Incredible property management company, great location, insanely gorgeous house, great supplies for cooking…simply wonderful getaway!

My husband and our 4 children stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved the location and enjoyed the house.

The cabin was exactly as described and very clean.

This is a wonderfully livable home. Our party of six spent three nights here, and were generally delighted! The only caveat is that we were told that, as short-term renters, we were not entitled to use the beach, tennis, etc. target actually confiscated out short-term rental ID! The owners need to take these percs out of the description of the property! With that said, we would stay again in a heart beat.

Nice house, beautiful location. Very comfortable for 1-2 families. Some minor upgrades and updates required, but overall a lovely stay.

House is well equipped and close to Squaw. The kitchen was stocked with lots of staples which was a nice surprise. We had a great week of spring skiing!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We came inside and quiet Jazz music was playing from the TV and the house was pristinely cleaned - always a good sign! Recommend staying here for the wonderful amenities and location to Tahoe City and Kings Beach - just a short drive from Incline Village as well.

First time coming to Lake Tahoe, and this property was in the perfect location. Private access beach just down the street, amazing amenities in the kitchen- especially for those chefs out there. The residence had some bikes, plenty of firewood for the fireplace, and a jacuzzi that easily fit us. Highly recommend!!

Great property. Only suggestion is to put more comfortable chairs on the back deck (not facing street) for seating and conversation.

Great location, access to private beach, but only 8 people are allowed to go currently. House was clean although cobwebs were everywhere due to high ceilings. Master bedroom was very hot and house does not have AC like other homes in area. WiFi was not working and required several restarts. If you have toddlers beware of several stairs. Not very kid friendly. Overall clean and patio was very enjoyable.

We were a group of 9 and loved our time in the cabin! There are sufficient beds / bed spaces to fit 10 people depending on group configuration with sufficient bathrooms (with heated floors!) to go around. The beds were all very comfy and had heavy duvets which were great given the cold weather. We particularly loved the large living and dining room areas where we spent alot of time hanging out and cooking and playing music. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with every kind of utensil/pot/pan that we ended up requiring and also had lots of basic ingredients like salt, oil, herbs etc. There is also a very easy to use BBQ grill on the deck that we made use of for yummy meals every night. Must also mention the hot tub which we had a great time chilling in after a day of skiing! The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and is a 5 min drive from the nearest supermarket (Safeway), which is very large and had all we needed in terms of groceries. Wifi worked well - we all had to work at some point during our stay and were able to connect and work as usual. Holly (the manager) was also very responsive whenever we had questions about the property. Would return if we came back to Tahoe again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. The open layout is perfect for enjoying friends or family time. Would definitely recommend!

This property was everything the listing claimed it was. It was very clean, extremely well stocked, and in a great location. It was approximately 5 minutes from grocery stores, 10 minutes from Squaw Valley, and very close to restaurants. Family had an amazing time and are looking forward to going back.
