A group of us (5 couples) stayed here for the weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect for us and everyone commented how nice it was. Melissa was very patient with us, since we had to reschedule a couple times. She always made things work out. The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this lovely property. You can obviously tell the owners take pride in welcoming people to their home. They stocked the fridge with the basics, their decor was spot on, and the thoughtful welcoming basket of snacks and party hats was over the top. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to everything the area/Nashville has to offer. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone that is going to Nashville with a group and looking for a wonderful experience.

Property was a perfect venue to relax and host our thanksgiving weekend! Great location to downtown with easy access to airport and other activities.

What a cozy little bungalow! Enjoyed a fun little family reunion in a house that made us a little nostalgic for simpler times in our hometown. We have a similar neighborhood with similar styled homes that we always wondered what it was like to live in one. Now we know! Everyone loved their rooms with comfortable beds. We had to share 2 full bathrooms among the 7 of us, but never felt inconvenienced by it. The property was so well stocked with amenities that we didn’t need to use anything we brought ourselves (I.e. hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, bath wash, coffee, sugar, Splenda, ziploc bags, etc). They even stocked the fridge with a small supply of bottled water and Bubly water. Plus, they’ve allowed a few unused items from previous tenants to remain in the fridge like butter. Oh and the TOWELS smelled SO good! The neighborhood was relatively quiet. Except for the sounds of Friday night football game at the nearby high school. Their marching band practiced daily but we enjoyed it! We felt safe enough to walk to the Five Points area for dinner. The only complaints we had were the very noisy stairs to the 3 rooms upstairs and the sticky door of the full bath on main floor. When trying to pull that bathroom door open, it makes a very loud sound that can be heard throughout the house. Took a little bit of effort too. Senior citizens and/or children make find difficult to open and close it. Regardless, I’d highly recommend this property for Nashville stay.

This house is the place to stay in Nashville!!! The house exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed from kitchen tools to a huge snack bowl filled to the brim upon arrival! Check in and out was extremely easy and we loved the outdoor fire pit!! Downtown was only a quick 10 minute Uber and perfect for our trip! The house was also super clean! The neighborhood was great! We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee! 11/10 would stay again in a heart beat!

This property was everything it promised to be. It’s perfect for several young families to share for a vacation together. We highly recommend it.

Hats off to Melissa! This house was the most perfect place to celebrate my daughter's birthday! Everyone in our group just raved that it was so welcoming and cozy and accommodated all 11 of us. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores, local restaurants, and is a short uber drive to all of the Nashville sites! We had a blast and will definitely stay here again!! Melissa's welcome gift for my daughter was so thoughtful! Thank you for making it so special!

Perfect house for a group! We especially loved hanging out on the porch in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The host of the property, Melissa, was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions quickly and accommodated early check in and late check out for us.

Overall everything was great! Everything was stocked. Not far from Downtown Nashville. Everything is close by. Very spacious & great communication with host! Definitely recommend & my whole group also rated a 5/5 :)

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was amazing. A very short Uber trip to broadway and the house has everything you could need to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming back!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay during our visit. The house itself was amazing, but the property was very clean inside/outside, very accommodating, and slept the 12 of us more than comfortable. Will definitely be back here next time I’m in Nashville!

This was a trip for two families with young adult children. The house was perfect. We easily slept 10. The house was charming, clean, very well appointed, and in an excellent location. East Nashville is a great walkable neighborhood and a doable walk to the stadium. Our host was very responsive and thoughtful in preparing the home for our visit. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend!

House is amazing!! Great spaces for a large group to spend time together. Love the patio and front porch. So many added amenities from the hosts. It truly felt like home! Quiet neighborhood with fabulous restaurants, coffee, shopping close!

This was one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in. Really nice craftsman style bungalow home with plenty of room for all, and really great outdoor spaces including a wonderful front porch. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed an more. The location was great! This was our first time to Nashville and staying a little ways away from downtown Nashville was perfect and Lower Broadway was just a short Uber ride away. We even walked to downtown across the pedestrian bridge one day. The neighborhood was really great as well....within walking distance to the Five Points neighborhood which has cute shops and places to eat.

This was a Great House for our family to stay in. So close to everything. Loved hanging out on the front and back areas. Would Definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! The home has been nicely redone, in a great location. It had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy, the fenced in back yard was appreciated by our pup, the kitchen was well stocked, etc. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing to stay at. Melissa was very responsive when needed. The location was great and close enough to Broadway, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Loved the little details that were put into the home to make it feel cozy from the multiple games to the full size toiletries. The rooms were good size and the beds were so comfortable. We had 5 couples with plenty of space for everyone. Grocery Stores are close by for necessities. I would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Nashville!

We had a wonderful time staying here to celebrate my sister’s bachelorette party. The house was beautiful and stocked with all of the necessities. The neighborhood was great and we were within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as just a 10-15 minute Lyft/Uber ride into the city. I highly recommend this property if your planning on visiting Nashville.

We and my siblings' families from other states attended our son's wedding in Nashville. The 10 adults and 2 little pups were comfortable in this house with the bedrooms well spaced out on 3 levels. The two full baths were not connected to any of the bedrooms. I was surprsed at first but it worked out just fine that I had to go down the hall for a shower. The kitchen was fully stocked so we can eat in at breakfast. We were close to East Nashville grocery stores (Kroger & Publix), restaurants, the wedding venue, and Shelby Bottoms Nature Park. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We were 2 families and friends for the weekend. Loved the house and all the extras that came with it. The hosts are awesome and responds very fast to questions. Will definitely rent again!

Incredible place to create memories with best friends and your favorite bands. Location is perfect for walking distance with bars/food/etc. The property host was first class/seamless and the house is adorable. Thank you so much for making this trip special. Definitely be coming back!

Very nice large family home. We we're in Nashville to surprise my daughter for her birthday, we hosted the party at the house with family and a few friends. The house flowed well and was plenty large for all of us. It was clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. I would love to rent this house in the summer, it has a large back yard with a nice fire pit.

This house was exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive to my questions. Everything was fully stocked, the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. The beds were very comfortable. We were a party of 6 adults and had plenty of room. The "kids" loved having the lower level for themselves playing games, cards and doing puzzles. There is a beautiful fire pit that we used twice with nice outside seating. The location of the house is awesome as it is under 3 miles from Broadway and downtown. Would highly recommend staying here.

Roomier than described.Tastefully decorated with all the home needs supplied for you. If stairs are a problem the 3 upper bedrooms might not be for you. Overall we had a great experience.
