This house was perfect for a friends weekend to breck! Centrally located, spacious, and great communication from the rental management company. Already looking to book next year!

This rental was an amazing experience. The home was comfortable and cozy. The amenities provided for the children were great as well! All in all no major issues during our stay!

We found a handwarmer in between the sheets and bird seed strewn about in two beds and one random bathroom corner. The location is fantastic and is close to the ski slopes, if that is what you are looking for. I do feel that the price is quite steep, in my conservative estimate, especially depending on the time of year that you plan to visit.

Lots of sleeping options, plenty of space for a large group, hot tub with amazing views, and a 5 minute drive to Main Street. Also the management company was very responsive to our texts and super friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.

This was the perfect destination for my friends, partner and I, many of which had never been to Breckenridge. The house had all of the amenities we needed and there was a room for every person in our party. We ran into an issue with the hot tub not functioning, I reached out to the property management and they were super responsive, getting a technician out the next day to fix it. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway.

The location was perfect for our celebration of a 60th birthday. The place was very well stocked! So quiet at night. Everyone had their own private space. I wish they had outdoor seating given how perfect the weather was. The stairs were a killer for the flatlanders until day 3. Quick access to all you need. Great hiking near by. Very comfortable for 7 people.

We cooked in the kitchen several times and were pleased with the large selection of kitchenware! This home was super clean and cozy. There is a hot tub that which we didn't use. It snowed the whole week we were there. Such a bonus to have a snow plow clear the driveway as well as the sidewalks each day.

Even after fixing the leak, soaked carpet, etc. created mold.SMR provided alternate accommodations for couple and their two children who were staying on that level to resolve situation. There is no longer a futon in the basement, it’s now a pullout couch which was a surprisingly nice upgrade. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing to help recover. The house was stocked with plenty of detergents, TP, paper towels, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here or one of their properties.

The house was perfect we had teenager in the basement self contained and plenty of room to live and sleep in the upper two floors. The location is fantastic and the mountain is very close a seven minute drive. The house is spotless and stocked with most dishes and pots you would need. Check in and check out process was incredibly easy
