Great home host are always a pleasure to deal with and like always house was clean and well kept

Unfortunately, we had a very bitter start of our trip at this house. We were three families traveling there on Thanksgiving day. What made this a bad start is that Angela failed to communicate the fact that address on the property listing is not accurate and it’s just a ‘nearby’ park address. Since we were around the area an hour before check in, we simply wanted to drive by to locate the house, while waiting for check in instructions. Not knowing the listing doesn’t have correct address we were driving around lost, wondering where the house is. No check in details or code information was shared with us until 3pm on check in day. We understood after the fact this is done for security purposes, which is fine, but it was not communicated to us at all. That is a very important detail and should be communicated at time of booking. For a moment we thought we got scammed with this booking. In communicating this frustration to Angela, not only did I not get any understanding from her side for not communicating accurately and timely, but she went on to accuse us for trying to go to the house before allowed check in and how that is the reason why she doesn’t share information before check in. Not the right way to talk to guests and affect their experience in a negative way. I have rented homes before and check in info was never withheld from us like this. Totally Unfortunate that I am having to write this on a review, because it doesn’t seem like previous reviewers had the same experience. Otherwise, the property is fine, pool was nice, the house is average and a bit tight space indoors for 12 people, but very doable for a group planning to spend most time outdoors. It has everything you need for comfortable stay! Just wish the owner/property mgr was a bit pleasant to communicate to.

Great area and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

The property is exactly as described. It is clean and comfortable. You will need a car to get to the beach and everything you need is a short drive. It is a quiet comfortable and relaxing neighborhood. The pool was warm and everything else was exactly as described. It is great for families!! We had an amazing experience and will be returning!

The house was awesome and pool is immaculate I was there just for a short weekend since I was in town for a wedding but the house is close to stores, restaurants, the beach pretty much everything you need.
