Our family and friends do a trip each year to Sunriver to enjoy all Sunriver and Bend have to offer. This is by far one of our favorite houses we have stayed out. The layout of the house worked great for our group and provided privacy. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the ability to have everyone in one room when eating or just relaxing. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.
Thank you again for such a wonderful and welcoming place to stay.

A group of outdoors types spen 2 days snowshoeing, including a trip to Tumalo Falls east of Bend. Our "base camp" at Sunriver was an excellent retreat to recoup from the day's fun.

I can’t find any shortcomings but a hot tub would be a nice addition down the road.

The property is exactly as it is described here on vrbo. The kitchen/family room is larger and more spacious than anticipated. The home is extremely clean, beds were SO comfortable! I slept 9.5-10 hrs 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Very unusual for me!
Oh, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Spices, pots & pans, etc. It made cooking really easy!
Location was great! Quiet neighborhood and close to the SHARC center and village.
The host is very accommodating, communicative and professional. We have family up here, so when we come up again, we will book here again.

Home was vary well stocked and met all our needs. We really appreciated the kids books and toys for our toddler. We used the bikes and trailer to get around Sunriver. The dishwasher unexpectedly broke during our stay and the owners came out the next day to replace the whole thing! Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Highly recommend!

It was great trip overall. The house is in excellent condition. Everything worked well. It was clean and just felt like home. I wish I had played better golf.

Absolutely loved this place. The kitchen was the best we’ve been to. It had everything we needed, the quality of things are excellent. This was the first kid friendly place we were comfortable letting the kids play with the toys. The paths are not crowded in this part of Sunriver. It’s a 2.7 mile bike ride to SHARC. The kids had no problem doing it. The house is clean, well maintained, had everything we needed, and exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have to interact with the property manager because all information was provided up front and was very clear.

We had a wonderful time for our first annual Girls Weekend! Lovely home in the "woods" with lots of nice windows and comfortable beds and living/dining areas. Very nice. Would come here again.

Great property, nice and quiet and great for a family. The bikes and toddler trailer were awesome to not have to rent. Everything was thoughtfully furnished and clean. We had a great time with two teens and a toddler and everyone loved it! The included passes to the sharc facility were wonderful and we used them daily.
We only wish that we could have brought our dogs, but we get it. We will be back again.

This property was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for our family. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive when we had a minor question. Would definitely stay again.

House was great. It was clean, quiet and full of amenities. I would highly recommend.
We had three couples and each had their own rooms which were clean and comfortable. We had our own bikes so didn't use the ones there but, if need be, there were bikes and helmets there. We only did small meals there - breakfast, snacks and such - but the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you needed. We would definitely go back there again.

Yes, some if the decor is dated, but it is exaclty as the pictures show in the listing so certainly not a problem. Eric was easy to get ahold of and the house served our party well. The floorplan was excellent as we could send all of the kids downstairs when they needed to be out of the way. The extra half bath was excellent as we had 3 teenagers with us. We will return again. An excellent experience all around.

We stayed 3 nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the night chair seat and the children’s bicycle trailer, including 6 bikes available to us. The 6 pages of home instructions were super helpful. The view of the trees out the windows was beautiful and contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom bed, upstairs was soooo comfortable amd the bedding cozy!!! Loved it!

Great location at the north end. Very Quiet. Overall clean and well equipped. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.

Lots of great things, beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything bikes very nice but on some you cant shift gears, needs one more seat to watch tv there are really only 5 now. Would certainly stay there again and feel very comfortable recommending it to a friend.

No Complaints
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It had a ton of space for 3 adults and would easily fit a family of 4+ (although 6 is the Max). The bikes were a joy and they had plenty to choose from. The neighborhood can feel like a maze, but it had very nice paved bike lanes and plenty to see. Check out is promptly at 11am (unless discussed beforehand), the cleaning crew arrived about 10:40am, so we were a bit surprised. 🤭 Eric was quickly responsive for any of our questions and overall, I'd love to come back again.
