Enjoyed staying at the house. Was close to Mom. Clean and comfortable

The house is lovely and it fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn't eat in, but I was amazed by everything in the kitchen, including spices and coffee, plastic wrap and baggies. The back yard is beautiful and we enjoyed each morning with our coffee. Cheryl was available to answer any questions we had and the check out process was really easy. Not much to do on our end, but take out the garbage and lock up. The 3rd bedroom with trundle would be fine for kids but was small for two adults but we made it work. Had a wonderful time.

We did have a great time while in Yuma and at this house. The house and property does need some tenure loving care. Several small items should be attended too. Bird nest in the eve, Fan that didn't work, door knobs that where hard to open, TV turning on by it self.
Back patio was an enjoy sitting on it and visiting with neighbors. Good location.

Since we had a family group, we fixed a lot of meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered back patio area. Would stay here again.

Just finished our 3rd rental of this property and once again it was wonderful! The home is well appointed and had everything we needed for our extended stay! This home was truly the center of our holiday as we enjoyed meals and games together around the large dining table. The master bedroom is an oasis and the bed is amazing! We leave refreshed and rested! Thank-you!

The house was very nice and clean and is in a very good neighborhood. Had all basic needs in kitchen and bathrooms so we did not have to go out and buy basics. Backyard has a nice covered area off the back of the house that made it very enjoyable to sit outside.

Everything was clean and organized, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking space in driveway and street for bringing boats/water toys for fun at lake Martinez. Host was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. Overall great stay!

Very nice house. Had everything we needed and was quite clean. Neighborhood was quiet and good for walking. Only issue was a nuisance chirping from security system which I was able to silence on the second day.

This was a peaceful, quiet and comfortable home, well appointed and absolutely enhanced our Yuma visit. A bonus was not only the covered back patio with comfortable chairs, but also the nice surprise of a VERY comfortable king size bed, which helped us sleep better than we have in a long time! Highly recommend!

Family getaway
We LOVED this home and it truly was a home. We will be staying here again when we come to see our son. Close to the Marine Corp base and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was beautiful. We did a lot of home cooked meals and very much enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was very clean & comfortable in a nice area of Yuma. Everything we needed was there.
The back patio area was super nice with plenty of seating.
We texted Sherri a couple of times with questions & she was very quick to get back to us.

YUMA Foothills stay
The place was nice and comfortable. The issue we had was the towels were very worn and thin. There was no toilet paper or paper towels and we had no contact number to call in case of a problem. We had to go purchase toilet. The light bulb in the master shower was out so you had to shower in the dark.
