The condo was absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend staying at the Ritz-Carlton Residences. You won’t be disappointed! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Beautiful pools and beach! Gabe, down at the beach was a great guy. Very hard worker and very personable. So glad we had our vacation here! Hannah was really great to deal with. She was very quick to answer any questions we had! We hope to be back!!

Staying on Singer Island at the Ritz Residences has become a family tradition for us - one we look forward to every year. While we've stayed on property before, this was our first time in this particular unit. As always, everything was perfect. Our family of 5 stayed for one week. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. The unit was ready as soon as we arrived (actually a bit earlier than we expected). It was very clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. Nice collection of board games and books was a nice touch. TV in every room with cable (though we hardly used it). Fast WiFi. Nicely appointed kitchen stocked with very nice cookware, flatware, plates, bowls, cups, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable and the third bedroom with two twin beds worked out perfectly for us. View from every room: both ocean and intercoastal views were amazing. Secure parking. Everything you could ask for. As for the Ritz... the property is just perfect. The staff are all incredibly friendly and you can sense that they genuinely want to make your stay perfect. From the beach, to the pool, to the concierge, gym, coffee service, grill, theater, social room... I could go on and on. Our kids call this our "Florida home," and it definitely feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend - we will certainly be back.

Singer island/Riviera Beach really the ideal place to stay visiting Palm Beach area. Hannah’s home Pristine and beautiful top notch Florida interior design. Spacious ,flowing ,roomy , and large ocean front patio off Main suite and living area right over spectacular beach and blue sea. A spacious patio other side facing intercostal waterways west off the two guest suites. Awesome views ocean side with lots of yachts and ships in and out of the Palm Beach inlet Loved the easy quick access to pools and beach amenities of the beautiful Ritz managed property, in one or two minutes your walking out to pool and beach. This is my first vrbo booking. We were delighted to read all the positive reviews on this property and we were not disappointed! This is a beautiful property with exceptional residential services. The unit is thoughtfully appointed and stocked. Our host, Hannah, could not have been more accommodating in communicating what we could expect in the unit, building and area. We met our children in FL and hope to make this an annual occurrence! Convenient location to everyone and everything we wanted to see in the area. Kudos to the Ritz staff for the excellent job they do to provide an exceptional experience for their residents.

We were astounded by the beauty and comfort of this home. It was luxuriously decorated and thoughtfully outfitted. No detail was lacking in the kitchen, which was essential to us as avid cooks. The location, with stunning views of the ocean, was superb. We are outdoor enthusiasts and took advantage of the neighboring tennis courts, kayaking, and running paths. The Ritz is a magnificent facility. The gym was excellent, the pools were perfect for lap swimming, and the staff was warm and professional. Hannah was a very responsive host. All in all, our stay exceeded our high expectations.

Many thanks to Hannah for adjusting our dates after a last minute hurricane delayed our arrival by a couple days. We found the unit to be spotless, professionally decorated and appeared newly renovated. The staff was true to form ritz quality. Perhaps not the most conducive for young children, but a wonderful host and destination nonetheless.

Just returned from a week-long stay at this stunning property and we couldn't have been happier! I went down to Singer Island with my 4 sisters as a celebration of life for our mother who recently passed away and the condo was perfect - there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Hannah was an absolute delight to deal with before and during our trip and went out of her way to provide us with a late check out at the last minute. One of my sister's had a medical issue and the folks at the Ritz couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. They went above and beyond in helping her up to the condo, calling the ambulance and when we returned to the condo they had left a gift bag with some fresh fruit and Gatorade. We will absolutely be going back to this wonderful condo and one of the biggest reasons would be the interactions with Hannah as well as the staff. Truly a relaxing week after what was a very challenging year for our family so thank you Hannah!!

The condo was beautiful with fastastic views from every room. It took a few days to figure out all of the amenities but eventually we got use of everything. The Management was very professional and the onsite employees were always there to help. There was great shopping and delicious restaurants within a short ride. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the condo and enjoyed all points of interest in the area. We have already had conversations about going back.

