Super beautiful and spacious condo. Very comfortable for our thanksgiving retreat to meet up w our family. Couldn’t have been better.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. House was perfect and very organized. Listing is accurate. Owner has everything you will need. Easy walk to restaurants. Beach is very rocky. Have to drive or walk to beach down the road. HOA has a lot of rules at the pool. Cameras and security watch very closely. No pool toys or anything allowed in pool. You can only stand and swim in pool. If you are traveling with kids that was my only concern. It is not the owners fault at all.

We were so busy everyday that it was a joy to come home to this lovely condo. It was a wonderful vacation.

We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location by the ocean was amazing and we could still walk to town. We also loved using the bikes. All in all it was wonderful!

Lodging and property was great. Super close to the ocean and downtown Encinitas. We are already planning a trip back next year.

I cannot say enough about our stay at the property. From the incredibly comfortable beds, the beautifully decorated home, everything we could ever want - from a fully equipped kitchen to bikes to get around the area - it was just perfect. Our host was gracious and communication was wonderful. When we are back in San Diego area, I hope this will be available. We were definitely spoiled.

Wonderful stay in well organized townhome in quiet community with pools, pickleball/tennis courts and access to ocean beach! Could walk to get lunch! VERY easy and excellently located. Wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time with our family, relaxing in this wonderful space, cooking and preparing for an intimate wedding. Weather was gorgeous, beach views were perfect. In all, this home exceeded our expectations. Great host. Would recommend.

We were overjoyed by how accurate this property was to the listing. It was the perfect getaway for a mom/daughters/granddaughters trip! The owner thought of everything and was so helpful and friendly to work with. This beautiful condo was perfect for days to nearby beaches, Legoland, the outlets and wonderful dining choices. My two ten year old granddaughters loved their adorable room and the convenience of the pool's nearby location. . We all thought the beds were very comfortable and that everything was clean and well maintained. The patio and deck were wonderful for meals outside or relaxing with my daughters. This beautifully landscaped gated community was quiet, right on the ocean with easy access to the Hwy 101 or the freeway. This place was a gem!

For the price this was a great place. Melinda was wonderful. The beach was a little bit of a disappointment, but Melinda warned us that it was very rocky. I underestimated being able to manage that part. No reflection on her at all. She even sent me pictures before hand. Great host. Would absolutely stay again.

The actual property is very nice and very quiet. The pictures of the beach posted are not accurate at all. The beach is only about 4-5ft deep and all rock. It never came close to looking like the photo in the listing. Also, unless you want to walk really far, nothing is walkable from there. The property manager was great and the townhouse was very comfortable.

Nice condo with patio for grilling and nice deck on the back. A lot of privacy in a gated community and centrally located to a lot of restaurants. Short walk to the beach.

Melinda’s condo was exactly what this family needed. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful community with just a short walk to anything you need or desire; beach, food, pool, gas, donuts (yum) and solitude. We appreciated all of her instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. The only downside to this place is how much it made us miss being back home in California. Thank you Melinda for allowing us to stay here and making it so comfortable and easy.

We spent a week with our young children (ages 4 and 8) and my parents. It was a great layout for all of us, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was a good departure point for our daytrips to Legoland, the Zoo, and the various beaches in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wish the beach was more user friendly. It was all rocks as well as very narrow. Unless it was very low tide, it was unusable.

What a great stay! Location was fantastic… it was nice being close to downtown Encinitas but also 10 minutes from Carlsbad village and beaches. The place was very inviting and homey. Easy access to the beach and ocean views. The beach is very rocky so not a beach you can play in the sand but great for just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Not the most updated of places, but the condo was clean, spacious, homey and had plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. Host was also very responsive and great to work with. Overall it was an awesome stay and would definitely stay there again.

We really had a great vacation in this wonderful Condo. It has a really nice enterieur and is equipped with everything you need. It is located in a gated community with direct Beach access and our kids loved to be in one of the pools. Thanks a lot Melina for your hospitality and the chance to stay in your condo

Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious and very well equipped! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts and basketball court! The proximity to the local beaches, zoo, Midway museum and La Jolla was terrific. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great quiet location with easy access to beach and restaurants. Condo is comfortable and cozy. Melinda is a thoughtful host and quick to respond to questions.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Amazing location. Peaceful. And the spacious condo has everything you could possibly need - we had no trouble making Thanksgiving dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. And enjoyed nightly sunset on the beach with their beach chairs and towels. And the beds are super comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in a long time. Thank you for making it feel like home away from home!

Can't say enough good things about this home and the communication and thoughtfulness of the host! You can walk to great restaurants , along the bluff or even ride the bikes provided wherever you want. We were so comfortable here. Many thanks !

Owner was very responsive. Condo was extremely well equipped with everything needed.

I had the opportunity to vacation with my husband, my children, and my 70+ year old father, and thought this would fit for everyone’s needs. It was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pool and the condo was clean, stocked for any possible needs, and a lovely place to relax. Melinda was responsive and helpful for anything that came up and we would and probably will come back again!

Pros: Beautiful grounds around the property, very clean condo with everything you could possibly need. AC in the condo which was a huge plus. Decor super cute.Cons: UNABLE to sit on the beach. ALL river rock and no sandy area to sit. Very misleading, which meant we had to drive to other beaches, which was a pain because the whole reason we rented this condo was because of the easy access to go to beach all day. Not possible! The loft with the twin beds is very hot, no air flow even with ac. Walls need to be repainted and couch is a little dilapidated. Condo isn’t close to any restaurants unless you want to walk a mile or more to anything. Over priced for dated condo and not being able to enjoy the beach it’s on

This rental is awesome! Location, location, location...the beds and linens were amazing ( I know, weird to mention this first, but great cotton sheets!), all you needed was there, the space was plentiful (but there were just two of us) and very comfortable, and Melinda is a terrific host with quick responses. The bicycles (with locks and helmets!) were so useful, we hardly drove at all, and to walk down to the beach for a morning boogie boarding session was amazing! Certainly top shelf accommodations!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! We all had our own beds and it was cozy and roomy at the same time. Very well-stocked kitchen and beach equipment--had everything we needed. Melinda was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful week with my family!
