Great location!! Owner is nearby, very kind, and responds quickly! Loved being right on the beach with our entire family!

The house is very spacious and the location is awesome! The house could use some updating in certain areas but it has the basics needed for a wonderful stay and it was clean. Kay is amazing and available to assist if needed and very friendly!

PROS: The check in process was easy! The owner even let us check in a little earlier than 3. We had the top unit and it’s very spacious. We had 13 of us and we had plenty of room. Beautiful views of the beach from the roomy deck off the living area. CONS: it could use some updating and painting There is old carpet in all the bedrooms. It didn’t have a Keurig (which we prefer for coffee) There was never enough hot water for more than a few of us to take a hot shower…we tried staggering times but that didn’t work either. The sheets and blankets need to be replaced. We had to rewash most of the silverware before we could use them…it was put away dirty. The biggest con of this rental is it’s a 2 unit and we had about 20 spring break college kids who partied all night long in the unit below us. It was brutal trying to sleep at night.

Booking and Check in was very easy. Had Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend Double Paradise.

The breeze off the ocean made the deck a comfortable space to hang out. The view was amazing. The beach wasn't very crowded. We had a party of 14. Some items are in need of upgrade/repair but everything was manageable. Kay was kind and helpful!

The house was exactly what the posting was. Kay met us at the property to give us a run down with parking and amenities. The space in the house was ample for all 17 of us. The location was perfect with a very short walk to the ocean. We had an amazing time! Thank you Kay for being a great host!

Location of the home is perfect for our family! Beach is not crowded and access to the pool next door is awesome. This was our 2nd stay in the upstairs.

Needs updated. Big roach found in a bathroom. Having enough space was good. Did not know the pool was public or open to other tenant’s of properties across the street. Not supplied well and very unorganized kitchen. Not happy with the cleanliness.

The beach is not overcrowded here like in PCB. The house has lots of space and not so much of unnecessary decor (vases, lamps, glass, art, etc.,) that can be broken by children! Kitchen was not well stocked, and existing dishes are old. Definitely need a new blander. There is a 2 full refrigerators! Overall a great experience staying here and would definitely consider staying here again!

The property was in a very nice part of the beach as it was not crowded and away from the Panama City Beach crowds. Communication was very smooth but the house did need some TLC as the interior walls were in the process of being repaired from previous guests. The outside gas grills were also not usable due to their rusty and poor condition. All in all, still a nice unit with plenty of room for a large family and we will look to book again if we return to the area.

The location was very nice. The unit was very spacious. There were minimal amenities included which was a bit of a inconvenience. The cleanliness of the property was not very good.

We absolutely loved our stay and the quiet area this home is located. Everything was wonderful and Kay was very easy to contact and got back to us right away. We will definitely look to stay here again!

The location of this property was perfect for our group. Just a few miles from the crowded areas and shops. The beach was beautiful and we had plenty of room to spread out. Kay was wonderful to work with. She communicates very well and made great recommendations for things we wanted to do. This is not the most updated property, but for the location it was perfect. TVs and WiFi worked with no issues. All appliances worked with no issues. We had plenty of space for 17 of us (sleeps 22)...we could have easily added more people.

We had an enjoyable family re-union with 10 adults and 9 children. It was spacious. The weather was terrible but the location and view made up for it. Kay was always very helpful and kind.

This is our second time renting from Kay. She is an excellent host. The property is very roomy with everything you need and the beach is waiting just outside your door! We will be returning.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was as described and more room that I could have imagined. The location is out of the heavy traffic, family friendly and an absolutely beautiful location directly on the beach!!! Kay is an absolutely wonderful host and very responsive to our questions.

We have stayed here the last 4 years. The property is convenient to the beach and other necessities. The owner is always very helpful and polite.

Trip was wonderful

Mold in upstairs, a lot of the patio chairs are cracked, store has clothespin for knob, living room loveseat broke down on one side. No cleaning stuff at all, not even a mop. It was big enough for our large family and the beach and pool were great but could use some basic updates and repairs

Location and amenities were great. Kay was very easy to work with and an excellent host. A couple of the beds were a bit saggy but overall the place was very comfortable for our large group. Would highly recommend this rental and if we ever do a family group vacation again, would choose here.

Ms. Kay is an amazing host and has a lovely home! We love our stay every year! The house is amazing and plenty of room for our group of 17. The location is right on the beach, cannot get any closer to the sand and water!

The rental process was very easy. If there was anything we needed Kay was a phone call away and was always available to help us. The property was the perfect size for our family, with room to spare.

Location was perfect for family away from the rowdiness but 10-15 minute drive to restaurants. Beach was beautiful. Manager was very helpful.

Our week at Double Paradise was nothing less than perfect! Kay was a pleasure to deal with. We had 12 people in unit b with plenty of room and then some for our group. Everything you would need in a home on a daily basis was already furnished. Nothing like waking up and stepping out your door and being on the one of the most beautiful beaches. The home Is close enough to a grocery right around the corner, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town for peace and quiet.. We will definitely be returning to Kay's Double Paradise!
