The property manager was very nice and helpful. It’s about 30 minutes to the airport and downtown. There are a few places to eat that are closer, about 5 minutes. It’s secluded and peaceful.

Simply put, it was the best trip we've ever been on. Cora and Johnny are fantastic, the weather was perfect, the house is beautiful with little live geckos all over in the house, the food is amazing, and every activity we did was top notch. The only issue we had was bugs, but that's living on a tropical island. Go fishing/snorkling/ziplining and all that with Johnny's tours, and you will have a great time. They have the best guides you could ask for. Make sure you get Johnny to make some guacamole (it's literally the best I've eaten) for when he bbqs your fishing catch, and when you order meals, order extra. You'll eat it all. Thank you for an amazing vacation from all 13 of us!

Everthing was amazing, we couldn't make this trip go any smother if it wasnt for Cora. We will be back for sure. If you are looking to snorkel or fish Johnnyboytours is the best! We loved the hospitality and friendly locals

The house was a great space for our family of 14. We could not use the beach due to the seaweed issues but the pool got lots of use. Had to ask for sheets and blanket for the pull out couch but they were quickly brought.

Cora was great. the property was great. If you are looking for things to do while there just ask Cora and she will set it all up!!!

Our group of 12 adult friends spent an INCREDIBLE week at Mandevilla! We could not have had a more relaxing, adventurous, rejuvenating trip. Cora was sure that every detail was taken care of and was always responsive within minutes to any of our questions or requests. The day we spent on the boat with Johnny was one we will never forget! Jorge was there everyday and made sure the pool area and the beach were spectacular. I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed every aspect of this property. Do it!! You won’t regret it!

Our adult group of friends and family stayed at Villa Mandevilla & Hollow Tree Casita 2/10/23-2/19/23 for my husband's 50th birthday bash! Patrick, Cora & Johnny were a pleasure to work with leading up to our arrival and departure. The Villa is super spacious, with an inviting layout, most rooms are a King suite with ensuite bathrooms was a perfect fit for our group. Due to size of our group, we also booked the Hollow Tree Casita container house to host a few more guests. This little gem is deceiving in ammenities! I almost did not book this villa thinking the pool was too small for our group of 13 but it was absolute PERFECTION! Villa Mandevilla's groundskeeper and care taker Jorge is a machine! This man does not stop all day working the lagoon and is there in minutes if you need anything. I cannot recommend this highly enough! We will be back!

I honestly can not say enough about the property. WOW is all I can say. Absolutely beautiful and amazing. What really made our stay even more amazing was Cora. She arranged everything for us. She and her husband Johnny were fantastic to work with. I actually miss them already. I highly recommend doing excursions with Johnny. We had the best time on the two we did. It was a trip of a lifetime.

We had a large group here for a 60th birthday celebration. We enjoyed being away from the city and driving golf carts wherever we wanted to go. All of the hosts, property manager, and chef were helpful and wonderful to us all. They gave great recommendations for things to do. We booked a couple of excursions with them. We highly recommend. Our excursions were a blast! We put in a request in with the chef for homemade banana bread and a German Chocolate Cake (the birthday girl's favorite) and every morsel was eaten. The house was great. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. House had everything we needed. They will even stock you up with groceries and cook meals and deliver to the house. Cora and Johnny made everything so easy. Booked our excursions, took the guys fishing. Only negative side was the construction work being done while we were at the house. But overall loved it.

The house, pool and beach are beyond expectations! Gorgeous and spacious house with room for mom, dad and 6 adult children/significant others to all have their own space and still celebrate together. This home is beautiful as is the property. It is away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro (3.5 miles) and near awesome beach restaurants /bars. Cora, Johnny, and Jorge were beyond helpful. A call to Cora resulted in problem solved. Johnny’s guided tour of the Great Barrier Reef was unforgettable! He videoed our journey for us. Then he took the men on two days of amazing fishing trips. The men cooked their catch for the whole family. We were able to experience the island (secret beach and San Pedro, neighboring caye caulker) and relax in the evening in the awesome pool, karaoke, dancing, and comfortable chairs. The sights from the rooftop were amazing! Relaxing in the hammock in the palapa was a favorite. Several went kayaking with the kayaks provided by this villa. Our vacation could not have been better. That’s saying a lot for a family of 17 under one roof. We all loved Cora, Johnny, and Jorge. Thank you so much for providing us a vacation of a lifetime.

