We looked forward to our vacation for many months. We were informed a couple days before check in that the water would be turned off for maintenance from 10-2 one day during our stay. This was ok as we planned on being on the beach. With double red flags we weren’t allowed in the water. We went to several places looking for a restroom and they did not have public restrooms. Then, we were informed that some workers would need to come to our condo to replace the railing on the balcony. This was told to us the day of the repair. We stayed at the condo while they did the repair because of our small dog. All of the furniture from outside was brought inside and we waited for a few hours because the workers removed the railing and then took a lunch break before completing the job. When the work was complete we moved furniture back out and cleaned the huge mess that it made being brought inside. Ben told me that if we allowed them to do the work he would send us a check for our dinner if we sent him the receipt. We agreed that was fair. We did not send him the receipt for that particular night since we went to the buffet and it was well over $300. I sent him the receipt from the following night because the bill was much less. I have yet to receive a response from him. I tried to send a message today and it seems he has my number blocked. It was truly an inconvenience for us during our vacation. Beware of any promises made as they may be broken.

Great place to stay. So close to the beach with a great view. The layout of the condo is perfect and good size.Ben was great to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was a very spacious two bedroom condo with, what I would call two master suites, with two king beds. Just what we were looking for. The condo hosts were easy to contact and communicate with.

I have no complaints whatsoever on the condo or complex, itself. The owner was very accommodating & friendly. But the lady at check in was VERY RUDE!! We’ve traveled & rented 100’s of condos & Never experience anyone like her!!! I talked to the owner about her. She should be fired immediately. She will hurt the business of the owners of these condos. No one should go through what we did with her!!

Being right on the beach was what drew us to your facility. Price made a difference also, but they do say you get what you paid for. It really needs some "minor" repairs, updating, etc. But it was beautiful being right on the beach, exactly what we wanted.

Everything was just as advertised. It was clean and completely furnished. We will defiantly stay here on our next trip to the beach

Great condo directly on the beach. Loved this condo not only because you are directly on the beach but because it’s not a crowded high rise. Condo was very nice, clean, and I loved the layout. Hosts were very easy to work with. Will definitely book again!

The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views! We enjoyed the pool area with restrooms and the beach with a place to shower off. Finding a pet friendly owner isn’t easy. Ben, the owner, was very responsive. The condo has tile floors and sofas that can be wiped down. We didn’t see any evidence of any other pets and our 8 lb dog was very contented. Would definitely stay again!

The place was nice. Beautiful view and was in town but out of the way. In the middle of quite and right down the road to fun. Dogs were welcomed but not on the beach. There is a dog beach 20 minutes down the road which wasn't a problem. Overall the place was nice and quite. (There is a bar across the street.)

Great location, steps from the beach, comfortable beds, easy check-in, convenient parking, and pet friendly…we would stay again!

Every thing was great and as expected. Each time I communicated with owner, response was swift! Location was super and unit is very large and well stocked.

We really love the location and the view. Perfect for our stay.

accommodations were very good. great view, nice floorplan, especially for 4 people. owners are accesssible and very helpful if needed. We would go back again, if our schedule allows it.

We loved this place! The view of the ocean is incredible! Lots of room for the family. Cozy furniture, nice kitchen. Definitely recommend!!

Clean condo and great beach and staff! It was so nice to visit the beach again and my son loved the “big box”- aka sandbox- aka sand 😂 We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!
