at the breakers every year for the Memorial Day weekend since 2014. This condo was the cleanest and most up to date condo I’ve had the pleasure of staying at during this timeframe. The owner, Mrs Joyce, is very informative, easy to contact, and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend this unit.

We stayed in Hilton Head 5 days to celebrate husband’s retirement, and 232 Breakers was the perfect place to do that! The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Even though small, we had everything we needed. Very clean and well stocked with essentials as well as many thoughtful extras! Comfortable bed, too! I couldn’t find pillow cases for extra pillows, and Connie showed up 10 minutes after I texted her with two pillow cases. When we first saw the water flow from the shower we thought, “Oh no” but we were sure surprised! The shower was wonderful! Plenty of towels, too! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are two adults, (as four might be too crowded), but it was perfect for us! Close to Coligny Plaza, nice pool, and right next door to Pool Bar Jim’s! Wonderful choice!

Connie's unit is very clean, comfortable and cute! This condo has a balcony view of the pool and ocean, which is what I want to see every morning. It is a quick path to the beach and right across the street from Coligny where there are many restaurants and shops. Several of the restaurants/bars have good happy hours and many have live music as well. Connie provides plenty to get you started, but the Piggly Wiggly is a quick walk across the street. The king bed does take up most of the space in the bedroom, so if you prefer a king bed I would take Connie's advice in her notes. She suggests unpacking using the drawers and hangers in the closet and then stowing suitcases in the car. Mine fit standing next to the dresser. I used the washer and dryer because we were on the second week of an extended road trip and they worked well and efficiently. It was extremely windy during our stay so we spent more time at the pool which was protected from the wind. The pool was well maintained and mostly quiet with adult groups and young families. That may change in the summer months when school is out. Communication with Connie was easy and she responded quickly. We would stay here again!

Ideal location for a quick two night girlfriend getaway at the beach. Comfortable accommodations and caring host. We hope we can return next year.

Great location right on the beach near shops/restaurants. Okay size for 2 people, would not stay with more. Connie was very helpful and brought us a clean bedspread when requested (noticed the original had some crumbs/dirt on one side of it when we went to go to bed but just brushed it off- request a new bedspread if you want to know it was washed since the last guest). Only a few other small things could be improved: bath towels are small & thin, bathroom sink drains slowly. Very basic bathroom amenities so make sure you pack shampoo/conditioner etc. and tissues. 1 extra roll of toilet paper/ paper towels provided. 1 extra trash bag provided. 1 small bathroom trash can and 1 small one in the kitchen. As listed make sure you pack your own beach towels as well. Beach chairs and umbrella provided were nice to have. Overall good stay.

The location is ideal--on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants with a nice pool and convenient parking. The condo was the right size for two people (more than two would be a little tight).

Great location, near coligny park and tons of restaurants. Very easy check in and the owner is very responsive. If using the sleeper couch, the living room is very tight. The beds are both comfortable. The space is ok with smaller children but might be tougher with teenagers. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a washer/dryer. Parking is very convenient to the condo as well.

Spent the month of March. Unit was compact but very livable! Owner responded quickly to any questions. Location near beach and Coligny Center was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year!

Very nice condo just as described. My husband loved the Keurig cups dark roast!
