St John is a special place. This unit was perfect. The listing is 100% accurate. Many thanks to all involved who made this very easy.

Stayed last month. Condo was perfect for the 5 of us. Close to everything we needed. Clean and relaxing place. Owners and management group were accomodating. Will definitely look i to this place again.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience here. The unit had everything you could possibly need and more! From beach towels, chairs, and toys to games and every kitchen amenity you could hope for, it was perfect for our family (6 of us in total, with kids’ ages ranging from 5-17). The a/c worked great and was a consistent and welcome refuge at the end of a warm day in the sun, the pool was lovely, the furniture was comfortable, and the location was outstanding. We could put the young kids to bed and still have one parent go out to walk around with the older kids for ice cream, live music, or moonlit trips to the beach. It was just perfect - thank you to the hosts for having provided everything a family could need for a dream of a vacation!

This property was great for the six of us who just spent eight days on a catamaran in the BVI. It is a great location, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 7 ladies, a lot of them first timers to St John. Beautiful Morning was great! Very spacious with amazing views. It’s very convenient!

View from porch was lovely. Pool and hot tub were pleasant BUT both contained lots of sand and I didn’t see anyone trying to remedy that. Adults took over pool in the evening including just standing in the center of it. Twin beds need to be replaced as one sagged tremendously. 2 kings were fine. Ample pool and bath towels were provided. Dressers tops needed lots of coasters which didn’t exist. AC worked very well.

Beautiful condo. We have stayed at different condos in GB over the years and love how convenient the location is to the bars, restaurants and ferry dock in Cruz bay. Thanks to owner/property manager for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! We were two families traveling together with two children (elementary age). The layout was great because the adults each had a room with a bathroom attached. The property is in a great location, walking distance from Cruz bay, Mongoose Junction, Baby’s Grocery, Dolphin Mart, etc. We had a vehicle, because we wanted to go to Lameshur this trip, but if you were staying at closer beaches the taxis are right there at Cruz Bay Landing. The one thing to note, per one of the other adults, is one of the mattresses was not comfortable (she could feel the springs) The two twins and the king bed were comfortable. We remedied the situation by putting down extra comforters and all was well. It was agreed at the end of the trip that we would def stay here again.

We just got back from the USVI and stayed here for almost a week in January 2023. We were traveling as a group, most of us having been to St. John at least 3 times. We have stayed in various parts of the island, but never in downtown Cruz Bay. This unit offered everything you needed. And I must say, the walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay was the biggest sell and takeaway from our trip this go around. You can walk to the ferry dock or any restaurant in downtown in 5 minutes or less. We were greeted right as we got off of the car ferry. (We rented a Jeep on St Thomas when we landed and brought it over on the car ferry). Highly recommend a car rental if you are looking to explore the island. The unit had a great view of Cruz Bay, was well equipped, especially for a group that does a lot of cooking. Highly recommend this place if you want easy access to downtown, especially at night and was all of the amenities you could possibly need (pool, hot tub, parking, linens, stocked kitchen, gym, laundry, etc.)

This is the third time using the condo. Great location. The photos on VRBO are accurate. No problems with the booking, checking in or out. I get it for the deck alone.

Great property located close to all Cruz Bay activities and restaurants/bars. Had a blast!

Overall, I a very nice unit. Great views. King Beds in every room. Well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and toys. Plus the complex has a nice pool and gym. Elevators for anyone who needs them. Walking distance to anything in town.

Our family stayed at Beautiful Morning and it exceeded our expectations! The condo was very clean, well stocked and perfectly situated, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the ferry dock. The pool and fitness center were also extremely clean and well maintained. The grounds are also beautifully manicured. As a bonus, we had amazing sunset views from the balcony. We also enjoyed the beach just across the street! We will definitely return and I highly recommend Beautiful Morning!

Loved the location and the property. Our 2nd time at Grand bay and first time in this unit. Loved everything about it. Only negative was, we had communicated that we needed the bed in the 3rd bedroom split into 2 twins, and it was set up as a queen. The first night, one of the two slept on the pull out in the living room, and just ended up staying out there for the week.

We stayed at Beautiful Morning condo at Great Bay and had a great time. The condo was very comfortable , spacious and well equipped. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!

This is a nice condo in a great location to access restaurants in the area.

We had another amazing time in Love City and Beautiful Morning(3rd time in the past year). Condo has everything we needed and super location!
