My husband and I agreed that this was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. John and Kimberly are exceptional hosts, and the cottage was meticulously maintained, offering all the comforts of home. The location allows for easy access to everything you want and need: grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The rental has all the beach gear you need and if you forget something, they have it there for you . The front patio with the lovely dining table expanded our space when visitors came over. There is a Weber grill with everything to make a wonderful dinner, which we enjoyed on the front patio. We said this will be a place where we will come again to stay. It was a wonderful experience.

I am so glad we chose this property. It is absolutely beautiful there inside and out!! I love all the succulents around the cottage and the large outside table. My daughter and I had such a great time. We will be coming back each year. It was just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I cannot say enough nice things about Jonathan and Kimberlee. They had a parking spot waiting for us when we arrived, all kinds of fun things for the beach and bikes too!!! We had 10 wonderful days and nights at this lovely cottage and could not be more grateful for everything it provided for us! The hosts were so kind, helpful and pleasant to chat with but also respected our privacy. All the amenities that were thoughtfully added to the property truly enhanced our stay. Also, the cleanliness inside plus the immaculate garden outside were the best we have ever encountered in our many stays with VRBO! We can't wait to go back!!! Many thanks to our hosts!!!

Had a wonderful time in Newport, the home we stayed in was so comfortable and was in the perfect location! Close to the beach and also walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our host John gave us some great restaurant recommendations.. we loved the Cannery. We did not drive our vehicle the entire 3.5 days we were there. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.. Thank you John and Kimberlee!

This cottage by Kimberlee and John has won our favorite cottage stay! Sure the location is excellent with the beach close by and plenty of dinning options, however, John and Kimberlee have designed a wonderful property. We were able to meet both of them since they live on site and John was the best "concierge" ever! We look forward to returning over and over. It was such a comfortable stay. Thak you both.

John and Kimberlee are wonderful hosts! The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including beach accessories. The location is perfect for walking around everywhere from restaurants, groceries, and the beach! Very relaxing environment and highly recommend this spot!

We had a great time relaxing here with the perfect host. John was always available and very accommodating. The place was spotless and close to everything. The AC worked beautiful to keep us comfortable all week. Was a little small but there was a large table on the front patio so that compensated for the small dining area inside. Truly the cutest, cleanest, best location, adorable front porch, fully stocked little cottage you will find in Newport Beach! We can't say enough about Kimberlee and John as they were the most amazing and accommodating hosts you can ask for! John met us upon arrival which was earlier than original check-in time. They were so kind to reach out a couple days before our stay to let us know we can access the property early since our flight was arriving earlier that morning and there was no one checking out. He showed us around and gave us great recommendations of places to visit/eat/drink during our stay. Additionally, they provided us with their bikes which was a huge plus because we did not need a car while there... that's how wonderful the location was! Finally, the day we were leaving they allowed us to stay until we headed to the airport later that night. We had such a wonderful time at "A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN AT 211!!" Thank you so much Kimberlee and John for being so accommodating and for the "concierge" service... We WILL be back!! "See you tomorrow...!!" Katie and Mike :)

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Newport Beach! John and Kimberlee's cottage exceeded our expectations!! John met us for the check-in and had a parking spot saved right in front of the cottage. The location was so walkable, we didn't use our vehicle for the four days/three nights. The beach is about a block away and there are great restaurant options in all directions. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and very well maintained property. I loved sitting on the front patio under the awning and enjoying the beautiful succulent collection. Weather was perfect. Owner lives on site and is very accessible, respectful and helpful. We had an awesome stay and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. Everything was perfect.

This house is designed with comfort and function in mind. There are many details that add to a comfortable stay. John and Kimberlee are attentive hosts, even saving a street parking place for our arrival! The neighborhood was busy and interesting with grocery and restaurants nearby. A very nice stay!
