We had a wonderful experience with this home throughout the entire process!! Very easy to book and check-in. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the views were amazing! The hot tub was awesome as well...love the views and window while sitting in the tub resting our tired muscles. The beds were very, very comfortable, and there was everything you could need for cooking. Tons of spices and oil and also condiments. Not a lot of tupper-ware for storage, but plenty of extra ziplocks so that was great! I was not able to find a pot-holder, so I did buy one and left it there for future users in the second drawer to the left of the sink. :-) I loved how close we were to the trails to hike in Alma, Hoosier Pass, and Breck. The altitude is high, but it's sooooo very worth it! This part of Colorado is glorious! Thank you for an amazing stay!!! We loved our visit to the mountains and can't wait to return!!

This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. They had everything you could need, games, condiments, cooking utensils, toiletries and much more. We loved the hot tub, shuffle board and bar. We will definitely be back.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. You could tell they spent a lot of time and effort into stocking the house for your convenience. The only downside/complaint would be that the road and driveway are very steep and if there is any kind of inclement weather, you will need to have 4WD. Other than that, I can’t complain! I would definitely look at staying here again.

We loved our stay here. It is a great location and very close to Breckenridge with many beautiful things to see/do in the immediate area We had a couple questions and Melissa was great at getting back to us very quickly. This is a beautiful home and a great set up for a large group. We each had our own space but the main level is a large and comfortable area to all spend time together. The hot tub and game room added a lot of fun to our stay!! The view from the deck is stunning and was a place we all enjoyed spending time very much. We would love to return and stay here again!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Open floorplan, fully equipped kitchen, game room was perfect! Really enjoyed the in door/ outdoor hot tub. We enjoyed time on the front porch but wish there was an outdoor fireplace or heater so we could have been out there longer. Overall, was a wonderful home and close and close to everything!

We spent 8 nights in 9 days at this beautiful property in Alma. The layout of the house is really unique and interesting. We loved the foosball table and the shuffleboard a ton! My eight-year-old girl loved the loft area. Fabulous great big island for cooking in the kitchen. Nice comfortable couches in the living room. Appreciate the Keurig coffee maker and thankful that the type of coffee maker was in the review so I knew ahead of time.

A very nice and quiet setting, perfect for anyone looking to relax for the week. Most of our time was spent on the deck watching the sunrise or in the hot tub in the evenings.

My sister and I chose the property for our families to spend a week together. Since there was no way to know how coronavirus would impact our ability to get out and do things, we chose it for the nice kitchen, great view, space for 8, and the deciding factor, the fabulous game room downstairs. It was perfect for this trip. While we were able to go to Breckenridge for dinner a night or two and enjoy geocaching and other outdoor activities, we also spent a good deal of time hanging out and playing games. We had great fun with foosball and shuffleboard tournaments! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was very nice, clean, well -furnished and the game room was a delight. Melissa responded quickly to all inquiries.

We had a brief stay at this property during our spring break (mid-March 2020) that was cut short due to all the closures related to COVID-19 including ski resorts, restaurants and shops, etc. The property was very nice for our family of six. It was well-kept and clean and offered plenty of space to relax. Most importantly, I cannot express enough how appreciative I am of Melissa (Property Owner) who was very cooperative to allow for us to receive a partial refund for our truncated stay. She was not obligated to do this, but was very kind to authorize a partial refund. We will definitely consider staying here next time we plan a trip to Breckenridge. The drive from Alma to Breckenridge was easy too.

The house was exactly as the photos appeared in the website. The beds were comfortable, house was spacious. The game room doesn’t have a TV but we managed. The hot tub was a nice add and was clean. They had quite a few spices available. We had a couple issues but notified the owner and she said she would take care of it.

We had a wonderful time. The house was equipped with everything and the location was beautiful. The only complaint is that the master bedroom mattress sags in the middle. Other than that everything was perfect

Our overall experience was positive from start to finish. The view and amenities were as good as advertised. The house was set-up perfectly for a group people, very well stocked, and had lots of options for fun. The limited hot water was the ONLY disappointing feature.

This property is really nice and cozy. We got 9 people (5 adults 4 kids) and it accommodate all...perhaps even more. The hot tub was a plus. The kids really enjoyed it. Getting to other resorts from here aren't far. 30-40 min only because it due to swindling road. Like the description said a 4x4 or snow chain is a must have. Property located on a steep hill. Overall is was a great stay experience! oh and the house is big. :)
