Completely disappointed. Carpets were filthy throughout. Toilet seat in the hall bathroom broken in half. Television never worked. Master shower did not drain water well. Jetted tub missing waterproof cover for the on/ off switch = safety hazard. Walls are scuffed and dinged. Pots had loose handles. Kitchenware all mismatched and not all clean. Mugs stained and cracked. Some of these things listed in a January 2023 review are still present. Property mgmt was contacted immediately the first day. Mgmt wanted to do their 6-mon scheduled safety maint check while we were in the rental! Would never stay at this property again.

The house was nice and clean. It was a little warm when we arrived because of no AC, once we turned the portable one on it did cool off the main area nicely but the rooms were still pretty warm. The parking is very limited and the upstairs neighbor in #14 was rather rude to my guys and told them they don't live here so leave, great other than that.

We loved how close we were to Sun Valley resort. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean.

Beautiful condo in a quiet complex. Proximity to town and skiing with great walkability. Loved our four days!

A very comfortable property that is well located on the last bus stop before the gondola for Bald Mountain. The property has everything you need including 4 single beds and a large double bed - perfect for our family of 6! There is a washing machine and dryer, two bathrooms and an entry foyer with lots of hooks and shelves for outdoor clothing and shoes. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because my initial email (upon booking) was never answered by the management company, Vacasa; additionally, the kitchen utensils are very well worn eg there were 6 frypans that are not usable as they are so scratched that it would be dangerous to use them. Finally, I had to contact Vacasa as we did not have a dishcloth or detergent and the coffee machine was left with a used filter and wet coffee grounds from the previous guests. As others have mentioned, the walls are scuffed and could do with a repaint in some places and the carpet is stained, however, the condo is very comfortable and well located.

Everything we needed and nothing more. Covered parking was amazing when it snows 3 feet in 3 days!

Would not stay here again

Rented property in March for July visit and dishwasher was not working with out of order sign. Unit extremely hot and took few hours with air conditioning unit to cool down.