We loved the house, but it did miss a few things. Needs some freshening up. A little low on hot water, tiny bar soaps and one toilet roll provided in each bathroom. The beach is very small and not really swimmable. We had a ball though and LOVE the island.

Cora and the crew were great. Excursions unforgettable, memories forever and mosquitos are from hell. This was far different from a resort stay. You are far from town & next to nature. Make sure you get supplies or have Cora get them for you. Be mindful of the bull sharks in the back yard and the huge alligators right next to the house. It’s a awesome stay in a wild place. Unbelievable. It was a shock at first, but then turned into a trip of a lifetime. Thank u again to Cora & the crew, all our love

The house is beautiful; very nice appointments. The bedrooms are huge. The fresh water pool was a needed break from the weather. We loved Cora, Johnny, and Jorge. They helped us with all our vacation excursions and maintenance (minimal) needs. The beach isn't as extensive anymore, because of the dredging next door, but it still has great ocean access and we loved the hammocks, kayaks, and the palapa. The property has an excellent roof top area. Excellent breeze and views from up there. Maybe put some chairs up there? Only drawback is the upstairs open area. VERY HOT. Nobody wanted to be in that area. Sad, because it has a pool table and sitting area and a bar. Needs the TV also. We hope an AC unit will be put in there before our next visit. Also, Patrick was very prompt in returning our deposit.

My family and I visited Plancion De Suenos for my birthday and felt relaxed from the moment we stepped off the plane onto the island. The golf carts were ready to go and we had help bringing the luggage to the house. When we arrived the house was so clean and set up for a large group to relax. We had 11 people and could have had a few more. One of the greatest things about the house is that everyone can gather together for dinner, games and fun, but there are enough places to step away from the action to read a book or take a nap under the palapa on the beach. Each day we would start with coffee and were able to cook anything we wanted in the well-appointed kitchen as well as quickly get on the golf carts and go to town or have the boat take us anywhere we wanted. I highly recommend Secret Beach or a day trip to Caye Caulker. Some of our group were even able to get scuba certified and go spearfishing! Just ask for help from the team there to make sure you have what you need. I can't wait to go back and spend more time on the next trip!

This place is so cool on the interior and exterior. The location is perfect, we went to another island and there is a dock at the house so you don't have to go into town to get boat. The house is so well appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms are huge.

We were a group of 6 couples staying at the villa for the first week of September. All of us were traveling with our young children and were concerned with taking them out of the country for the first time, but Johnny and Edgar met us at the Ferry and from that point on we never worried about anything. Johnny and Edgar even had two pack and plays set up for the youngest to sleep in when we arrived. The golf cart ride was an adventure in itself in a fun way! We asked for the cook our first meal at the house (Belizean chicken and rice) and it was amazing and after a long day of travel it was nice to not have to go anywhere to get food. The villa was beautiful, had plenty of room, and the furniture in every room was unique and the house was a perfect location for our group. We loved hanging out by the pool and relaxing on the private beach. There are no neighbors to be seen, and we felt like this was our own private island when we were at the house. Johnny and Edgar were always helpful when we needed anything and never intrusive! Edgar, aka Champ, would rake the sand in the mornings and attend to the pool if it needed it (and helped with any other requests). One day he came by and cut fresh coconuts for us. He also assisted on our private tour to Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley...a MUST DO! The owners, were great to work with and very informative for the entire process. The trek to town on the golf carts was always fun and only took about 15-20 minutes. The Lone Star Grill and Cantina and the Black Orchid were only 5 minutes and both had a fun atmosphere and good food and drinks. We always stay in villas when we travel with a group for the privacy and this did not disappoint. The house also had free wifi which was very fast and convenient for checking email and facetime with folks back home.
