This property was fantastic. It had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. The location was great and the property was very clean. I LOVE that they don't use heavy/harsh chemicals to clean nor do they use air fresheners to mask odors (there weren't any) just making a point that one of my friends has asthma and we usually have to air out the place before she an even come in because most will use those smelly plug-in air fresheners. I will definitely stay that this property again if ever in Tybee.

Even though the weather was cold- we loved our stay and can't wait to do it again!!!

Me and my husband took our mom's on vacation along with our 14 yard sold.
The space is so open and the balcony brings in a nice breeze whether inside the living room, master bedroom or sitting outside.
We spent most time at the beach which was a short walk.
The pool area is spacious with plenty of seating and lounge chairs.
Our son skateboards so we found a skate park about 20 minutes away. He enjoyed it.
We went grocery shopping at Kroger. It was 15 minutes from the room.
The kitchen is fully stocked.
I would highly recommend and we plan on on going back one day.

Enjoyed seeing the island
We had very good communication with the renters. We had a leak and they we there within the hour to fix the sink. Loved having a restaurant by the pool for drinks and snacks. Overall it was a nice stay.

This condo is in a great location. It’s mid-beach, so you can walk almost anywhere. Very close to the lighthouse, Ft. Pulaski and Savannah. Some street noise on the deck, but not bad. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with items you may need as well.

Home Away From Home
The property was great. I wish the beach itself was cleaner and had more amenities, but the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was exactly as described. We will definitely be back for another visit.

The property was nice but it was supposed to have a heated pool. The pool was closed for the season for repairs. This was a main reason we rented the unit and it was not disclosed in the advertising.

We loved the spaciousness of this condo. Having 2 king sized beds was so nice. The kitchen was nice and spacious and very well stocked with everything we needed. Nice view of the beach and nice covered parking. We will be back!

It was a very cold and rainy weekend in Tybee Island and Savannah. We spent most of Saturday in the condo. It was very comfortable and nice place to relax. Everything looked really clean and well stocked with towels and sheets.
Would definitely recommend other stay there. 5 minute walk to beach but short driving distance to restaurants and shops.

It was a very cold and rainy weekend in Tybee Island and Savannah. We spent most of Saturday in the condo. It was very comfortable and nice place to relax. Everything looked really clean and well stocked with towels and sheets.

Family Getaway for 5, aged 18, 22 x2 my husband & I. We drove from17 hrs from Chicago only to arrive before 4. Property wasn’t ready, we stood outside door waiting for Cleaning lady to finish. There is only so much time you can kill when you’ve driven all night! With that The condo cleanliness was mediocre. The condo is exactly as it is posted and easy access to pool and beach. I can still smell Mold smell that bothered me every night and I only then looked up reviews that I hadn’t read for 6 months seeing that someone else complained about this 1-2 months ago. other than that, it’s a beautiful home, nicely equipped, Happy Location.
The price was a bit more at bottom line than I anticipated with what was advertised when I rented. It was a great time, made many memories. Which makes it all with it in the end.

The rug in the master bedroom was soaking wet from the rain our entire stay. It smelled awful and like mold! A few family members got sick from the smell. I was really disappointed that we had to smell that the entire time.

Since our parents passed away my sisters and I plan a destination trip each year. We can visit, site see and catch up without distractions from daily routine, kids or grands making demands of our time. It is our time. We love visiting different places around the south so none of us have to travel too far from home.

The condo was beautiful. Pool was not heated as stated which was very disappointing. But we still enjoyed our stay.
