Loved the location and privacy of pool.

We needed to get away for our thanksgiving but wanted to do it safely during covid! This was the perfect getaway!! The house is beautifully located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s one of the best equipped homes we have ever stayed at!!! There is nothing missing in the kitchen that you could ever ask for or need to cook a meal, the garage is stacked with pool toys and equipment needed for the beach which is a short 5 minute walk away. We ended up spending most of our time in the covered and enclosed backyard, swimming in the sparkling pool. All the bedrooms are spacious; very large living room and comfortable beds! Another plus for this home; communication with the rental agency was flawless! If there was a question; we got an email back within minutes! We definitely look forward to coming back!!!

Let me say it was PERFECT in every way !!! the property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We loved loved the pool and the grounds were well maintained. The biggest attraction is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!! Literally only a short block 1/2 away from public beach access to South Beach !!! We were close to shopping and restaurants and especially loved the close proximity of Marco Walk with restaurants, a movie theater and was very easy to work with Marco Island Vacation Rentals and our stay was flawless !!! WE WILL BE BACK !!!

First of all the check in process was very easy!! It is a beautiful home that has everything you need to cook bake and have beach and pool fun! We needed nothing more! Location is the best. Easy access walking to the beach! Near everything. I recommend going to Walmart for groceries. My family enjoyed our time in this cozy home. Furniture and amenities are great. Very thoughtful owners had extra toiletries in a closet if needed. My favorite were the pillows in the master bedroom!! The most comfortable pillows ever. First time in years that I didn’t wake up with neck aches. I took a picture of them because I want to buy them for my house! Thank you for being pet friendly! My lab Leona loved her time with us on vacation.

A big thank you to all (the home owner, Andrew and the MIVP team, Marco Island vendor, product and service providers etc. - the best we've encountered in all our travels). Our vacation was perfect again, we highly recommend, and we will be back!

This house is so cute and clean!! So close to the beach. They have everything you will need. Bikes, rafts, games, etc. We hope to make this a new Thanksgiving tradition and stay here next year.

This home was more than I could have asked for. Super clean and had everything we needed. The dock was my favorite. We fished, tanned and even saw dolphins and manatees on different occasions. Beach is walking distance if you are an active person (not possible for my grandma) but it is very close. Def coming back!!!!

Cleaning not done on arrival... Good communication with the agency. House near the beach and well equipped but furniture in poor condition. Presence of ants in the kitchen, rather unpleasant

The house was a short walk to the beach (about 2 blocks). It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were lovely (especially the hot tub, the weather was actually on the cool side while we were there). We hope to return sometime soon.

What a perfect set-up - the owners have truly thought of everything. Pool toys, a beach wagon for the kids (which we would've rented otherwise!), right down to packaged toiletries in case you forget. We spent a week with our two young children and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Location is ideal around the block from the beach entrance -- and what a beach it is. Only snag is no walkable spot to pick up a quick bottle of wine... but that's what the bikes are for! Really, really beautiful home, and their management company Marco Island Vacation Properties is wonderful to work with too. Definitely don't hesitate to stay here and enjoy your week in the sun!
