Great place just as in the past. Glenn was easy to work with and there if anything was needed. Great time!

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We stayed in Feb. when COVID hit and had to leave early when everything was shutting down. The description of the house is accurate and very comfortable. We are two couples renting the house and the split floor plan provides great privacy for each couple with a great kitchen and living space to be together when we choose. We are kayakers so having the canal to put our kayaks in was great. We had several communications with the owner, Glenn. He was great in all the contacts. We enjoyed the house and area so much that we already have reserved the house for next year and are hoping to make this our go to place each winter.

This is the second time my 2 brothers and 2 nephews have gathered at Glenn’s place in Punta Gorda (ages 75-30). The old folks like to fish/boat and the young guys like to dance. This area offers both. We thoroughly enjoy our stay here and Glenn has been a fantastic host. I can’t give enough praise and the neighbors are very friendly. We come from Connecticut, Kansas,Utah and Florida. So we are very happy to spend time together. Finally a shout out: the Alexa was a great hit! Thanks for the wonderful times.

My husband and I started renting in The Isles 5 years ago. We love it there. The host of this house is super. If you have a question he responds quickly. The pool and lanai were wonderful. Sunsets every night. The house is very roomy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Will definitely try to book this property again.

This house has everything! The location is wonderful, the neighbors and neighborhood is great, and the house is perfect. Great lanai with a pool and a view of the canal and sunsets. I will definitely book again if it is available.

I am so happy I chose this VRBO property. This home was a home away from home. Included amenities, location, friendly neighbors..and easy communication with the host, Glenn, made this vacation a superior vacation. Thank you Glenn. I will definitely seek availability on all my return vacations.

My family and I stayed at this house for a birthday celebration. It’s just as pictured. The house is super clean. The pool is awesome! There are bikes, kayaks, and fishing poles in the garage to use! The location is close to everything. The owner is super helpful and excellent in communicating prior to and during the stay. We’ll stay there again when we are back in Punta Gorda.

Our family got together from several states, Utah, Kansas, Connecticut and Florida. We were mostly over 60 years old with 2 in their early 30s. Punta Gorda has nightlife for those who are young at heart and love music/dancing. However, be prepared for early evenings. We fully enjoyed the bands at the Tiki bar and highly recommend for all ages. The kitchen and lanai were very roomy for 6 adults and several people in the kitchen. The pool was sooo warm and the dock easily accommodated my brother’s 27‘ boat. We had an awesome time and have many fond memories. We ate out at some fabulous waterfront restaurants and many lovely at home waterfront dining. Glenn, the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Truly a memorable experience.

We cannot say enough good about this property. The communication was always quick and helpful. The house was very clean (& we are very picky), pool/lanai area was beautiful, and neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Can't wait to stay here again!!

Glenn's rental was above and beyond what was expected. Everything was clean & well maintained; we had a defective light switch I notified Glenn about and he had it replaced within 2 hours. For those of you that are concerned about pool heat throughout March don't be. The solar system is more than adequate. Bev & I highly recommend this rental.

It was a wonderful vacation and experience from start to finish. .

Everything was great on our stay! Property very well kept. Clean! Our family loved the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of cooking utensils, more than enough pool toys. Close to good restaurants if you want to go out.

We had one of the most peaceful vacations ever. All we needed was at the house. It was even bigger and prettier than the pictures. Close to the airport and centrally located between several great beaches. Glenn was a fantastic host and answered all of our questions quickly. Not a lot of attractions for distractions but enough to have an enjoyable time.

Everything was perfect from the communication with the property owner, the location and cleanliness of the home, to the amenities and overall comfort in the home. The home itself is updated, has an open floor plan, and offers plenty of room and privacy. The large master suite with private en suite was well worth renting this home alone. The king size bed was beyond comfortable and we loved waking up to a view of the pool and canal. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers ample room to entertain and cook, and the property owners allow use of many items in the garage from bikes, and kayaks, to beach chairs and coolers. The pool table was also a big hit with the kids. The sunset view from the lanai surely did not disappoint. We loved this property so much that we are already planning our next visit.