We have stayed several times in this building. This apartment is even nicer than the rest. Beautifully appointed, very comfortable, equipped with everything needed to make meals and refreshments. And the owner was a delight to deal with, always highly responsive and helpful.

From the stunning lobby to the views from every balcony and the beautifully furnished rooms, this condo is perfect. The concierge is friendly, helpful and always available. The Grill restaurant on the property is so convenient. The food is great and you can sit outside in the beautiful weather or inside if you prefer. The location makes it easy to get to The Palm Beach Airport, downtown Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and North Palm Beach in minutes. This is our second time here and we look forward to coming back soon.

We really had a great time. Family joined us for the last two days for a local wedding. The condo is beautiful, clean, and spacious and the amenities of the building are fabulous. We loved long walks on the beach. The exercise room was awesome and all the staff couldnt have been more accomodating. Highly recommend this condo and it’s owner, Hannah. Staying at the Ritz Carlton Residences is a wonderful vacation experience. We loved our condo unit, two parking spots, the two beautiful pools together with excellent poolside service and a fantastic place right on the beach. Other extras include a lounge and billiard room on the first floor, a fitness area, beautiful lobby and reception desk that is so very helpful and friendly. The gated access to the property is a bonus and it is a short drive to Palm Beach, West Palm Beach in North Palm Beach, including the Jandy MacArthur Beach State Park.

Great property with an amazing view of the ocean. The staff at the Ritz were top notch and the amenities at the property were great (beach, pools, grills, parking, etc). Spent two weeks, but with so many things to do in the area, wish we could have stayed another two weeks.

My friends and I really were impressed with this property. Check in was easy and with the gated covered parking, we didn't have to worry about our vehicle. The condo had all of the amenities you would need and we enjoyed relaxing in the pools that overlook the beach.

If you’re looking to relax and unwind with family/friends in a serene and classy home, this is your place. Hannah (the owner) was extremely accommodating and informative and truly wants her guests to enjoy their time while on vacation. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive is in the unit-from appliances and cookware to linens and paper goods. The three bedrooms-all with terraces that provide endless views are the perfect start and end to your day, as well as having 3 full bathrooms and a fully stocked laundry room. The amenities on and around the property are top-notch, with the convenience of food shopping, restaurants, and water-sport rentals within a few miles. The Ritz staff were professional and friendly at all times, and available as needed, without being intrusive. The only difficult part of the trip was leaving to catch the flight home…go for as long as you can-you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Hannah, we can’t wait to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Hannah’s condo and long overdue vacation. We generally opt for Ritz Carlton hotels, but wanted a more private setting with similar amenities this year. Hannah’s condo is gorgeous and suited our needs beautifully. We are a family of three, but had in-laws join us for a portion of our two-week stay. The condo provides an excellent floor plan for larger or in our case, extended family space. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of staples and all the equipment necessary for cooking in. The balcony’s provide amazing views for morning coffee or evening dinners. There is also a nice desk in the living room where I was able to work comfortably a few hours a day. If you need to work, it might as well be in Hannah’s condo. The property itself is lovely with two beautiful pools and is situated on a wide spread of beach. As is usual of a Ritz property, the staff was gracious and extremely accommodating. There is no need to pack beach towels as the Ritz provides towel service, and complimentary water as well. The staff will also help with beach/pool chair set-up and umbrellas. We also enjoyed evening barbecue’s (reserve a grill and the staff will start it and set up a dinner table outdoors for your family) and five different movies at the private theatre. There’s also a small restaurant on site that serves lunch and dinners. The restaurant also provides pool side service. We found ourselves eating lunch and ordering snacks by the pool often. Karl and his staff were amazingly gracious and provided high levels of service. We have family that lives near-by and they were able to join us for barbecues and a few different visits at the pool. It was wonderful to reunite after a long pandemic year, and have such a beautiful space to create some family memories. As for location, the property is just a short 10-minute drive to Palm Beach. We enjoyed a few wonderful meals there, and especially delighted in the brunch at The Breakers… would highly recommend experiencing this for yourselves! However, on most days/nights we opted to stay in and enjoy the condo & Ritz property. Through-out the booking process and beyond, I found Hannah easy to work with, and extremely responsive. We only had a few questions during our stay and she responded immediately. We would highly recommend Hannah’s condo. We had a wonderful vacation and are already looking for opportunities to return!

