Molokai B5 is a wonderful place both in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Access to the beach is a short walk. Kim is a wonderful host, and checked in with us just prior to our arrival and once during our stay just to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and linens are new. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for meal preparation. Looking forward to another stay!

This was our 3rd or 4th year in the unit (we also stayed in Unit 6 one year). We love the location, distance from the beach and the pool being an option. We love the unit which fits us perfectly. We are family of 5 (2 Adults 3 Kids). The weather nor
the ocean can be controlled so minus that (can't be controlled by owner) this is our absolute favorite place. This unit has always been clean and as described. The owners are great to work with making booking super easy and our stay stress free. We have stayed in Panama and Sea Crest nothing has compared.

I was so impressed with this spacious unit and how close we were to a quiet beach. I have stayed on this beach many times but having your own house was beyond our expectations!! I will definitely be staying here again and extending our stay!

This place is awesome if you love to hit the beach everyday - no waiting for elevators, a nice place to shower and rinse off your beach things, and not a lot of people lined up all down the beach. Great amenities in the home; comfy, cool & updated . Will def be back!

We had a lovely time! The house was super clean and had cozy beachy decor. The beach was only a few steps from the place, and we had use of their beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge too. Our teen boy loved staying in the loft as well. The owner was easy to reach and very friendly as well. I highly recommend this house. It was a great experience.

We have stayed here multiple times and it does not disappoint! Kim is so easy to work with and the villa is so well cared for and extremely clean. We love coming back here for the location and feeling of being at home. We had some of the most beautiful weather and saw amazing sunrises/sunsets and dolphins everyday. You have everything here you need for the beach and location is great to go into Orange Beach/Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We love how the beach is not crowded too. We will be back again!

Molokai Villas is our go to, to beat crowded beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and clean villas. The owners take pride in their property and you can definitely tell the moment you walk into the doors. We don’t will be back !

Renting is a breeze. The owner is just a text or phone call away. The rental is as advertised. It is clean and ready to be enjoyed. We didnt have the best weather but we stayed and enjoyed local eats, the pool and as much of the beaxh as weather allowed. I would recommend for family.

Peaceful retreat
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is very clean and well-kept, and it has all you need when you want to stay in and cook a nice dinner instead of fighting the crowds at the local restaurants. The property is within a 10 minute drive to some of the main restaurants and bars in the area, but is far enough away from the crowds to enjoy the beach without worrying about getting your beach spot crowded out.
What's even better is that the beach is a short walk away--though you cannot walk directly from the house onto the beach because of the presence of protected dunes, the boardwalk is about 50 feet away if that. This makes it very easy when you have to drag all your kids' stuff or your fishing equipment down to the beach!

Spring 2022 getaway
Loved the keyless entry. Upon walking in, right away could tell the house is well cared for and the upkeep of house is great! I was impressed with the quality of the furniture. The couch was comfortable, the bed was too and we didn't want for anything when it came to appliances. She had everything covered. Thank you for an enjoyable stay 🏖

Relaxing Fall Break
We had a wonderful stay at the villa over fall break. The home was clean, comfortable and well furnished, with plenty of room for our family of four. The proximity to the beach is the seller- just a minute and you’re there. We definitely plan to visit again! Thanks, Kim, for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful place
This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. At times we had the beach to ourselves. The property was spotless. The best part of the property, isn’t pictured in the description. The storage area underneath was absolutely perfect for young children. We could just roll everything up from the beach and park it there for the next day. It made it extremely easy for a family with young kids and lots of “beach essentials” to ease the packing process. I hope to visit the property again in the future.

The location is amazing. Almost like having beach to yourself. Great view even though it's not directly beach front its a short walk on board walk to beach. Even better touch was water stickers in multiple locations coming back from beach.

This is our 3rd stay at this villa so it’s safe to say that we LOVE this place! It’s beautiful (love the new floors), well stocked, very clean, amazing location and perfect for families or just a getaway with your spouse. Perdido Key is well located to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and Pensacola. We will definitely be back! Kim is so easy to work with too which makes it even more of a pleasure to stay here!

Perfect Getaway
This was our family of four’s first time to the area. The location was perfect. The beach was right there and not crowded at all and it was like having your own private beach. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. My son especially loved the loft area where he could hang out. Communication with the owner was easy and she answered all of our questions promptly. I could not have picked a better place to spend our week in Perdido Key. 100% recommend and we plan on coming back in the future.

Great Place with Great Access

Much Needed Get Away
After months of not traveling, my husband and I decided a short trip was necessary, we weren't comfortable staying in a hotel and decided to rent a home. The communication with the owner was seamless and the house was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was clean and new, the location could not have been better, steps from the beach. Because of the location, the beach was not crowded at all and we enjoyed everyday on the beach. For anyone considering this property, I highly recommend this property.

Great villa near the beach
The house was extremely clean, well furnished, and appeared to be recently remodeled. The property was very kid friendly and even for the small ones. Deck even has a gate at the top of the stairs to hem up our 10 month old. This property exceeded all our expectations. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Quiet beach bungalow
This is a great little getaway bungalow on a private beach. The house itself is one of 7 units on the beach, this is one of the 3 that face diagonally so it doesn’t face straight out to the ocean. But the empty lot next door allows for open views of the ocean. The pool is across the main road on the bay side, so not super easy to get to. We prefer the beach, and this is one of our favorite beaches anywhere. Just the right amount of surf for the kids to play safely. The house sits just a few steps from the boardwalk to the sand. This is our second stay at a Molokai Villa and we will do it again.

Would Have Been Perfect if not for Hurricane Sally!
The property was absolutely spotlessly clean, and so well appointed. Everything we needed was right there, including beach towels and beach chairs. The location in such close proximity to the beach was perfect! We couldn't have been happier, except that within 42 hours, we were headed home due to Hurricane Sally bearing down on us. Kim was so pleasant to work with and genuinely sad for us that we had to cut our vacation short. We will be back next year, and hopefully every year, from now on!

Great Villa
We rented this villa along with another villa next door to accommodate family. This villa was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable week at the beach. The beach can be seen from the balcony and is within about 100 ft from the villa. Truly a nice getaway. I highly recommend it.
