We were disappointed that our unit was a sub basement and we couldn't open any windows as we looked at the cars wheels. So the unit had no sunlight. Also the bedrooms were very small. The location was great though.

Excellent location for downtown Aspen, small but enjoyed great cable tv selections and it was all about being in walking distance to shops and restaurants!

The management company is fabulous! The place was so clean when we got there. This place has everything you need. It is a perfect location.. we loved it!!

great location and size for small group of friends.

Thoughtful--a flashlight was available. Location great, especially with market across the street. Be aware, thermostats were pre-set and I couldn't find a turn off, so we were warmer than we wanted to be. 4 night stay, called 2nd day and maintenance scheduled. 2nd night was still warm. We didn't call a second time. I believe the admin really wants to have a good place for their guests. For many people the setting of 72 Farenheit for nighttime wouldn't be too warm. This was only in the common area, btw, not in the bedrooms.

Great experience and home. Perfect location and such a treat being next to the market! Loved having a washer and dryer and all the TVs. 5/5 highly recommend!

This property was great. It's small and quaint, but in the PERFECT location. It's cozy, has all the needed amenities, was clean, and super easy communication with the property manager. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Condo is a little rough around the edges. Needs a new dishwasher (or a lot of repair work). Overall we had a great trip.

Excellent location. Older property clean but small with one bathroom. No firewood- we bought some. Would have like some condiments like salt and pepper- we bought our own. Very adequate property. We walked to shops, rental places and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Everything was great...and anything we needed was across the street at the grocery store. The only needed improvement is to secure the dishwasher so it doesn’t tip out when loading/unloading.

The condo is as advertised and the photos are representative. It is also close to everything downtown. The one downside is that it is noisy. It is located on a major corner, with a bus stop right in front of it. Trucks delivering to the market come at all hours of the night across the street. But the biggest issue, is that the ceiling is thin, and if there is anyone staying above you, you can hear everything...alllll night long. Otherwise, it's a nice place. But if you're bothered by lots of noise and activity, and are wanting a peaceful place to crash, this is not it. Still giving it three stars for amenities and location.

This cute condo has a full kitchen plus washer & dryer and is located directly behind City Market. The location is great! The furniture and beds are very comfortable and there are TV’s in each room, plus the family room. It’s small, but cozy and not cramped. McCartney Property Mgmt was very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I will work with them again and highly recommend them.

Just what I thought it would be by pictures and description. Condo is right behind the City Market and is a great location. It is small but cozy. Very clean. Would recommend getting a lockbox and / or electronic lock- having to pick up the key at the office at the airport was a bit of a hassle but the management staff was very friendly and helpful!

This condo has a wonderful location in the town of Aspen. walking distance to all the gondola, shops and restaurants. The condo is setup with everything you need for a wonderful weekend getaway or a full blown vacation. We had a family of 4 staying in the condo and we all loved the experience.
