We enjoyed our time.

The views where amazing however the whole unit was dirty. Sand all over the floors, kitchen not clean went to get a mixing bowl and it had left over dried pancake batter all in it. The place needs a deep cleaning for sure. I did contact management and she did refund my cleaning fee so that was nice of her to do.

Loved the layout of the condo. Worked out great sharing with another family. Enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect , the space is perfect & the Watercrest staff is perfect. Will Book Agian!

We had a great stay! Property management was awesome! Location was excellent! Two master suites was perfect for our family.

It is a nice place to stay. There isn’t much right there at ins it but everything is within 20 minutes that we were interested in. We like being on the outskirts instead of in the middle of everything. We had myself, my husband, a 19, 18, 13 and 1 year old staying. There was more than enough room for all of us to function easily. There were plenty of supplies for us during our 4 day stay. There where a few things that need to be worked on in the unit but it did not affect our stay! I feel that these should be known on here ahead of time as there are some people a lot more picky than us about this stuff. The mirror wall is taped up where it looks like it may have broken, but it’s up high so it was not a concern for our 1 year old. The sliding screen door is off the track on the balcony (we reported this the first day, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay) again not a big deal as it stayed propped up behind the table and chairs on the balcony. We arrived around 3:45 a.m. - one of the toilet seats was not clean, but I cleaned it myself since it was so early and I needed to use it. I have no doubts they would have taken care of it later if it was reported. The door looks like it may have been kicked in at some point based on the framework missing a section that looks like the deadbolt had broke through it. The tub faucet near the bunk bed room dripped constantly. Again, none of this bothered us or affected our vacation fun in any way! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful property & we all loved it. I loved the way the bedrooms & bathrooms were separate. It was a grate vacation for all.

Access to the beach and pool was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the a third card had to be parked on a public parking because only two cars were allowed on the property parking.

It was a very easy process in renting this property. I highly recommend to other guests. We will definitely book again

We stayed at 607 condoat Watercrest. The condo was great everything you needed. Steps to the beach and always a elevator hardly ever a wait. Tha family had a ball will be back. Close to St. ANDREWS park loved the park.

Well the condo is more outdated then the pictures show. Definitely need to do some upgrades. Managements response to issues was addressed almost immediately. We left early because of the concern with the COVID-19. We are all elderly plus my husband has COPD. Management did not offer any refund. So glad we left when we did because Florida got a lot worse after we left. We had issues with a water main being fixed and we were told to boil water. Management never offer to give residents bottled water. Hannah was very easy and very pleasant to work with however.

Loved the place. Very clean, everybody was nice. The only con i have is the rails on the balcony were a little too far apart. It would have been helpful to have something around it especially when you have babies. Thank you

Great place to stay

Everything was good. I loved how comfortable the bed was. The bedroom, in which I slept in, was the one to the right if you were to walk into the condo. I love how big the back patio was. Of course I stepped out often to catch the waves and the sunsets. The pool was very big. I loved that too. The elevator was fast, I love that! The condo came with a blow dryer so I didn’t have to bring mine. I like the open kitchen. It even came with some board games! Overall, this place was a great stay! I enjoyed my time there.

Beautiful view! Beautiful room! Comfy bed.. Great location.. Easy access to beach and elevator.. The only negative thing I can say about this place is out of all the things in the kitchen there are no cereal bowls!!

We had a great time. The condo was clean and in good condition. It had everything we needed (cookware, dish sets, big fridge, etc.). The balcony has a great view and is nice and wide. One comment for potential renters - the beds are very high. This is not a complaint at all, just an FYI. It was just a little difficult for some short elderly ones that were in our group. :-) We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful place for our family vacation!

This was a very clean and well run place. The views were incredible and the condo was very nice. The staff was respectful and worked very hard at keeping everything in top order. This was my first experience in staying at The Watercrest and I must say that it was absolutely fabulous. I would recommend this resort to my family and friends. We are also hoping to come back next year to vacation again if there is a condo available. I could not have asked for anything more.

Loved the area just wish it had one bathroom handicap accessible.

Everything was fine, condo just needed some updates, bed post were broken, drop ceiling in kitchen and all three bathrooms, kitchen pans and dishes. Wife had to vacuum floors as soon as we arrived, sand everywhere plus sliding door were dirty. Plenty of room for all six people. Would recommend and hope to return again.

We had an awesome time. We had 4 boys and 4 adults. We were there the week of July 4. The fireworks were awesome. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean in the morning and fireworks at night. Kids all swam in the great pool and snorkeed in the ocean. Found critters and sand dollars. Had plenty of room to cook and relax. Great time was had by all. Thanks. Kim

My family and I had a wonderful time at PCB staying in your condominium. The condominium, is lovely.

This unit was the perfect size for our family. The balcony access from the two masters and the living room was one of my favorite parts of the condo. It was also equipped with 6 chairs, which made it nice. Plenty of bath towels were provided as well. The bedrooms were a good size. There weren't many hangers in the closets, so I'm glad I brought my own. Someone did deliver a Keurig while we were there, but the coffee cups are very small, so you may want to bring a coffee mug. We were very pleased with this unit and enjoyed our stay.

Came for a relaxing long weekend, and this unit definitely delivered! The two beach front master suites with their own private bathrooms were perfect for us, both couples were more than comfortable! Kids had their own bedroom and bathroom, that was wonderful. The beds sleep like a dream, sheets were actually very nice, the furniture was beautiful (real wood, not cheap), the kitchen had more than enough for us to cook our meals, large balcony area so we could all enjoy the awesome view, and the room was very clean. Checking in was easy, we just went straight to the room, after driving hours with the kids, this was great! Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to staying again!
