The home is attractively decorated and has lots of kitchen supplies and books. We love that they allowed our dog. It is a little far from the beach but with rental bikes, we did a lot of back and forth. The garage has lots of kids toys to borrow which is great.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. One suggestion maybe someone could put down some no slip strips on the stairs leading to the house from the out side they are very slippery went wet. Looking forward to going back next year.

This house is just as nice as pictured. Very pretty inside. Kitchen is very nice. We like to cook, and this kitchen has a good set up - most of what you'll need. Two things - the hand mixer does not work, and the blender is not the best quality. Bring your own if you really need these items. Both upstairs rooms have one bed each. It would be nice if one of the rooms had 2 twin beds for families traveling with siblings who don't want to share a bed, which is probably most siblings.

005 Seabrook Village Drive is a fantastic "home base" for a Seabrook Island sojourn. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious, furnished beautifully, and centrally located. It's only a short drive to the beach, while the Lake House (with large indoor/outdoor pool and fitness facilities) and Racquet Club are walkable. The Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village are a bike ride away. Speaking of which, there are 4 bikes available for use, as well as plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys and an umbrella. The kitchen is amply equipped with all that we needed, and there's a closet stocked with games and a gazillion movies. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. The Village at Seabrook (where this house is located), has its own private neighborhood pool and easy access to walking/biking trails around a lovely fish-stocked lake. One of our best ever Seabrook stays! Looking forward to planning a long weekend with 4 of my golf buddies and this would be the perfect place.

We enjoyed our stay at this property as it was easy to get to Freshfields, a short walk to the Lake House and a short drive to the beach. IT was well equipped with towels and utensils and dishwater in the kitchen. Our only disappointment were the appliances. Besides the refrigerator, there was an issue with all of the others. The dishwasher was almost a hazard as it slammed down each time it was opened. The washer and dryer were temperamental and the oven was set in celsius. IF these issues were corrected we would rent here again.

We had a wonderful experience with this property, very clean and appointed beautifully. Minor issues were dealt with very prompt response. I hate to see this rental being put on the market. We would have loved to stay there again.

Very nice home. Good location to access all parts of the island. Definitely would return.

We were able to host a family dinner and a brunch for 40 in this very comfortable home during our week at Seabrook. As the family of the bride we appreciated the open space and family friendly dining table. House is close to a beautiful pool and also close to the market. Great week - great house
