The condo was clean and comfortable.The views of the ocean were perfect and the balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails! The amenities at Summer Winds are fabulous-indoor pool was great for the chilly spring days and the outdoor grill with a view of the beach was perfect for grilling fresh fish. We were able to ride our bikes to play putt-putt golf and to the local pizza/draft house for a drink overlooking the water. We will definitely be back!

Just what we needed for a week at the beach. Summer Winds is a very well maintained property. The common areas were cleaned multiple times each day. Tranquility was in great shape with all we needed and more.

Also, the A/C worked fine despite some of the previous reviews. The amenities were nice but it would have been helpful to know that there was no soap or dishwasher/laundry detergent available. Also the kitchen cabinets and drawers could use a deep cleaning. Overall this was a perfect family get away.

The condo was very nice, the kitchen was great, every pot and pan and platter known to man!! Lots of serving utensils as well. Master bedroom and bath were very nice, comfy bed. The other beds however were awful, neither of my daughters/son in-laws got any sleep and they all had backaches by the end of the trip, the mattresses seriously need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time.

Everything was good except the floors were not cleaned well enough. The kitchen and bathrooms were mopped but not the rest and there was no carpet. We cleaned the floors ourselves so we would be comfortable and the realty company reimbursed us for the mop and cleaning supplies which we thought was fair.

Previous reviewers had complained about the beds so I was concerned, however, we found them to be satisfactory. The king in the master has a topper on it that makes it quite comfortable. There is easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes, but this rental does not include many extras for the beach. You will need your own beach chairs and toys or umbrellas.

This condo was clean, and exactly like the photos. There are great views of the ocean, and it was near the elevator. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed teenage girls. The beds were comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were an added bonus. The only complaint that we have is the temperature of the water. You may want to check on that prior to the summer season. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Overall, I thought the condition of the condo was ok but I did think that the kitchen tile and bathroom tile needs to be replaced with something more current and something cleaner. It could be an improvement to have it all steam cleaned by a professional. Also, I slept in the bedroom with the queensize bed. It was very dirty under the bed with dust and trash. Housekeeping should be checked behind.

Great family atmosphere. We will definitely return. Our room was located near the elevator and we had a great view of the pool a pretty good view of the ocean. There was boat parking available onsite.

Close parking, close beach access, few restaurants right down the road & condo was right by the elevator. We had 3 toddlers with us so made a huge difference in our stay!
