We had a fabulous time! Jackie was a great host and supplied everything you could need- beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, etc. The kitchen was stocked with many utensils and dish ware. 5 star rating!

We have been visiting St. John for 32 years and this was the best property we have stayed in…cleanliness, views, sunsets, comfort…all fantastic. Jackie the property manager was very helpful…thank you!

We had an amazing time in St John and our stay at Serenity was wonderful. Jackie was very helpful and the welcome items were much appreciated. Everything went smoothly at check-in with Jackie meeting us along the way to escort us to the house and give us an overview of the villa. Sunsets from the patio were amazing and everything from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the outside grill (brand new Weber gas grill) were excellent. Definitely a place we would recommend and would love to return to if possible.

Location was ideal. Close to downtown and grocery. Easy to use taxi system for entire trip.

We just got home after a wonderful week at Serenity. The villa is beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella and towels for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioners in every room worked well. Jackie, the property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when we had questions prior to the visit and during. She helped us with arranging taxi pick up from the ferry dock as well as food provisioning. When we arrived, Jackie met us at the car rental place and escorted us to the villa. The villa has spectacular views and beautiful sunsets. Its located in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Cruz Bay and beaches. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon! Thanks again!

From checking to check out, the service was great. Jackie was terrific. The house was clean and had a great layout. Stunning views from every single room. Perfect view of amazing sunsets. Close to town but Quiet neighborhood with good walking routes.

Serenity has a perfect location - beautiful views, and 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay. The house was well-stocked, both in the kitchen and elsewhere. Jackie made everything easy, meeting us at the dock and taking us to get our rental car, then leading us to the property and showing us around. Communication with her both before and during our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. The other thing we should mention is to bring your own shampoo....this was the only thing “missing” that we hadn’t counted on.

Our group of 6 was ecstatic to stay at Serenity! The view alone is incredible. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas immensely. It’s great having air conditioning & a bathroom/shower for each room. The kitchen was well stocked. Jackie is responsive and very helpful. She even had fresh flowers and the table beautifully set for our arrival. That was a first :) We will be back! Thank you again.

This property is everything you need and located in the perfect place to watch the sunset. I would definitely rent this house again.

Lovely home with lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed , the beds were comfortable, plenty beach chairs, coolers, beach towels etc. Jackie, the property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when we had questions. The property was just as pictured on VRBO. The view is spectacular! You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks down below the villa which is such a relaxing sound to hear. The pool water temperature was perfect, we loved the bench inside the pool for conversation and reading. The villa is well equipped with all appliances & kitchen utensils you need for cooking. The neighborhood is upscale and the road leading to it is one of the better side roads we have traveled on to a villa. Parking is easy---no steep driveway for this villa. St. John Market is only about 5 min away so easy access for groceries and we were only about 10 min from Cruz Bay. The air conditioning in the main house was excellent and fair in the bedrooms. You can only access the WiFi in the main house, not in the bedrooms but it worked well. The beds were comfortable, the bed pillows were not. Jackie and her team were wonderful, easy to deal with, and checked in on us regularly. Overall, we absolutely LOVED Serenity Villa and would definitely return again!! We could not get enough of the view and loved staying at the villa all day reading, relaxing, and enjoying the pool. Highly recommended!!

This was our third trip to St. John and bu far this was the best place we stayed. They views are unbelievable, the property team had goodies waiting for us upon arrival and everything was perfect!

This is the second time we've rented Serenity and have throughly enjoyed it each time. Pool experience was much improved this time without visits from the iguana since the their tree access is no longer there. Jackie Harrison is great to work with and very responsive.

Jackie is a delight, responded quickly to all questions during booking and stay. The starter fruit, snack, and wine waiting for us on arrival was much appreciated. Beautiful property, stunning views! Definitely will be returning.

This is our 17th trip to St. John and this home and its location was the best visit yet. The house is lovely and perfect accommodations from bedroom suites to main living area. Also, it has a best location on St John. The house was supplied with everything you would need. We give it five stars! Johnson Family Boxford Mass

Indescribable view ! House very inviting, quiet neighborhood, close to Cruz Bay and north shore beaches.

Felt very welcome on our arrival with Jackie meeting us and the escort to our property making us familiar with our rental. The view is spectacular, none better. I felt the main kitchen are could be updated and was disappointed that there hadn't been more clean up on the property from the hurricane damage, particularly to area under the main bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Very convenient to Cruz Bay and beautiful Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay. The grocery delivery was so accommodating since our arrival was late.

This home is lovely and has just gone through some renovations after the hurricane that make it very nice. The master suite is gorgeous and all the decks have great views. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the appliances and utensils were basically brand new. The bedrooms were all very nice, the decor is up to date and we really enjoyed the home for the week we were there. The sheets, towels and beach towels were all very high-quality and seemed brand new. Beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella were also new and provided! Really a great home! I would definitely rent this home again and I particularly loved working with Jackie and her team, they are the best management team!!! Jackie helped arrange so many things for us and even though our flight was very delayed in arriving, I didn't have to worry. I will only rent from her properties now.
