Had a great time place was great.

The unit was in appalling condition on arrival. Garbage and filth, broken furniture, black mold in the bathroom, soiled sheets and linens. The unit had not been cleaned and the floors were filthy. When the owner was contacted he was argumentative and dismissive. He eventually agreed to send a handyman and cleaners two days into the four day rental. Outrageous and totally unacceptable. We spent a day cleaning the unit and washing the linens. The sofa was broken, the balcony door in the bedroom was rusted shut. The rental license posted on the wall was for another unit, not the address rented. This owner was negligent and unresponsive. The VRBO listing was for a clean and attractive rental. In reality this unit was poorly maintained, unclean and more like something out of a third world tenement. I am shocked that VRBO listed this host as a Premier Host.

The apartment we rented was very clean and satisfied all of our needs. The view was spectacular and the host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We will return in the future!

The best words to describe this condo is LOCATION LOCATION VIEW!! The beach, boardwalk, restaurants were within a 10 second walk from this condo. The view from the balcony was magnificent!! The condo provided all necessary provisions for our stay: dishes, linens, washer/dryer, cable etc. Constantine was a great host. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

The property was just as described. The host was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Location was great and I would highly recommend.

The stay at Belmont towers unit 706 was amazing! The location was perfect. Constantine was extremely helpful with the check in directions and answering any questions we had. Definitely would stay here again!

This was such a beautiful condo with an awesome location. It had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space for our family group of 10! Clean and comfortable! The property manager was AMAZING! Will definitely be returning!

The unit was very nice and very well equipped. It has a great view and we loved the balcony. We’ve been coming to OC for decades and would definitely say this is the best location of any we have stayed at. You are right on the Boardwalk and only a minute from the Inlet. The two garage spaces are great for the cruise in as well. Thanks!!

Once I realize who I should contact for assistance we had a great experience. The view from the balcony was beautiful and sitting there in the morning, words can’t describe.

I would highly recommend this property and this property manager. The condo is beautiful and exactly as depicted. It is so close to everything downtown and the rooftop pool is great, since so many OCMD condos do not offer a pool. The property manager was prompt to respond, extremely courteous and easy to work and communicate with. In addition, they made it very easy to stay there. The inclusion of the linens and paper goods, as well as the nice welcome gifts of waters and popcorn are the little “touches” that set this property apart from others I’ve stayed at in this same building. A huge shout out to Constantine for being wonderful to work with and having an amazing property. We cannot wait to come back!

The place was immaculate! It had everything you need and our host even left us goodies upon check in. Weird master bedroom with two queens but served us well anyway. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was exactly as we thought it would be and was in the perfect location. The owner was available for any questions we had and was very helpful. We will definitely look to rent from here again on our travels to Ocean City.

The property is beautiful and spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The two garage parking spaces were a definite plus as there was no need to use the car during our stay. Being ON the boardwalk and in walking proximity to everything the girls wanted to do was important. Sitting in the family room looking out at the bay and Assateague during the day and watching the lights of the amusement park at night. The orientation of the unit allows for sunlight throughout the day. Most ocean facing units are shaded late afternoon til sunset but we enjoyed the sunsets from the extended balcony. The unit is well outfitted with everything a group/family would need from beach supplies to wifi to a well stocked kitchen for making meals. also, a FULL sized washer/dryer in the unit! It was like a home away from home. Constantine is a great host and very responsive. He details the entire process so any possible question or concern is addressed. I would definitely rent this unit again when coming to Ocean City.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo accommodated us perfectly. We were able to enjoy the evening in the living room/balcony combo while my 2 year old went down for the night. It had an amazing view of the Ferris wheel and carnival lights. Close to everything with beautiful views of what ocean city has to offer. Constantine was wonderful to rent from! We will definitely be returning.

Excellent location for boardwalk , beach , restaurants , shops and smaller amusement parks on the boardwalk. Very nice condo with nice view . Everything we needed was there .

Location was fantastic, very easy to get to, directions from owner were very thorough! We had a great time! Only thing we would suggest is for it be cleaned better and the inside first smelled of smoke when we got there. Overall excellent place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Belmont Towers. The only complaint we have is that the room was never cleaned before our arrival and we arrived 3 hours after check in time. Waited an hour for cleaners to come and clean the room. Otherwise the amenities were great!

Staying at Belmont 706 was a wonderful experience. Upon our arrival we had everything we needed to start our vacation. We went right into the parking garage and up to our condo. No standing in line waiting to get our envelope with keys, passes etc. The condo is as beautiful as the photos. Everything that you could possibly need is in the unit. My favorite thing was sitting on the porch looking at the view, just beautiful and relaxing. The location could not be beat. Everything that is Ocean City is within steps of the building. No car needed.

Someone definitely smoked in the condo, which really stinks when your a non smoker. It needs a good cleaning to get rid of the smell. Communications with owner were very good and he apologized but I think should definitely be disclosed in condo info. It over all was a great time and we would do it again.

Visited with my teen daughter. Condo was super clean, convenient and safe in secure building right at the beach. Host was great. Communicated promptly from the start and everything was exactly as described. Had a great get away. Would stay again.

I stayed at the condo with my five sons for a boys weekend. Condo is clean and had all the amenities that we needed, and the view from the porch was awesome.

super location and views. the unit is very large and in solid shape. great tv and cable the owner is very responsive. was cleaned when we arrived. maybe needs a tad of extra paint here or there but overall in excellent shape and id certainly rent here again. had no problems at all

We were very happy with the rental. Easy access from parking garage to condo. The condo is also right on the boardwalk. Property manager made sure all questions and needs were met. We will look to rent again in the future.