My wife and I just came back from a great 10-day luxurious vacation at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Singer Island. We were joined by another couple for the last week of our stay. We are all still talking how fantastic our time was at the resort and especially at the condo 603B. When my wife and I arrived, she started to cry with tears of joy to realize this place was so beautiful and big and beautifully decorated. The VRBO photos are great but they don’t give you the great feeling of the space and the beautiful layout. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need. We had picked out many restaurants to go to for dinners. In 10 days, we only went to two because we didn’t want to leave our beautiful place. There are 4 grills, and the staff starts them up and provides utensils and you don’t have to clean up. By the way, the 4 of us love to go out to eat-normally! The living room is fully furnished and opens to a large deck overlooking the ocean. The WIFI is great, and I was able to conduct business with ease (but I did less than on a normal vacation because the pools and beach needed me.) On the other side of the condo there is a deck to view the inland water way. Our bedroom, closet and bath were huge and really over the top with access to the deck also. The other couple was in the other wing and we all had lots of privacy. I could go on forever, but I want to give accolades to Hannah. She was so helpful and a great communicator. I was concerned since this was our first VRBO type vacation but every question we had was answered immediately. The more we communicated with Hannah the better it made us feel about going to her condo. She was so helpful when we decided to extend our stay by going 3 days earlier. If we rated Hannah on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, we would rate Hanna a 10++++. Just another few other things about the Ritz-Carlton Resort. The entire property is very secure including the private beach. From parking to entry doors and elevator controls a key card in need to allow access. The resort is spotless, and the staff is extremely helpful. There is a restaurant on site (lunch & dinner) for residents and guests only. We have truly never had such a great vacation. The resort was a wonderful part of it, but 603B condo really made our stay so spectacular. We really can’t say enough about the accommodations and the communications with Hannah. BEST HOLIDAY EVER!

This was our second time staying at Hannah’s place. We really love the comfort and decor of the unit, and Hannah is a pleasure to deal with as a host. We can’t say enough good things about our stay, but the best proof is our plans to come back and stay with Hannah for a third time. The Ritz Carlton Residences is a top notch property with amazing amenities and private beach area. This is our destination of choice.

If you are thinking of renting this property and it is available, stop what you’re doing and rent it now!!! The views... oh, the views!!! It is right next to a park, so you have the view immediately in front of you of the ocean, but can also look right all the way down the beach. The view is just stunning and you can see it from the master bedroom, family room and kitchen. There is a nice sized balcony with two comfortable loungers and table. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The other two bedrooms have water views of the inter coastal waterway which are also beautiful to see. The property owner was great. We had one issue and it was fixed that day. The place is immaculate and very well furnished to make your stay comfortable. I liked that the whole complex was very safe and secure. They have 2 parking spots under the building and it made it so easy to park and take the elevator right up to the unit. Checkin was jaw dropping easy. Everyone at the Ritz is so nice and focused on customer service. The pools were fabulous with comfortable chairs, nice plush towels and waters available. I thought I liked the gulf better than the Atlantic, but after staying here, not so sure. It truly looked like someone dropped blue food coloring in the ocean to make it look perfectly blue. We really had a wonderful week with our family.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The layout, quality, luxury, view, rapport from staff, & overall experience was easily 5 stars. The owner was super easy to work with and went above & beyond. This unit has a gorgeous view! The building amenities were wonderful - the courtyard, pools, private beach, etc. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back next year!

Hannah’s apartment was fantastic the moment we walked in. We were wowed by the amazing view of the Ocean from the living room and Master Bedroom. The apartment is well decorated and very cozy. Hannah had all the necessary equipment to allow us to cook. From check in to check out one month later, we really enjoyed our stay. Hannah is a delightful host - we plan to come back again in the Spring!

I highly recommend this property! It was clean, spacious, looks just like the photos and the manager was professional and attentive. And the view is magnificent!
